Minimal sizing available at this location. Had to drive 30 minutes back to the store because the cashier forgot to remove the security tags.Otherwise, employees are really nice & helpful.

I had an amazing experience I had a very nice lady help me (forget her name) but she helped me pick the right type of fit wear or just everyday comfort wear! I will definitely be back!

I look a pair of 3 year old pants in hoping for a seen repair and was turned away saying that they no longer complete repairs of that nature. I was amazed, I am no tailor but I thought this was the simplest of repairs. I read up on their “quality promise” and inquired again. Rejected once again on inquiring about a replacement being told that it’s not a warranty. Apparently it’s just empty words. It’s laughable that Lulu claims extreme quality on a seem that doesn’t last 3 years.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I needed to exchange something I bought online. Not only did they exchange it for me, they ordered the color that I want and had it shipped to my address. There is a limit on how many people they will allow to enter the store, but it is fully operational, including dressing rooms.

Emily, the manager is so Awsome!! Very kind and helpful and has great customer service. Also Both Hannahs in the store are very helpful and friendly. Love the clothing ofcourse too.

On January 1st I attempted to take my two teenage daughters shopping to your La Encantada Tucson AZ location. As we approached the door the young lady at the front door advised us the store was at full capacity and we would have to wait for at least two people to leave (it was three of us). We decided to wait at a bench directly in front of the store. As my daughters were seating down (within 15 secs of my encounter) a family of four approached the same employee and she let 3 out of the 4 people in with no one having left the store. I was very upset but I did not want my daughters to be aware of the discrimination we had just been victims of so I chose to walk away from the store without attempting to wait to go in or obtaining the employees information. I really hope you can track the person that covered front door January 1st at between 3-4PM. She was thin and blonde.

Amazing staffToday I got off of work a little bit late and was running a little behind to get to the store. I didn’t realize the store closed at 7 and there was a lid of traffic and res lights between my workplace and the store. After screaming across town, I found myself at the door only to find a note indicating that they were closing early for a special staff event. Needless to say after fighting traffic my frustrations were at a double high. It was about then that the fantastic women in the store saw me standing there looking at the sign. They went out of their way to accommodate me. Ultimately I got what I came for and I got a full on customer service experience. I was on their time and they still treated me like I was the first customer of the day. I could not have been more thankful than I was when I paid and left. The employees sacrificed time they could have been using for their specific projects to help me and I am grateful. Thank you again!

Lauren was the rudest most condescending associate I have ever met at a lululemon. I just moved to Tucson to attend UofA and the first time I visited this store I had a great experience with all the ladies working while I was shopping for gear to dance in as I’m a dance major at UofA. I went back today to return 2 out of 4 items that I bought initially. I went in with a lululemon bag and waited to be helped. I don’t know if I look weird holding a bag and looking around but clearly my receipt and my two items TAGS ATTACHED demonstrate that I wasn’t doing any funny business. Even after going through my items for the return she was still cold and standoffish. I have never been in such an uncomfortable shopping experience. She barely said anything to me and rolled her eyes giving me my new receipt and store credit card. And said nothing! No thank you for coming or have a nice day. Just an eye roll like I was a nuisance to have to help out. I will not be coming back to this store. It’s a shame since I had a great experience the first time I came in. There is never a reason to be so unkind to a customer especially when lululemon markets such a positive and inclusive environment.

Service from ALL the workers on shift was phenomenal the other day. I discovered an issue with my leggings & called to see what my options were, and Lauren was extremely helpful and made the process very easy! Unfortunately it was an old style that was discontinued and I had to get a new one... Ivan was so genuine & even though I was a pain trying on numerous of different fits, he was patient and more than willing to get me sizes I needed since they were all different! Then when I finally decided a pair, whoever helped me (red hair(?) I think and was wearing black) measured my hem length and she was also extremely nice and we had an easy going conversation. I appreciated every second being there considering I’m not a fan of being bothered by workers while shopping! Thanks everyone, I’ll be back soon enough for some more :)

Extremely disappointed in their service. Purchased pants and worked out once, got a hole and they refused to return the pants. I have been a huge advocate for lululemon and their prices because they have always had amazing service. This may have just been this particular store, but I’m definitely questioning the company values....UPDATE: I contacted the corporate office and they are addressing it through them directly. I will definitely be continuing to shop with Lululemon but do not recommend this store in particular.

They do free yoga on sundays and it is awesome. The clothes are cute as well but a bit pricey. I hear the quality is good though!

This lululemon location is my fav! I always make a connection with the employees and they’re frequently telling me about different community events they’re hosting in the area. Plus, this location is located at a beautiful outdoor mall right up against the mountains. Definitely recommend visiting La Encantada if you’re visiting Tucson, it’s worth it!

The staff immediately greets you and are very helpful! I workout a lot and appreciated assistance in finding what would work best for me. They started a fitting room and checked on me without over doing it. I have ordered online with it being hit or miss. I like that I can try the clothes on and have them hemmed to my liking. Glad I visited this location and will return again. Expensive... but worth an occassional splurge!

Friendly staff all around!

I really want to love this company and have spent LOTS of money there, but between their terrible online website that wont ever load or shows items as out of stock one second and there again the next second, and the fact that they dont offer any loyal customer incentives (unlike their competitors who always offer coupons) despite the thousands of dollars Ive spent there, and the fact that their stores NEVER carry anything but black in my size and often never restock, Im forced to no longer shop there. From now on Ill be doing all my athletic wear shopping at Lucy, who gives their customers $10 every $250 they spend and has a great website and great customer service. I hope Lululemon will soon start living up to their spiritual and thoughtful brand image, and honor the customers that make them who they are.

Celeste and the staff at Lululemon were incredibly nice and helpful when I had an issue with leggings I bought a while back - they helped me exchange the pair I bought for another that fit better and seemed genuinely concerned about my satisfaction with the product. I will definitely splurge/invest in more leggings at this store because of the quality and customer service.

Now that Lucy is out of business here. I thought I would try Lululemon. Customer service was great so nice and helpful. I bought a pant and shirt and have ran in then five times. The quality doesn’t seem as good as Lucy was. it’s a lot thinner material were Lucy was heavier material and made very well. But as I said the customer service is outstanding!

The clothing that I bought a few years ago still looks great - the clothing Ive bought more recently are not wearing as well?

Absolutely love not only the store but the staff as well. They are friendly and helpful especially the manager, Emily and Frankie and Sam. They are all awsome. I love walking into that store and seeing their happy faces greet me.

I can say i dont mind spending top dollar for anything as long as its good quality and great customer service. I as many of you do as well spend a lot of money there and today i went to exchange something and was turned around with no help. This really made me think that they dont appreciate their loyal customers. Very arrogant employee

Worst customer service ever! After spending nearly a thousand dollars at the biltmore Lululemon we had to order one more pair of shorts for a team member and the arrogant fella on the phone refused to offer us our ambassador discount even after offering to connect him to the sales person who helped us in phoenix.Lame. This may be the final straw for our annual team purchasing, we are looking elsewhere.

Shop here if you like arrogant employees, terrible customer service, and a fury-inducing shopping experience.They wont hold items for you, their return policy is terrible, and on top of it, they only hire employees with athletic experience (meaning none in retail)...and it shows.Word to the wise - if you want Lululemon shop online so you can avoid this store at La Encantada

The staff at Lululemon has been amazingly helpful every time I go into the store. Staff including Matt and Alison have been friendly. Alison has helped me create fun and wonderful ensembles and I value the staffs input.
