Brought my Silverado here for a tire mount/balance and alignment. 6 hours after I brought it in they still hadn’t called me, after showing up to the shop to see what progress they had made the truck was outside and “ready”. They had only mounted and balanced the tires. They hadn’t done an alignment due to “worn out tie rods”, however they never made an effort to let me know what they found or that they couldn’t complete the job. They just parked it and never let me know.Also took the truck to another shop directly after for the alignment and they did it no problem! Sorry service and I will be taking my business ELSEWHERE.

They put in a light bar that I purchased for my father-in-law last year. It went in his bed for camping. The quality of the wiring and light were great. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable.

I have used Truck Supply several times on my different trucks and UTV ! Eric and Todd have always taken care of me. It doesn’t matter if you are spending $15 or $2k. I can always count on getting exactly what I want, when I want it, for a very fair price. They genuinely care about their customers and treat them with respect and appreciation !

I truly enjoy the service from both Eric and Todd and I would not go anywhere else. They have been in this business for a long time together and they know their stuff. Two of the most kind, genuine, and fair people in this town. They, in turn give a lot back to this community.Most importantly my truck looks and functions great and they showed me how to do everything after a quick thorough instillation.

Our impression with Truck Supply is not positive. I contacted them to see if they had In channel vent visors for a my boyfriend Ford . They told me they had them and gave me a price over the phone. I asked several times if they had the specific ones available. l was told to call the day before they would order them and install them for me the next day. I went into the store and purchased a gift card, so that he could get exactly what he wanted. The sales person at the store gave me a different price than what i was told over the phone. I purchased the gift card anyway that should have been my clue. The day my boyfriend calls to order the visors he was told that the in channel visor would not work with his truck and the windows would roll back down because there was a sensor that would register an obstruction. So we decided to call a tech at a reputable online truck supply and the tech began to laugh and said he has never heard of that before and that they have sold thousands of them for this particular truck with no problems. We have ordered the visors from them and no problems. It is our opinion that the staff at truck supply and outfitters are incompetent and do not know the products they sell and just want your money.

Drilled Holes into the back of my truck to install a tool box instead of using the J-hooks that come with it. Didnt even ask me if I wanted to install with sheet metal screws or with the J-hooks. Id take my money elsewhere

BUYER BEWARE!!! Had a problem with a programmer on a chevy truck they said would be $75 to fix, then after they fooled around with it for a couple of hours they said they couldnt do anything with it or fix it. STILL charged me $75 and I was no better off after I left than before I got there. Paid them $75 for absolutely NOTHING but a wasted time!

Great place for auto and truck accessories

Good service, lots of items for vehicles. Had vent visors and tow hitch installed, some of this had to be ordered though.

I was looking for a hitch for a Toyota rav 4. I made it known from the start that I needed to haul a 6 X 12 uhaul trailer one time and only one time and that the hitch would only be used for that purpose. I was sold what is supposedly the right hitch. After doing a very sloppy job installing my wiring and hitch I had to ask that it be redone. (The salesman Eric actually helped with this more than the installer). So the next day I go to haul the trailer and it is COMPLETELY unable to do so. It shook the car so violently that I feared for my safety and the car was not able to exceed 35-40 mph. Not safe for a interstate haul. Uhaul and Toyota said that the hitch design was very different from what they sold for the vehicle and they would not have used that style. The chains drug the ground and the wiring was almost ripped out when it snagged a bush (it was left dangling under the car). When I contacted them for a partial refund (I told them they could keep the labor but I wanted the shoddy hitch returned) they refused to take it back even though it was still like new and had been connected les than 5 minutes. So now I have a dangerous and useless hitch on my vehicle and very empty pockets.

Did not have a good experience, at all . Work done seems a bit pricy and had to have another shop redo the work they were supposed to repair.

Inconsistent information and very overpriced. Wanted to buy a Cam-Locker toolbox and was originally quoted $369, days later was quoted $469, went to buy it and it was priced at $699. Buying the same box from the manufacturer is only $525. This is ridiculous. Go to H&H in Birmingham instead.
