A very organized shoe store. It was super clean. I saw staff walking around cleaning. Plenty of staff to help with all your needs. They have a good amount of variety for everyone in the family.

Shoes are pretty cheap here.. But this one star thats missing is because of the old lady that works there. Horrible customer service. She yelled at someone because theyres a limit of people that can go in.. Like I get it but dont yell at him when next to me, while youre ringing me up. At least tell him quieter. Or have someone tell him.

If your looking for kids shoes they seem to be out of a lot of sizes. We looked for awhile couldnt find our kids size. Maybe they will get more.

Went in to return and exchange some shoes I got for my daughter and not once was I able to find someone to help me or ask me if I needed any help, I had to go to the front to get someone to help me and the store manager ANNITA wasn’t any help at all then. I SIMPLY wanted to return all the shoes I purchased, buy the correct sizes and repurchase some of the ones I originally bought just so I could use a $20 coupon I had and instead the whole time she kept sighing loudly sounding annoyed. When I tried explained for the last time what I wanted to do she said I couldn’t because I had no “receipt” although I showed her my online confirmation order number and the return labels I received with my order. At the end she only exchanged and ordered the shoes I needed in different sizes and told me to keep the others ones because she didn’t want to do any extra work. Not once was I rude for me to be leaving completely embarrassed and frustrated at the service I received. If I would’ve just returned them all I could’ve reordered them myself online and gotten my extra $20 back but it was too late by the time I realized I could’ve just done it myself. Don’t go here for help with shoes or online orders!!!

I went in on a Tuesday, around 3:00, and idk the name of the employee but she was so extremely nice and helpful. My son was running around very hyper, and she saw I was struggling a little, so she helped distract him and keep him company while I did what I had to do. She went out of her way to help and I really appreciated it.ill definitely be coming back because of the help and attitudes of the employees.

Customer service was outstanding

Great place to get shoes. Really nice selection from running, casual, dress, and even skater. Store is clean and organized well. Sales Associate Reyna was very helpful and manager Anita was friendly. Sale today was buy 1 get 1 half off. Got shoes for the wife, son, and myself. Would come back.

With so many brands and styles, it seems like they should carry some wide widths for women.

Worse customer service ever, I walked inside no one greeted me ok maybe associates dont greet their customers. Walked up to a check stand to ask for help with a specific type of shoes I was looking for, associate just pointed out a section of the store. She said if we have any flat shoes youll find them there. Ive seen at least 2 associates at the store and about 6 other customers nighter associate bother to help any of the customers out. Never going to this store again, to the store manager. Teach your associates good customer service or youll loose valuable customers and there for their money too.
