Amazing service at Price Ford! We chose a vehicle that was in transit, not on the lot ! Daniel Hagens was our salesman and he kept us in the loop on delivery 24/7! Once the vehicle came in, we were notified immediately and had the car in our possession within a day! Daniel spent as much time as we needed learning about our new explorer! In addition, the paperwork/loan went so smooth! No issues, no delays - just amazing service all around! Thank you Price Ford. We will be back again someday!

Curtis managed my service for my vehicle. I dropped off prior to work and he handled my paperwork and handed me off to their shuttle service and got me to work on time. Curtis called when the service was complete and they sent the shuttle to pick me up at lunch time and I got my car back with everything done as requested and never missed a minute of work. From the greeter to the shuttle driver, everyone was friendly and positive. But the whole point is the quality of workmanship in the service and they did not disappoint. Ford should be proud of this dealership.

Saw the vehicle on line sent in the request and added a few questions to the comment section I needed to know. Received a call back in about 2 hours.The person never read the questions I wanted specific answers on.So he asked what questions do you have, he could not answer one except for the old school sales pitch lines. Then the close what price do you want to pay?I said I do it on line so we dont have to go back and forth. He said I will call you back in one hour with all the answers and a price. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM .... So they are an antiquated sales dealership.

Stay away from this service department unless you have an emergency or you have enough knowledge to double check the work you have done. Price Ford changed my oil quite a ways back. We have an extra vehicle and hardly ever use it (500 mi/year). No oil leaks, not burning oil, etc…I went to change the oil today and found it was 3 quarts of oil down and that’s with adding a quart for filter storage. Thank god we don’t drive it very much or the motor definitely would’ve blown.

Friendly and professional. Well organized, clean facility with coffee, tea and water for its guests. Parts department open for the needs of its guest also. The shuttle driver professional and friendly too. I specially like that they take you and pick you up from your place of destination while car is being serviced. The salesman, Juan was polite and courteous and led us in the right direction without being overwhelming. He gave us all the information we needed and was attentive to our needs. We also enjoyed the finance/ desk manager who got us in and out of finance quickly but still made sure to attend to our needs. I would have rated Price 5 stars except for the fact that the car, which was new, was down to 51% on the oil life. While the service phone call and appointment time were handled professionally I did not appreciate having to use my Ford Pass Points for the oil change. It is my feeling that the new car should have been at 100% when we purchased it. Other than this, I would highly recommend Price Ford as a great place to buy a car. Ask for Juan. Hes a good guy.

Yesterday I went in for a basic oil change. Everything was fine with my Truck. However, i mentioned that my alignment was off. And I was right. I got a call from the dealership saying my car was ready. Furthermore, they fixed my alignment however it was over the mileage, but Nick Flores took care of it and said I was good. My Truck is still running great. Thank you Price Ford for your help.

The servicing of my car was excellent. My one problem was getting to the dealership to pick up the car. I was called just before 4:00 p.m that the car was ready. I asked if he could send the car to pick me up. He said yes, so I waited for about 20 minutes before going to the place I told the driver I would be at when he came to pick my up. I waited until 5:00, and then called to see if the driver was on the way. I turned out that he had gone to pick someone else up, and he wasnt even headed my way. Finally about 10 minutes later I received a call from the driver that he was on the way. I went to my waiting place, and he came within ten minutes. There should be better communication between the dealership and the customer about when the curtesy car would arrive.On the whole Im completely satisfied with the service I get at Price Ford.

Price Ford has been my go-to vehicle dealer for over 20 years. I have patronized other dealers in the area because I now live 30+ miles away from Price, but keep coming back because of the selection, attentive staff, and overall feeling of being a valued customer.Even after Patchett’s sold to Price a few years ago they kept most of their same long-term service staff, so that continuity of customer focused service remained and has strengthened.The only downside is they have eliminated their ‘free oil changes for life’ policy a few years ago, but then to be fair this is pretty much in keeping with the rest of the industry.

Bryan Whetstone has assisted me on many occasions & is very friendly & helpful. I was in & out in 45 mins. & did not need to use the shuttle service which I have used for other longer appts. which has been very convenient. I was disappointed that Price Ford was not offering the complimentary oil change as was the case with Patchetts when I purchased my vehicle or at least grandfathered in those customers who were offered the free oil changes at the time of purchase. Customers also received a complimentary car wash with each service which, unfortunately, is no longer the case.

We always receive great service at Price Ford when it comes to the Sales Dept.Recently we took in the F250 to have it serviced…etc…Oil Change, cabin filter changed, and it had 2 recalls. This was all fine, until we got the truck back. We noticed the next day that we could not open or close the glove compartment, it took a lot of effort. We called the service back, was told to bring it back. So my husband takes it back, no service order was wrote up, Curtis the service advisor took the keys, informed him that it would be a quick fix, 20 mins later, he went to check on the progress, as he was walking over, there sat his truck, it was running with the keys in it and no one around, he went in to see Curtis to find out what was going on and was informed that Curtis was at lunch, no one seemed to know what was going on with the truck. Even the lady at the counter could not answer his questions. The point is that he was never told it was ready and with it running any one could have got in the truck and drove off. He did receive a phone call from Mark the service manger apologized for this mishap!!!

I brought my Ford raptor in to have the sunroof adjusted or repaired due to it leaking water. After making arrangements and not having a vehicle for the day I got my truck back in the same condition. It still leaks. I was told by the service advisorThat he would look into it further with a specialist in this area. He has not contacted me since I spoke with him. I’m sure your dealership charged the time to Ford for the warranty work. I would be happy to speak with anyone in management in regard to the repair of my vehicle.10/28/2019 - I took my Ford Raptor back to the dealership to have a specialist again attempt to fix the problem. The service department went above and beyond to remedy the problem. 5 Stars!

Price for service was normal for dealer. Staff was not very personable and a bit stiff.Took my 2018 Mustang GT in for the “works”Staff left greasy hand and finger prints on the hood and front end. Spilled oil on radiator cover under the hood. Oil left on the drain plug didn’t even have the courtesy to wipe down plug and area where oil splashed. Also on the interior no courtesy mats were put down over my floor mats, staff tracked in “kitty litter” or floor sweep what ever it was was a pain to vacuum out off carpet. Over all not good, I won’t be returning to Price Ford in Turlock.

My last review was not approved for some reason.. 🤔I have been going to Price Ford for about 5 years. I’ve had great service until the last year.When you receive a recall letter in the mail and you call your local Ford service Dept to make an appointment about your recall letter, get a courtesy call the day before, then take it in and then they say “we don’t have the parts in” you have WASTED your time because of their careless irresponsible actions of their so called “customer service.”I took my Escape into the service dept in March 2020 because it was overheating. They replaced the sensor. And it stopped overheating. Hahaha. I bought a new car and my Escape was not being driven very much.In July, the check engine light came on and it started to shake badly when driven. They charged me $140 to diagnose it and estimated $8,000 for a new engine. I called Mark about this because wouldn’t you except a service Dept to find the issues about your car overheating BEFORE it begins to leak and ruin your engine? Apparently the “multi-point inspection” does not include engine, not does replacing the sensor have anything to do with the engine leaking. Mark said it wasn’t their fault. Do your job.Also, looked at my service report from July and it says they removed the wiper blades and cowl to get to coils and spark plugs and I noticed they didn’t put it back on. Called Mark about this a week ago, no call back. I’m not usually one to complain, but I’m really tired of getting taken advantage of, so if you learn anything from this review, it’s that you should do your research and really communicate with them about the work they have done/will do. If it’s under warranty, I’d still take it somewhere else to get a second opinion/review. I should NOT have to be replacing my engine when I took my Escape to the service dept for the engine overheating back in March. It gives the auto service industry a worse reputation than it already had, unfortunately.

I purchased a vehicle here in 2016. Ever since I have taken my car there 7-8 times for the same exact problem that it was having. Every time I took it there they “fixed” it and returned my vehicle. Every time I complained that this is strange and it’s not right that the same problem was occurring despite them “fixing” it and no one seemed to be taking my complaints into consideration. This year alone I took it 2 or 3 times and one of those times I demanded to speak to a manager. I ended up speaking to the highest 2 of them and guess what? They could care less. They told me they would research my problem and get back to me and solve this once in for all. I’m still waiting to be contacted by these managers 8 months later. I ended up finding a customer satisfaction number for Ford customers and called and did a lemon law claim and got it all resolved once in for all. The day I took my car to surrender it which was on 10-26-2020 during a COVID outbreak, I walk into a building where none of the cdc guidelines were being followed. No one wore a mask or seemed to care about customer perception. Anyways. This entire establishment always seem to advertise how much they care but I have not felt that care in 5 years of me going there 2-3 times a year and complaining about the same issue I was having. I always felt I got discriminated against because I’m a young woman. I’m 110% sure that is one of the biggest reasons no one ever took me seriously. I took the time to write this review honest and unbiased. I have nothing against Ford itself. It’s just this location that they don’t seem care fairly about all their customers.

This review reflects the admirable efforts of Jeff Luis, Service Advisor. We brought in my daughters 2015 Focus for an oil & lube service on a Saturday morning. Upon completing the initial paperwork, Jeff informed us that the vehicle was due for a bit more extensive 30,000 mile service. Within an hour of the service, Jeff called us and diplomatically informed us that there was a slight oil leak in an area which most likely would require replacing the head gasket. Jeff indicated the repair could be completed by the end of the day and we gave the go-ahead for the repair.A bit of time had passed when we again received a phone call from Jeff. The oil leak repair required a part that the dealership did not have in stock. Jeff then told us the part would be ordered and the vehicle could be picked up on Tuesday. Unfortunately the suggested repair time frame would not work for us. My daughter was on break from University in Los Angeles and needed the Focus to return the next day, Sunday. Undeterred by the time frame, Jeff was able to secure the part from someplace near by and the vehicle was repaired an ready-to-go Saturday afternoon.Jeff is to be commended for his professionalism throughout this process, his outstanding customer service in keeping us informed, and his diligence in resolving the unforeseen issues. We appreciate Jeff and he can best be described as admirable.

My Ford f150 was having problems, it was throwing white smoke from exhaust and loosing coolant, so I took it to Price Ford of Turlock for a diagnostic. They performed all kinds of test; coolant pressure test, inspection for coolant leaks, removed coils and spark plugs, inspected top of pistons, plugs for signs of coolant, NOTHING ABNORMAL FOUND. inspected turbos found internal coolant leak on passenger side. I was told that the problem was with the turbo and that it had to be replaced. I declined the repairs, but purchased the turbo part for $738 and decided to have another mechanic to replace the turbo for $300. Unfortunately, that did not work, and the problem persisted, so i took it back for another diagnostics i got charged again $140 and supposedly now they found coolant on cylinder 3 on top of piston and valve. Im really annoyed because the first time i took it everything came out normal with the engine, just the turbo needed replacement. However, based upon Price Ford of Turlock representations, I needlessly purchased the turbo. The aforementioned facts clearly demonstrate that Price Ford of Turlock negligently diagnosed the problem with my vehicle and as a result at my own incurred expenses. I went for a refund, but the people there were really races they wouldnt help me and ignore me, until finally i talked to the manager and he said he couldnt give me a refund. I lost over $1,000 for a bad diagnostic i dont think is fair especially when they got all the equipment and computers to get a precise diagnostic. I went and sued them and i still lost the case, waste of time when your trying to do things right!!!!!

Let me start by saying this was a very good experience. We took our 2014 Fusion because the Sync system went blank on a Friday. Made an appointment to take in the following Monday. We dropped it off and Jeff, the service advisor gave me a call. I emailed the error message that popped up on the screen since everything was working fine. He called me back either that day or the next and told me the Sync system was old and needed updating. The car has 63000 miles so it is still under warranty. They worked on it the remainder of the week. Using all their mechanics and resourses. Unfortunately the servers at Ford would not cooperate. Finally while dealing with Technical support it was determined the Sync control module was defective. They brought in in and changed it out, however it too was defective. They received another and tested it completely and resolved the issue. During this whole time I began to deal with Mark, the Service Manager and he got us a loaner car to drive. A great way to satisfy your customers in a bad situation. GREAT JOB PRICE FORD.

The sales team was good for my 2020 F-250, but then the nightmare began. I had my truck for about 3 or 4 days when I noticed that my passenger side mirror appeared to be bubbling like it had been heated up to the point of beginning to melt. I called the dealer and was assured that it would be taken care of. My brand new truck was towed to a closer dealer to look at it to make sure it wasnt electrical heating up causing the problem. When it wasnt electrical, it went back to Price Ford because they would take care of it. Apparently, by take care of it they meant turn it into my insurance. They would not warranty the mirror and would not help me by fixing it. Now with this vehicle being so new, it had not really left my sight and no one would have been able to take a lighter and burn my mirror. This is what the dealer told me probably happened. They never actually sent it to Ford to file a warranty claim or anything, just jumped to my insurance. The dealer does do some type of acid wash on new vehicles, so I think they left chemical on the mirror and it started to burn it. The dealer denies this and didnt stand by any type of warranty. I will never go here again.UPDATE: I want everyone to know that I have never received any follow up phone calls or apologies from the dealership, not has the owner replied to this review. I am sure this is because he is hiding knowing that he did wrong and refused to fix it.

Best experience I’ve had. I haven’t purchased a vehicle from a dealership in over 14 yrs, for the crazy prices and also for the fact that I don’t like dealing with vultures just trying to close a sale. My last truck was from Patchett’s Ford (now Price Ford). I’ve gotten to know the service manager as we worked through the old 6.0 diesel issues I had, and we all know about, and we’ve continued to watch Ford’s progressions in the 6.7 design from then on. I was finally in a place to make the leap and purchase a replacement truck for my now breaching 300k mile work horse. Reached out to them and was connected with the salesman Paul, who’s a nice guy and a straight shooter. He found exactly what I needed, approached the sale with real transparency. He offered me a very competitive price, didn’t pressure it, and even took extra steps to make sure I was well taken care of with some things I added on. As my wife and I met with the sales manager Matt to complete the transaction, we were once again very happy with the entire experience. We walked out of his office almost as though we’d known him for 15 yrs! I never thought I’d leave a dealership with a new truck, happy about what I just paid for!! They were very fair, professional, and friendly.To sum it up, I’d highly recommend making Price Ford your first stop (or your last). These guys I worked with can make your purchase experience a pleasant one, and IF you need any service work in the future, Mark and his team will take care of you in the service department.

Simply a great experience. I would recommend it to anyone. I purchased a 2019 Subaru yesterday from this dealership. Car shopping is generally stressful and unenjoyable experience for me but not here!I live about an hour away, so I called first and spoke to Navi, the salesperson. He gladly went out and took some additional pictures and ran the Carfax information for me. I would not have been able to get there until 7pm that night, so he offered to put a hold on the car overnight so that I could come see the next day when it was light and not be rushed (and without stressing that someone was going to snatch it up before I could). He was informative but not pushy. He even dealt with my chattiness during my test drive like a champ!Sam, the manager, took care of most of the deal. He, too, was very friendly - Professional but not cold. He made sure we had all the keys, or assured me he could get them if they were not there. There was a discrepancy on the the price of the vehicle on the lot and what was posted online. He honored the online price without question. After purchasing the vehicle, I was about to drive away. Sam noticed that I was looking at scuff or something on the vehicle. (It is a used car, so it is to be expected.) Not here! He ran out and would not let me leave until his team did their magic on it. I left with that imperfection looking like new!I was in and out in less than two hours. They even had my car detailed while the paperwork was being done. During my last service at Price Ford they tried to up sell me on a back up camera that I did not need for $900. My back up camera was intermittently working, like a connection or programming problem. When I asked them to look into it they said I needed the new camera because the lens was sun-bleached, which wasn’t the cause for its intermittency. Later I found out that there was a recall on part of the camera connection to the main screen that no one at Price Ford ever told me about. Unfortunately as of this point that recall has expired and Ford will not help me out. So my camera still glitches to this day.

My daughter and son in law had a 2010 Ford Fusion that wouldnt start. So they had it towed to Price Ford. They were told that the starter was out and the rack and pinion steering was in need of repair, that it was dangerous and about to fail. They said it would be $2300 to repair both items. $1800 just for the steering. So upon my advice they decided to look at used cars at the dealership. They were told that their car wasnt worth fixing and offered them $350 to get rid of it for them. Again on my advice they went ahead and bought a used vehicle from them. Less than 24 hours later I was on their website because I liked the vehicle my daughter bought and they had 2 more like it and I was going to buy one. Low and behold I see my son in laws car he let Price take off his hands to get rid of for $5700. So either they lied to my kids about the repairs their car needed or they have a car on their lot they know is in disrepair. They didnt even have the time to repair it, my kids got their new car later in the day so the shop would have been closed. And their trade-in was for sale on the internet early the next day. Which is it. Bottom line is I feel bad for giving them bad advice. So Im hoping this advice is better. Steer clear of Price Ford. They give used car salesman a bad name. Now Im worried about the vehicle my daughter, is it dangerous also?

For the past 7 years Ive driven my F-250 Ford pickup 100 miles each way from the Bay Area to Turlock for servicing. Wouldnt go to anybody else - thats how good they are. Purchased two F-250 pickups from the Price Ford location beginning in 2012 and had a very pleasant buying experience both times. Great service department and shout out to Hugh and Josh in sales. 5 Stars for Price Ford!

I was originally quoted because I was a walk in 1 1/2 hours which was fine. But after 2 hours I became a little concerned. The service writer decided to go an check on my vehicle. He did come back and let me know that they only had one rack working. He said that they were putting the oil in now and it would be out soon. Had they communicated with me during that 2 hours plus that they had only one rack working you would have a 5 star.

I really liked the salesman Hugh Smulson, great guy and very helpful.I did have to pry some free oil changes out of them(they used to offer oil changes for life). Also I was promised a free car detail before I drove away and that didnt happen. Over all I would recommend Price Ford of Turlock for a new car.

My Salesman was Ernie and he was the best! He listened to what I wanted and tried hard to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle before I purchased. He got me a great deal and was super friendly! I’d recommend him anytime. Price Ford was great to me and I have no complaints. I love my Ford Escape! Perfect size. One of the things that I liked about Price was that I wasn’t forced or pushed into anything. They were very patient and got me approved through a credit union fast and with a low interest rate!
