Disenchanting visit to say the least. This experience took place from about 4:30p to approximately 5:45p. My shopping time was about 20 minutes tops & I picked up 3 items. The other 55 minutes were spent waiting in the checkout line. All 3 cashier staffed lines as well as the self check out lanes had incredibly long waiting lines., and no cashiers were called off the floor to open a new lane & facilitate customer checkouts (Must be a Target perk). I guess the holidays came early this year.

Honestly every time I go there, I always have a positive look on how maybe today, things will be different and I don’t have to wait 30 min for someone to help me get something that is locked. But always a fail I wait and wait and then 30 min pass still waiting and nobody shows up, and when I see someone call them over and they say they don’t have the key . I have gone and waited and even called there number at the same time and they couldn’t even pick up the phone . Then I get tired of waiting and I start grabbing everything else I need and see all these employees unpacking items and I was there for more then 30 min waiting for someone. When I asked a lady if she could helpAll I got was I paged them but nobody shows up. I mean I get why things are locked up but if they are going to be locked up make sure you get assistance helping get those products because why have it if nobody is there giving it to us .

This Walmart is dirty, poorly stocked and overall not a place I will return to. Not completely Walmarts fault, their customers seem to be the type of people who open packages to taste and sample things. (Yes I saw it happen)

Im sorry but Ive never had a problem with returning my items I left my receipt in truck not car and this walmart wouldnt return my purchase which has caused me late to return to work Ive never have had problem before in past theyve given gift card this was about two years ago I just felt as if this employee was suggesting by attitude that my items were stolen and just in case this is reason behind her attitude she really should do her job right and not judge cause when I do return with receipt I will make a formal complaint on this employee thank you for making this once happy shopper a very disappointed one see you soon mrs.

In and out really fast although it was around 8 in the morning its still a good place to go when you need something from a Walmart store. Staff are helpful and polite too.

Alot of the items need to be zoned, lots of stuff are not priced. Like always 40 customers waiting with only 2 cashiers. Two stars for the over worked cashiers and the rest of the staff . Big companies always trying to make more money.

11/2/21 @approx 8pm. Let me just say i have never been to a CLEAN WALMART BATHROOM until today! Oh my goodness the bathroom smelled and was so clean i couldnt believe it. I saw a gentleman by the toys cleaning the store, i believe his name was DAN. Great job Dan! 👏👏 Not just the bathrooms but the store was super clean!! His hardwork should be taken into account!

I enjoy hanging out in Walmart.So much to browse through.Love the atmosphere - its never been overly crowded.I usually visit late in the evenings when its not so busy and would suggest wearing a mask and keep in mind social distancing.The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff are awesome, friendly and helpful.If they dont have what you are looking for, they will go out of their way to search up where you could go to.

Gearing up for the new Walmart opening on the corner of service and Mitchell road. No money service available. And has less items available. Hoping that changes after the new store opens. 🤞

I only go shopping here early, early morning. Best time. When they open up to 7:30/8 am. Easy in, easy out.

Walmart is a great store to either stop to pickup something perhaps a quick bite, or big shopping! The service personal are very good and helpful. The food quality is very good, The prices are well worth the drive to get more food for your money. What I truly like about Walmart is if you buy something online and need to return it, you are given all courtesy in returns. I recommend this store to all who enjoy more for your money, and good service.

Standard Walmart with lots of products. I actually charged my car at the charging station located in the parking lot while I shopped. Walked around and purchased a few items for 30 min while my car was charging. It was a great experience.😁

So much better than Modesto Walmarts. Stocked shelves, friendly cashiers. Originally went for a curbside pick-up, which went very smoothly. Only confusing part, being my first time doing curbside, neither the app nor signage was posted on where to park. App clearly showed right in front of store but it was actually further down by the garden center. No fresh produce or meats at this location but I dont usually buy those items at Walmart anyway because of the poor quality.

Having worked before at Target, I see differences, but valuable. Employees seem more focused on job than customers over 14 yrs. Ive visited but they DO help. Good area for shopping. Prices are doable if you have a good steady job. However there are items I cant get anywhere else with good deals, almost like a mini-cosco. Unique loveable store for about all needs & else.

Had everything I needed from house/kitchen utensils to garden necessities, to groceries 👌🏽 real nice employees also here at this location

Friendly help the other day from a middle aged Assyrian woman. Cracked a joke after seeking a certain component in the electronics dept and she fired right back with wit. Quite quick in and out as for the length of my visit. 1st visit there since covid began. Place has changed but its less of a zoo. The old Walmart was an asylum run by the inmates...The visit the other day was nothing like the old Walmart.Surprisingly.Go figure.

Walmart is always crazy busy but somehow or another they seem to pull together the once in a great while you get a good cashier thats good on sanitizing their station and you feel like youre not going to walk out of there with covid

I like Walmart anyway, so its no surprise that I will be giving 5 stars. Walmart has great bargains, an incredible selection, in sizes that include everyone that I have to buy for. I hear others complaints about not finding employees to help them, and I take that with a grain of salt because my youngest worked there and I know that he and others at his store work very hard in their particular areas. I give them all the grace they deserve as its hard to be several places at one time, do their job, and be available to help the gazillion customers that go to Walmart with the utmost speed. At any rate, Walmart rocks, in my book.

Sorry, I was there yesterday, I havent been to this Walmart in years. I was very disappointed. Before covid it was always nice and clean,organized.yesterday everything was totally I dont know how to explain it. You would ask employees for a product location, different employees would send to different places. You would actually find the same product on all 3 different locations. I wish I had taken pictures then you would have an idea what Im talking about. The CEO should go over there and see whats going on.

Its not the worst Walmart, but this store definitely needs new associates or managers or both. The lines are always long, no cash at self checkouts is frustrating.the bathrooms stay a mess and the shelves are always empty. The customer service sucks here and people are just rude. If u need a quick Im and out, its never happened for me here!!!

This place is horrible... just bought a new bike and the peddle was broken, had the receipt and they said there was nothing they could do. They didnt have the same bike in stock and would not refund the money. So we decided to look for parts to fix the bike ourselves. We waited 30 mins for someone to come open the case so we could get our parts. They are ridiculous. I truly hate this place.

I really like Turlock Walmart the best. Its usually well stocked cleaner than the others friendly associates

The only real complaint I have is they have everything locked up! And the fact that Ive pressed the call button so I could get a product that they keep locked up. I waited over 30 minutes for help, even though me and my daughter counted over 7 employees who seen us and knew we needed help but just keep on walking. This store is my least favorite to go to! I usually only go when I need something they have!

Poor customer service. clean building, employees needs a training course in customer service as well in how to speak to customers without trying to profile them and generally try to help whatever they might be asking

I love this Walmart. I always find great items here. I just found/purchased some really cool Corelle brand divided plates for such a good price. All the new changes to the store, add style to it and make it easier to move around. I had not been since before COVID. So many changes since I was last there. I love it more so because a while back, they added self-checkout. That makes getting in and out a breeze. Staff is friendly and helpful. The store was neat and tidy and I always see workers organizing the items.

It seems this generation doesnt believe in customer service and the math skills are atrocious. This is only this week. Instead of being helpful and making the customers happy they are talking about their free time and what they did last night. Times have changed and I can say not for the better. I asked a simple question and it was finally answered by the fourth associate. I dont enjoy shopping a store when you cant even find someone to help you.

My first time there. Their loss prevention much be high, because theres one way in and one way out, with numerous Walmart employees watching you. And, the store seems to be set up backwards, compared to other Walmarts, i felt uncomfortable, couldnt find what i needed so i left.

Ive been to this WalMart before over a year ago, but now they have updated merchandise and advanced electronics and gadgets even decent watches and pocket watches, blue tooth, connections for your mobile phone, depending on the weather they have the clothing you need to stay warm and comfortable,or cool and relaxed 😎 need shades, sunglasses,walking cargo shorts with walking shoes or sandals of different styles and materials, for the ladies all styles of sundresses,gowns,sun hats,designer sunglasses 😎 for the ladies you need vitamins, meds they have a pharmacy for all your medical needs, they have all your personal hygiene needs soaps,shampoos,conditioners, everything for the restroom, foods, boots,shoes,movies and so much more that I couldnt possibly put down here come see for yourselves ☺️.

This was a great experience compared to a lot of other wal marts. Will be back!

Store was a little in disarray. Kind of small store, out of a lot of products. When trying to get help, workers seemed uninterested. I understand because of covid things are just opening up but employees should at least act interested.

This is the weirdest Walmart ever, their grocery section is like 3 or 4 aisles. Clothes makes up like 40% of the store, its just bizarre if you are used to a normal Walmart. Also they check receipts like Costco here.

It is a nice store most of products are not yet locked up. Its nice to be able to shop freely in a store. But since there isnt much locked up they have some intense security presence and its kinda of annoying to be followed. But other than that the store is clean and have a killer clearance section always different and exciting to what you discover!!!

The worst experience ever, will be going to target from now on! Waited over 1/2 hour for lanterns to be treated as a criminal wont let us bring it up to register and helped 3 people before us. Then we were next in line and lady at register told us to move to next register and provided to check out a few people with one item without saying anything to us. Come on common curtesy thank, please, would it be ok? Rude and act like we are the wrong ones!

This Walmart is very clean I gave it five stars because the workers are friendly they keep the store clean and theres always somebody there to help

They had what I needed. Several of the Walmart employees were very helpful in getting the 2 items that I needed.

There was an employee there that she thinks she is ins. She has no right to say to her coworkers I want to make they are legal in the country.

Went to Walmart Vision Center to buy prescription glasses today, 12/23/2020. No waiting in line. There was a good selection of frames. I spent $335 on a great pair of good looking glasses with Transitions lens (get darker in the sun). Online my glasses came out $400, I saved $65, by purchasing the glasses at Walmart Vision Center. What a great feeling that was! 😃

Always so dirty and if you are going to lock stuff up someone better be working in that department the whole time during store hours you need a break so someone needs to replace you.

So I decided to ask the manager, couldnt find one because their employees were directing me to ask that person to call them and when I did ask there was absolutely nothing done..

While I was inside the store shopping, my husband was outside with our bikes waiting. While he was waiting he was accused of smoking next to the building, when in fact he wasnt smoking ANYTHING AT ALL. He was stereotyped & said that he fit the description of who the customers complained about, that was smoking. Which is extremely rude & in fact hes a complete NON-SMOKER. SO Walmart, I suggest next you decide to accuse someone of something you DIDNT SEE with your own eyes to witness, you make sure you have EXACTLY who youre looking for to accuse of such accusations.

I dont know why but they always have 2 registers open and a line of people waiting to get checked out.

Employees tend to be fairly nice. In general the store is clean. But when ordering online theres no clear markings of pickup, groceries were dumped into the back of truck with cans on top of breakable items. Was buying for a pantry and nothing wasnt bags. Ask for management no managers available. Was told if I wanted bags I have to go in the store and buy bags. After several hours trying to get a hold of management made a complaint to corporate, they are taking action apparently. I usually give very good reviews and comments especially when the general employee staff are kind and considerate. But in this case management was unsympathetic and generally rude. Would highly recommend not using the online shopping feature at the McHenry branch. Zero response from management even with being nice asking and to the point of complaining. I personally would not recommend this particular Walmart as a safe place for people with disabilities as well. Their store miles are very crowded not allowing easy movement with practical physical distancing measures

Would like to share that my experience at Walmart is always great has what I need or Ill get a rain check employees treat my family and I with such respect its been many times were I had questions and two different employees (Nancy) and another Hispanic ladies walked me and and assisted me with great pleasure praise God for employees like those two

Was able to pick up a 27 monitor to use as 2nd computer monitor for under $100. Exactly what I was looking for and 2 associates helped me find it! Good stuff!
