Very impressive to visit, but they have no organization or communication with what is going on with your installation. I couldnt believe the simple errors that became huge issues, due to one person not working with another. After all the headaches, I do love my new kitchen.. but what a struggle to get here.

We cannot express our enthusiasm enough for this company. From start to finish the Lowes/ Andrew Lauren personnel were professional and knowledgeable. Their scheduling time was exact, they said 8:30 and they were at the door at 8:30 and when did that ever happen to you. The template portion as well as the installation was done in a minimum of time with results that impressed. Again, we cannot express enough our enthusiasm for this company.Sig and Carmen Friedman. After my experience with this company I would run, not walk, away as fast as possible. Problem after problem, including a poorly measured, and poor cut stone that had to be resized which took weeks, expensive counters that showed water stains and the entire job had to be removed. This contractor has had to install my counter top 4 times. Removing counters is a very unpleasant and disruptive experience. In my opinion, they are NOT the best providers in Tucson.

Im another Home Depot customer that had Andrew Lauren as our contractor. I gave them notice in the middle of October when our cabinets would be arriving, and they assured me they get it scheduled. Instead, I heard nothing about a date until I called back for the third time in November. They quoted me around two weeks between the cabinet install and the counters. Instead its going to be almost five. Were supposed to go all of December and part of January without counters, a sink, etc. Their excuse is that theyre closed for the holidays. Im sure they knew that in October when I told them the cabinet delivery date. They were in no way apologetic, either.Update: Brad, who came to do the measurements, marked the wrong center line for our range. As a result, the duct was run 3” off center and now we have to open up the ceiling to move it.

Run away this company is awful.

I have had one issue after another with this company when I had them assist me with my kitchen remodel. They were so horrible that I eventually cancelled their services and hired another company to finish my kitchen because Andrew Lauren is not willing to work with their customers in any sort to get projects completed within a reasonable amount of time....its been 3 months already and my kitchen still isnt complete. I went through Home Depot to purchase my cabinets and countertops and they contract Andrew Lauren for the demo and installation and this process has taken WAY longer than it was supposed to and Andrew Lauren themselves told me that they have never had a customer have as many issues as we have had. Keep in mind some of our issues were from the cabinet manufacturer but for the installation, these people have been very difficult to work with and I would not recommend them to anyone. Not only are they slow at finishing a project, they left trash from the demo all over my yard, I added one picture of what Ive found but I actually had over 12 large handfuls of trash they threw out in my front yard. Save yourself some money, A LOT of time and stress and go through a company whos willing to work with you and your schedule. These people will NOT help you.
