The staff was very helpful. One of the pairs of shoes I wanted was out of stock in the size I needed so they shipped the shoes to my house with no additional cost. This was the 4th shoe store out of that shoe but the first to offer an alternative!

Took my friend to famous footwear. She found a great pair of shoes with the arch support that she loves and look great on her feet. The sales staff was great.

The person who helpend us was horribel rude.Was not willing to mesure my wife’s feet and When she ask why. Hé answered that hé was Not feeling to do that. Hé was Not a helping personality. First and last time there,

My family and I were practically kicked out of the store 5 minutes before they closed. I asked the sales person why she was so adamant about getting us out of the store and her only response was that they were closing. I understand wanting to leave as soon as possible, but not at the cost of bad customer service.

They had a decent selection and were very helpful. We first went to Sketchers across the hall. Those guys had bogo 1/2 off and we were hoping to find something there but, alas, no joy. Their shoes were not comfortable. So we decided, on a lark, to check out Famous Footwear. We will definitely be going back.

Found a pair of worn shoes in a box on the shelf bringing their quality control into question.

I was disappointed by the hours famous footwear opens on sunday... twelve noon is late.... the customer service folks didnt seam motivate to help seem like they were dragging thier feet,

Wasnt able to find the pair of shoes I was looking for but the worker ashlee ( colorful hair) helped me find another pair that actually ended up working out better then the original pair I would have gotten, thanks ashlee, Ill be back for the shoe cleaner and the water proof spray soon 🙂

I shop here because the employees are always friendly, and they typically have sales and coupons. I wish there was a wider variety of sneakers for my tween daughters, but we always manage to find one pair of Nikes or Sketchers that works. Check it out!

Buy one pair of shoes and get another half off! is what you hear when you walk into the store. Im told that this is a typical promotion put on by the store, so Im leaving this here for others to vet during the non-holiday season.

Great customer service from Maria (hope I got her name correct). She pretty much runs this place on her own. Bought a pair, came back because the shoes were great, and she found me the same pair and did extra checks to see if the product was correct.

This is my Go To shoe store! I always find the best deals and the perfect shoes for me for work or play. My favorite are the selection of Sketchers and Bobs.

Very awesome experience. Shoe shopping with 15 year old grandson..... Walked in, manager welcomed us, shared about the BOGO... answered questions. Checked out some styles, left, came back 1/2 hour later, manager remembered us. Grandson found a pair of Nikes he liked....at check out manager informed us again of gonga sale....we ended up with second pair of shoes. Excellent prices. Manager very refreshing...welcomed us and our business. Cant remember his name, but only one working....

I was there late Thursday night, it was deserted and I got great customer service. Found what I was looking for at a fair price.

We found his big size 13 New Balance here AND her Birkenstocks too! Love finding stuff at the same store. It was Buy One Get One 50% off, so we bought my Berkies and paid 1/2 price for his New Balance. Such a deal. The only negative thing is that the Berkies are in the Mens Section only, even though the styles carried are sized Unisex. If he hadnt needed shoes, I would not have checked the mens side and they would have lost a sale. Just sayin.
