I feel that the people I work with at Automation Specialists are very, very knowledgeable. The person who came to my house was quite friendly and was sympathetic to my need for mask wearing and isolation. I will not let anyone in my house that’s not vaccinated against Covid and this agent was vaccinated. My only complaint is that because Automation Specialists are so far away from my house I get charged a travel fee each time they come down. The agent who did come down, however, did his best to minimize the amount of time he’s spent on my project to try to keep the total cost down while still making sure everything was done correctly. I appreciate that. All in all I’m very happy with the results and I feel very confident that everything is going to work just fine from here on out.

Automation Specialists installed an entertainment system in our living room many years ago when we remodeled and when we wanted one for the bedroom, we knew who to call. Sean gave us many options from which to pick and when it came time to install, Roland and Sam were polite, professional and knowledgeable. The installation was great and hassle-free. They even left the room cleaner than it was to begin with. I do have to mention, but this is not a bad thing, two buttons on the universal remote did not work right after they left (Im pretty sure the buttons worked before they left). I called Automation Specialists at about 4:15 in the afternoon. Roland was at my door at 9:00am the next day and took care of the issue--great service! Having been in the service industry myself, I know that sometimes little (and big) things can go wrong, but it is the service to make things right that is as important as the initial service. These guys get it.I highly recommend Automation Specialists.

I have been working with Automation Specialists for several years now since they were recommended by my contractor. They installed my alarm system and monitor it too; they installed a mesh network so now we have great Wi-Fi in all corners of the house; and they even provided and installed an amazing TV in my bedroom, relocating all the wires inside the wall so that it’s all invisible to us. Today I had service call from their tech Roland to help make some changes to the mesh network, and he couldn’t have been more professional and personable. I highly recommend this company.

Roland was very patient, helpful and friendly, over the phone, coaching me on how to play back video from one of our surveillance cameras. He walked me through various steps, from memory, having himself only physically worked with the system on one prior occasion. He encouraged me to try a few different ways to access functions (camera #, date time etc.), told me he would call me back to see how I was doing, and if necessary, visit the site and work with me in person. As it turned out, his initial support, over the phone was all I needed to find what I was looking for.

The entire team at Automation Specialists are true professionals. All are very knowledgeable and have pride in what they do. The quality of service is excellent as they stand behind their products and installs. Highly recommend.

Our experience with Automaton Specialists Inc. has been unfailingly positive. Whenever we have a problem, (which is rare), we call and they are very responsive. They always do a really great job and are so personable and nice that its a pleasure to work with them. Recently, our surge protector went - out so NO TV!! Horrors! When I called on Wednesday they checked the schedule for repair technicians and they were fully booked until mid week the following week. John, who is in management, said he would come out the next day and take care of it. He did exactly that and was able to trouble shoot a couple of other problems of which we werent even aware. Now thats great service!! We wouldnt use anyone else and highly recommend them to everyone we know.

My system had just started showing a low battery and I had not had an opportunity to reach out to automation specialist to see what was going on. I received a call from Roland this afternoon, and he told me that he was near my house and could stop by to see what the problem was. This was fantastic as I was able to let him come by and update our system. Sam and Roland stoped by and were able to check everything out while updating my system and changing the main battery. Thank you again for having such wonderful employees and I appreciate the service that your company gives.

Automation Specialists set up my entire home system of five TV locations including a Sonos system in 2009 and everything meshes perfectly.Over the last ten years, whenever there is a problem, which is rare, Automation Specialists responds quickly with friendly and very knowledgeable technicians. As an example, something recently went wrong with my Sony TV. I called and left a message in the evening and I received a return call the next morning with a tech arriving a few hours later to fix the glitch. I really appreciated the quick response. I highly recommend them for any type of audiovisual system installation.
