Im writing this review for my roommate -- Wanda Farley.Tyler was incredible, from the moment he answered the phone I knew I was in good hands. He let me know what I needed and I felt taken care of throughout the process. The battery switch out was speedy and let me get on with my day. I hope Tylers supervisor sees this -- he needs to train any new hires. If everyone did their jobs like Tint World and Tyler there would be no lines! Very, very pleased with this service. I would recommend this shop to everyone and I will be using them for all my future car needs.

I just got my windows tinted and a ceramic coating on the paint. They both look amazing. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and explained everything I had questions about. No complaints here, Id recommend this place to anyone.

Tint they applied looks perfect. No issues. Staff member I spoke with, Tyler, was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Made 0 jokes about me getting a priuss windows tinted. But the thing is a high efficiency rolling greenhouse. Ill be returning to have my trucks windows tinted as well.

Best window tinting in town. Did wonders to my Subaru WRX.

I purchased a radio with this company and they told me that they could install it and gave me a total price of everything including radio cost, parts and kits that they would need, and labor. After installation, I noticed my rear camera feature (that was originally in the car already) was not connected to the newly installed radio that I purchased from them. I informed them and they then said I would have to purchase another kit for almost $300 for them to fix it. I didn’t feel it was fair for me to have to pay an additional $300 for an evaluation that was their mistake and not mine so I refused and sacrificed having my rear camera feature. Also, the volume control buttons in my steering wheel were not properly connected nor functioning and I was told by them that they did not know how to fix it other than to only have one of the buttons working. In addition to these problems, a few weeks after the installation of my new radio, it completely stopped working! I contacted them notifying them of the issue and drove 6hours back to the location for them to fix it. I was told that they did not know why it wasn’t working and that they had installed the display radio and it may have had some problems so he would have to order a new one under my covered warranty to reinstall. I kept calling trying to schedule an appointment for a new reinstallation of my radio and it has been 4 months and my radio still isn’t fixed and I have been getting the run around from the manager Rodney. Each point of contact has been me calling them constantly even after I was told told he would contact me. I would NOT recommend this place for any audio/radio installations. They are not professional and do not care about ALL of their customers nor the quality of their own work.

Went there last year to have stereo system installed, took them over a month to get it installed, Manager Rodney gives customers the run around beyond belief, employees always quit and have nothing good to say about Rodney, if you want great customer service and professionalism, Tint World and that so called manager Rodney is NOT the way to go, they deserve ZERO stars, nothing more.

They installed a sub in my truck. They took 2 hours to find the right fit for my truck. They were friendly fast and knew what they where doing. I am so happy with they finished product. I will be using them again

Service was extremely good got all my widows tinted on my 2017 charger at a good price!!! Customer service was a A+ Within a couple days after that had my wife’s vehicle done as well!!! Definitely recommend them!!! And definitely going back again thank you!!!

So happy with my vehicle after Tint World performed several upgrades. Had windows tinted, decals added, replaced factory grill, and installed vent shades. All the work was done PERFECTLY. I could not be happier. The prices were very reasonable. Im going back.

Professional staff, knowledge of products, very clean showroom with great displays setups, just had my wifes 2020 Camry windows tinted with ceramic window film, looks like they did a great job. I will post another review on quality of product once we have had some time to evaluate it, but it looks amazing & we are pleased with the price & workmanship 👍👍

Good store but they never had in stock what i was looking for

Dropped my car off to have some work done on it at 9:30 am and was told it would be ready in 3 hours and they would call me when it was done. Didn’t hear anything from them all day so went back to the store at 4:00 pm and they still weren’t done with my car. Worst service I’ve seen in a long time. Definitely will not be having anything done here ever again

They never showed up to give us a estimate nor did they call us to explain or reschedule.

Booked an 8am appointment for a vehicle tinting. I arrived 10 minutes prior. There was another customer in the parking lot as well. I waited until 15 minutes after the opening hour before leaving. There was not one employee to show up and open the business before I left. As a marketing manager myself, this is very unprofessional from an accountability perspective.

The young man who worked the front desk was fantastic. The installer did an amazing job. Thank you both.

I had a 9am appointment set up 3 days prior to my appointment date. I dropped my car off and it was there for 5 hours and when I returned my car had not even been taken back to be serviced yet. I picked up my car with no more tint on the windows than when I arrived. A waste of my day off! If you all needed me to come at 2pm, just say that.

They broke my 3rd tail light but is welling to fix it. Even though its taking almost 2months there keeping me updated on everything

The best customer service I have come across in some time. They were attentive and listened. Very knowledgeable. I called 2 other places before calling them and I had been to the dealership twice. This company was able to rule out possible issues as well as install my navigation system in less than 30 minutes. I honestly think I explained the problem, which had been going on for 2 years, longer than it took them to complete the job. If you would like to have work done by people who not only know what they are doing, but also take pride in what they do..CHOOSE THEM! I am glad I did.

This guys who work here are great. The owner was extremely helpful and willing to do anything to make my experience the best he could. They are good at what they do, and you can tell that they take great pride in their work. If you are interested in getting your windows tinted this is the place to do it.

My family and I moved into a house that needed tint added to a window. We explained we wanted to be able to see out the window but didn’t want people to be able to see in the window. The guy told my husband how it could be done. He paid and setup the appointment up. They didn’t show up for first appointment and didn’t let us know they weren’t coming. Had to cancel second appointment because they were so busy. On the third appointment someone came. After the tint was installed on the window, we realized when it got dark that the tint actually worked exactly opposite of what we had been told. So after a month of trying to get a resolution, they came out and removed the tint never offering a refund for the $125 we paid them to tint the window. I will not do business with them again and would not recommend anyone else do business with them if you want it done right and/or in a timely manner.

Had my 2016 Chevy Camaro tinted here and they did an amazing job.... They took the time out and explain to me the difference in the tint that they was using. Staff was very friendly and nice and I will be doing business with them again soon. They showroom and the areas they worked in was very neat and clean..

Mr. Swiney was such a great help in making decisions for my car.. He helped me way beyond my expectations... Then after it was all said and done.. I find out he had won first place with his own custom vehicle at the World of Wheels.... Whoever owns this company has their greatest asset in the staff alone.... Top notch all the way... I walked in after 3pm wanting my 2 front windows and windshield strip work done (on a Saturday) they worked me in to tint my windows at 5pm even tho they closed at 6pm. The guy was very helpful and friendly and it didnt take them long either. Thanks again for taking me in without an appointment!

Had autostart installed on my Tacoma, they did a great job. Months later, I wanted an adjustment made to the system and they went out of their way to take the time to help me out. Would definitely recommend.

My Vehicle was broken into. And I had to have one window replaced for tint. I called around to several local shops. I found Tint World by Google. I was able to speak to Tommy and he took his time to explain all the the types of film that Tint World offer. I was able to get my window to match my old tint. And now I`am looking into having my car re-tinted with Ceramic Tint. And maybe even my house! Thanks again Tommy!

This place is everything you would want from customers service all the way down to the brilliant job they do.Ive gotten my 2011 Tahoe tinted here as well as my 2012 Camaro but thats not all they do so go by there and talk with Rodney hes the best.

Took my car here to get the windows tinted, car came back with bubbles on every window and was told they would go away after some time and in fact did not go away. I had a appointment with Rodney the owner to see about getting my money back and was blew off and just all around a horrible experience. I would not recommend this place to even do work on my sons hot wheels cars.

Tried to contact this establishment several weeks to acquire pricing for my home to have some film added to my windows. Called multiple times and got the run around and finally just called another tint shop in Tuscaloosa that was able to come out quote and install my home. This business gets a big fat F

I took my motorcycle into tint world Tuscaloosa 5 weeks ago to upgrade my speakers. It took them 5 weeks to change out my 6.5” speakers in my lower fairing and tried to charge me almost $300.00. They couldn’t do what I asked about my saddlebags. Kept playing the parts are on back order game. I had a terrible experience with tint world Tuscaloosa. Don’t recommend you waste your time or money there!!!

What can I say about this business? I found this place right off the interstate and stopped by one day on my off day to get my truck cleaned. They take there time and make sure everything is cleaned and the price for the detail is what I expected to pay for a full detail! 100% better then one of these robot car washes that leave dirt marks all over my truck. Tommy was able to talk to me about all the options as far as details go. And I will be back soon for a Ultimate detail after looking at the tintworld facebook page! These guys are now my go to detail shop as long as the weather stays dry! THANKS AGAIN YALL!!

I took my car to get buffed and waxed. The day I got the car it had swirls in the paint. I didnt pay much attention being that Im a female. I dont drive my car often every blue moon so a month or two later I went got my car washed. After the wash the guy told me whoever buffed and waxed your car did a horrible job. I said I saw the swirl Marks but I didnt think anything if it. So I took it back to complain to the manager and he brushed me off and made it seem like I had let someone else buff and wax it. He even walked off and let the garage door down on me while I was still out there standing at my car. So to summarize the custormer service is horrible and the job on my car was horrible as well. So if you go there and have a bad experience dont expect them to correct it or to offer your money back. You may as well count it as a loss. Now I have to pay $140 for another shop to correct what they messed up. By the way its a 2016 Dodge Challeneger. Thanks Tint World Tuscaloosa!!!!

So i bought this 97 Audi 4 for my daughtr and it needed some serious loving on insided and the tint was as old as the car itself. Tommy and the boys at Tuscaloosa Tint with throught it with a fine tooth comb and got it back right. From shampooing the carpet to conditioning the leather. The tint had to be hell to get off but they did it and retinted the windows. No way i could pass on their lifetime warranty. These guys are the best quality around hands down. Thanks Guys my daughter loves her car new look.
