This place is, by far, the best Cricket retailer Ive been to. I was greeted with a smile, and they helped me save a crapload of money by bundling a few things I was getting anyways, instead of just watching me purchase them all separately. Cant say enough good things about this location!

Staff is not helpful in any way. Not sure why they are even still open. It was a hugr inconvenience for us to have shown up. The clerk or whatever he was couldnt be bothered to help us at all. We ended up not staying as our business was obviously not needed or wanted. If I could give negative stars I totally would. Dont waste your time going to this location.

We were able to talk to customer service to make changes to my account. That’s a pretty difficult thing to do on Sundays, but we got it done and the customer service chat was quick and efficient.

If I could I would give this location no stars. Shady location. They claim to be one of three locations who FORCE YOU to buy whats called a bundle. They make false promises, and get upset if you try to question why they made false promises. Go to another location if you want great customer service this place lacks morals. I asked for verification from a lady named Ashley Reyna a member of sales, and another lady named Jacinda. All failed to proved me proof that this is how they conduct business. This place is a scam never doin business with this Criket again. (Figure this would be the only way the actual owner would answer me )

I went in yesterday because I accidently left my phone on top of my car as I drove away. By the time I recovered it you could only see half the screen. Not only did I get a great price on the phone, but everything was bundled together and I got all the bells and whistles. Chacho was able to help me recover all my contacts and photos. I will be returning should I need anything else.

I SPOKE TO CRICKET CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY APOLOGIZED AND TOLD ME NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION AS THOSE CHARGES WERE NOT REAL. SHE TRIED SAYING THAT YOU HAD TO BUY A SECOND SIM CARD BECAUSE THE ONES YOU GET FIRST DONT WORK SO TOI HAVE TO BUY A SIM KIT I WORKED FOR A PHONE CARRIER. THATS HOW I KNEW TO DOUBLE CHECK. SO THE PHONE FEE. PLUS THE SERVICE. PLUUUSSSS THE FAKE NEEDED 85 DOLLAR ACTIVATION FEE..... DO YOUR RESEARCH. BE CAREFUL WITH REATILERS.

Amazing customer service. From the minute I walked in, Monet and Marcos were awesome. So friendly, big smiles, good vibes. Marcos hooked up my plan in no time at all- he was honest and helpful- didnt try to get me with a bunch of useless charges and fees. Really grateful for this experience- give these two a raise, Cricket!!!

I thought this store was great. It wasnt busy and I was in and out. I went in to switch my service to them because boost mobile suddenly stopped working at my home after two years. Roberto was very nice and he even offered me to take his phone to my home to see if it worked. Although I chose not to, that was pretty awesome that he offered that to me. I was in and out of there within 30 mins. It took a little longer because I had to call and get my old account number to port my number or I would have been out sooner. I would definitely recommend this store over any other store.

I thought this was a good store and that I was being taken care of but I was wrong. I had to return 2 phones due to them breaking. I used the Progressive Lease to buy them. They never told Progressive I gave them back, I was told the phones were going to be mailed back to them. I have still been paying for both phones. For months. When I realized this, I called both Cricket AND Progressive. This location is saying they have NO RECORD of me giving them back. That is not true. I did! I am very upset! :( I work hard for my money and it sucks to have to continue to pay for stuff I no longer have, and that someone is lying about it. :( I cant wait to cancel my service!!!!!

I arrived at the location at 8802 e broadway at 9:20 am to find that the store was still not open. If i had received any customer service i would rate it poor at best, but since they were not even open at 9 am like they are supposed to be, i will give them the benefit of the doubt and rate 1 star instead.

I have had poor expirences at this store with sebastian aswell but i have recently gone in and he is no longer there, but I have great Cricket experience with Roberto the manager he is very knowledgeable in his sales and phone troubleshooting and hes a really nice guy :) Quentin is also really helpful and has great customer service skills . It was Great Doing business here and this is the only store i will be coming to :) I love these guys

I love my service with Cricket but I had multiple issues in store.I needed to get an upgrade. I was actually looking for a new phone specifically but they guy told me that it doesnt have the space I wanted and so I was sold the Alcatel Idol VR and its horrible. The phone I got was dead pretty much and I noticed call quality was super poor. ( Seriously I have had nothing but issues with Buying a phone the last 3 times) I went back and the guy who sold this phone to me wasnt around. Sebastian was there made it the worst experience of my life. He said.he couldnt help me. Then he said he could. He ended up replacing my device with one that was exactly the same infact looked like it was the store model. I got stuck into having this phone now and I had to leave my head band the guy gave me for free for the VR but it doesnt even work. I traded it back in. When I got home there wasnt a strap for VR goggles and when I called back he said they dont do that however luckily I have the box it came in. When we went back it was past 7 days 2nd time there and the 3rd time was last Friday. The guy Roberto is okay but kept saying Id not get much trade in for the brand new phone I got to get the original phone I wanted this whole time. They make it harder than it has to be and Cricket has fallen apart. The guy took off they couldnt even tell me what happened to my goggle strap and the manager who gave it to me acted as if he had no idea what I was talking about. This guy knew my husband and played dumb I wish my husband didnt join Cricket wireless he didnt get on my plan (eating with our son when he went to get the reciept) which I told him would cost less but oh well. Now Im stuck with this phone I hate that doesnt work like its supposed too and spent well over $200 on it. Itll cost me another hundred or more to get the phone I was talked out of in the first place. Nevertheless I plan to just deal with this and switch to a carrier that provides great customer service and affordable prices and decent phones. This is the 3rd phone Ive gotten In 3 years and the past two Ive paid auto every month on time and been nothing but loyal. The staff here doesnt seem to comprehend empathy whatsoever and rolling eyes at me isnt something I think is OK regardless of how upset I got. Be professional say something do something to help me be happy with my device Instead of finding every reason to not help your customers. Didnt like at all.
