We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Complete Flooring from the time we stepped into the store through the completed installation. We were treated professionally - we were given a great deal of help in choosing tile and allowed to bring home samples to matching existing tile. We received two other quotes from competitors - We felt most confident with Completes quote as they were the only one to measure accurately and provide a complete quote that didnt suggest surprises. Complete Flooring was also the cheapest quote.We were updated frequently on the arrival of our tile...communication was wonderful. The installers were professional, polite, and worked extremely hard for four straight days. They confirmed with us as to direction, tile, grout color before beginning installation. They were extremely helpful in moving furniture and even giving us some tips. I have already recommended Complete Flooring to friends and on social media. My home is my new sanctuary with the beautiful work from Complete Flooring.

Complete Flooring did a great job replacing our entire home with new carpet. The showroom staff took the time to understand our issues with the existing carpeting and how we go about our lives in our home. This helped in selecting an appropriate set of material samples (pad and carpet) that we then took back home to see how they matched our furniture, paint, and home décor. Once ordered, the installers did a fantastic job and were able to knock out a 2,700 sqft home in less than 2 days. Very professional from start to end.

The only reason this company gets one star is because of the installers. They were exceptional, offering great design ideas and doing the job efficiently and well. Complete Flooring, however, is terrible. First, it took almost two weeks to change a very simple thing in the contract and that was with me calling almost every day for a revised contract. Meanwhile our install time was slipping. Second, they made a big deal out of how the hardwood would transition to our tile which turned out to be no problem at all. But, because of that, we were stuck with the recommended molding which they had told us would match our hardwood and come from the same company. Instead they bought through a secondary company which in no way matched the color or grain or our hardwood. They refused to give us a refund for this erroneous and completely unused molding. We had to buy shoe molding at Home Depot and stain it ourselves. Third, they significantly overestimated the amount of flooring needed and then refused to take back the excess. We understand that 12% extra may be necessary but NOT 15%. We were left with two full boxes PLUS extra pieces. In addition, their attitude throughout was patronizing and unprofessional.

They sent someone out to our house to measure and send us a quote to our replace our carpet and they just never sent the quote. When I followed up about it, they said their system was down. I later spoke to a different employee, he said they were just backlogged and I’d hear back within a week. I never heard back, complete waste of time.

Two employees measured my home and saw its contents. Both said the job would take 6 or 7 days. I then got rid of 6 pieces of furniture and old electronics. I was also told the installers would do the job in sections and living at home would not be a problem.The job took over 3 weeks and was such a mess I had to stay in a hotel. The installers blamed it on the amount of stuff I had. A folding door was not reinstalled and its track is missing. Despite my repeated requests for 2 weeks no one has contacted me about finishing the job.Do not use this company.

Everyone was very easy to work with. Mark took measurements and a bid was made. The cost was so reasonable we decided to complete the entire project at one time. Cheri was very helpful in scheduling (considering we were doing a bathroom remodel in the middle of the flooring a start and stop was necessary but she and the crew handled it flawlessly). Jose is a true craftsman and did an incredible job with timing and even staying late one night to get where he wanted to be to set himself up for the following days work. He worked around the remodel mess and never missed a beat.

Jesus, Willie, and unfortunately I didn’t get the other gentleman’s name just got done installing my new shower tile and bathroom floor. I absolutely love it!! They were so professional, polite, and a joy to work with. They’re all such hard workers and it really shows. They take pride in their work and make sure every detail is taken care of. As far as the tile I bought it looks like concrete now that it’s laid and I couldn’t love it more, it’s the perfect amount of modern without being over done. I’m definitely using Complete Flooring for the rest of my home.

Everything was great, from our initial experience picking out the carpet, to scheduling the install, to the final product. They were honest about the best type of carpet for our situation (kids rooms) and didn’t just automatically try to sell us the most expensive one. I recently bought a townhouse with old carpeting and not-very-beautiful kitchen tile, and I wanted to tile the whole place. I had my heart set on a herringbone pattern with brick-like tile, which I thought I would never find. But after reading reviews of Complete Flooring, I made a visit. Actually several visits, and each time everyone I worked with was very helpful. I finally found THE TILE, and since I wasn’t living in the house yet, Billy was able to squeeze in a measurement when I could be there. The tile had to be ordered from Italy, and Patty, the installation scheduler, kept plugging me into the installation calendar so that almost the moment my tile arrived in Tucson, installation was begun. Jesus, the person in charge of my job was a true artist. I watched him lay the first course of tile in a herringbone pattern, and it was more stunning than I imagined. The job took two weeks, and everyone involved was professional and thoughtful of my needs. I had to leave town before the job was done, and when I returned, my house was spotless, and the furniture was all back in place. If I hadn’t been there for part of the installation, I would say that tile elves had visited and left me my dream floor. Thank you Complete Tile. You’re the best.

We couldnt have had a better experience. We did shop other places first, and were getting very frustrated with the lack of knowledge of the sales reps at other places. Other places will give you a price on the flooring itself, but then everything else is extra, underlay, baseboards, installation, moving and replacing furniture, measuring the rooms, etc, so it is hard to know how much it will really cost. At Complete Flooring, they worked with us and our budget to figure out exactly what we could do.We love the hickory engineered floors that were put in. They are absolutely beautiful. The installation crew was fantastic, cleaned up after themselves, moved all the furniture out, and then back in, frequently to new places, as I wanted to rearrange things (and I have big, heavy furniture), made sure I was set up each night before they left, were cheerful and polite, and completely professional. They disposed of the old carpet and pad, installed new baseboards, did not tear up the walls at all (someone warned me that they would, but they didnt), and even repaired a broken closet door.My friends are all now talking about putting wooden floors in their own homes. The neighbors are all talking about my pretty floors.These people were amazing. I cant think of a single way in which they could improve. This was an overall completely positive experience.

Every step in the process of selecting, measuring, purchasing and installing new hardwood flooring was seamless. From the moment I walked in the showroom, staff designers took the time to answer all my questions and advise me on the pros and cons of various products. I was so happy with complete flooring. After having a horrible experience at Lowes we decided to come here just to check it out. It is so nice to know the employees dont make commission so they really do have your best interest in mind. I love how their price for carpet includeds removal, install, moving of furniture and the carpet pad. All that included in the square foot is awesome. WARNING!!!Do NOT shop here at Complete Flooring if you like any of the following...01) Big box stores where you dont matter,02) If you like to wonder aimlessly through a store all alone looking for the right department,03) If you encounter that illusive sales associate, and they dont work in that dept,04) Having that sales associate call for another sales associate who works in that department for you, and they never show,05) When and IF they DO show up, you find you know more than they do,06) If you like picking through a VERY limited selection of options, and what you will settle for is special order only,07) Find out that they do not know EXACTLY who will be installing the product for you.08) If you like to take the chance that the installers know what they are doing,09) Having the installers show and you are not sure when they got out of prison,10 If you like having the installers put their tools all over the place,11) Having the installers create significant dust and dirt and not clean up. Ever.12) If you like having to move most of the furniture before the installer will do anything. And then you gotta move it all back, after you clean up, that is,13) The installers will run out of material because they did not measure it properly and somehow...that is YOUR fault cause you gotta pay more,14) There are a TON more so place your own starting with under item #15 and keep going as needed,15)..........................Just fair warning!!!Complete Flooring Will NOT do those kinds of things!!!So re-adjust your expectations from run-of-the-mill (pun intended) to actual amazing customer service from start to finish. To make a long story short, when one of their vendors (now former vendors) refused to stand behind an obviously defective product the management and ownership of Complete Flooring came in and made it right. They examined the situation personally, initiated a claim with the manufacturer, kept me informed through the entire process, and when the manufacturer shirked their responsibility Complete Flooring came in and replaced the work at their cost. We recently purchased a home and hired Complete Flooring to installDaltile porcelain tile (the kind that looks like wood) in the majority of our house. We also had them carpet the bedrooms. They did an excellent job! I am very pleased with all the flooring but especially the porcelain tile. I had a positive experience from the first time I stepped in their showroom until the project was completed. Their workmen were professional and showed up on time everyday. They worked very hard with very few breaks in the day and the project was completed on time. I would highly recommend this company for your flooring needs.

Amazing Experience! I shopped everywhere with my wife to find the right carpet. The staff at complete flooring was amazing. Odd Im so excited about my carpet... kinda.. Let me explain.We shopped all the big box stores (including Costco). We were able to get nicer carpet than we expected and for less than anywhere else that quoted us. Plus we really like keeping our money in our local economy.They gave us a huge sample to take home to make sure it was the right look.For work they didnt do (other home repair construction) they gave me very very good references.They guy that measured our house took a bunch of time to make sure the carpet was used in the most efficient way so we paid the least (carpet only comes in certain sizes, so if your carpet is on a 12ft roll and you have a 13ft wide room... guess what...).The installers that we had arrived 15 min before they were supposed to be here. They were clean, very very nice and ready to work. They asked before they did anything and gave me a very high level of comfort. I had odd requests.. like for the spare carpet to be made into usable scraps for me..I made door mats and runners for other construction that we were doing. They happily did this.Start to Finish I was very impressed with Complete Flooring.

Went in last Saturday none of the employees were wearing mask. This store is crowded with inventory so its hard to have distance between people. When I said something one of them put on a mask but none of the other employees did. Very disappointing!

Complete Flooring provided and installed Native Tigerwood flooring in our living room, family room, and bedroom. They removed the old carpet and leveled a few areas of the concrete base. In addition, they painted and installed baseboards above the new flooring.My wife and I did a lot of research before we decided to visit Complete Flooring. We initially talked to one of the “Big Box Stores” who tried to pressure us into making a purchase the same day they visited our home. My wife then visited a few of the other big flooring stores in Tucson and each one charged us a fee to borrow flooring samples to look at in our house.Eventually, I found Complete Flooring on Angie’s List. At Complete Flooring, Bob Huff our salesman was totally professional and extremely patient during our first visit to the store. He answered all of our questions and showed us numerous samples while asking us a series of questions so we would understand the flooring options and what would be the best type and material for our home. Complete Flooring let us borrow three different samples of flooring at no cost after our first visit. During the next month, we visited the Complete Flooring showroom several times to ask follow up questions and borrow different flooring samples. Each member of the staff was attentive, professional, and very patient.Immediately after ordering our flooring, owner Chris Golden came out to our home and measured the three roomsfor the flooring installation. He took precise measurements, explained the installation process and answered all of our questions. Complete Flooring has its own staff of installers. After our installation was complete there were a few ‘hiccups’ and adjustments needed to be made to the floors. No problem… Chris sent the installers back and the adjustments were made. As the installers were working in our home making the needed adjustments, Chris came by to see how it was going and made sure it was done right and to our satisfaction. When everything was complete Chris even sent in a painter to touch up the baseboards. We are so pleased with our flooring. I just had new carpeting and karndeen vinyl plank flooring installed in my home in Oro Valley, AZ. I am very pleased with the work that was done. I always like to go through the local businesses instead of the big guys (Home Depot, Lowes, etc.), and felt the pricing was very comparable. But the customer service is so much better. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or relative.

Complete Flooring has installed Karndean luxury vinyl in two rooms of our home so far, and we are very happy with both the product and the installation. The folks working at Complete Flooring are knowledgeable about the products they carry, and were very patient with me taking MANY samples home to see how they looked before making a final selection. We will replace our 15 year old Pergo laminate flooring with the wood-look Karndean plank luxury vinyl product probably next year, and will use Complete Flooring to do the work. Great local company!

This was our first encounter with Complete Flooring and I have to say we are completely happy with the value and quality of service we received. We have a larger home where the entire upstairs floor (1,600 sq ft) needed to be replaced including the flooring on the large staircase. The entire staff at Complete Flooring was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable while we discussed the multitude of flooring options available. We decided on the Karndean luxury vinyl because we liked its durability, ease of maintenance, cost, and beautiful natural wood grain look. They took measurements and gave us an estimate, which to our joy, was very reasonable and within our budget. Later, we were previewing the installation process – so we would know what to expect – and found out that because our existing subfloor was made of coarse particle plywood, we would need an extra sub-layer installed on the floor directly underneath the Karndean planks. This sub-layer requires extra materials and labor, costing over $4,000 in and of itself. When I told them I don’t remember seeing this on the detailed cost estimate, they reviewed the original estimate and quickly responded that they had inadvertently omitted it from the estimate. Rather than upping the price tag like almost any other company would do, they said it was their mistake and they offered to install the entire $4,000 sub-layer at NO additional cost. Wow!! I was literally ‘floored’ (no pun intended) and hooked on Complete Flooring from that moment.We were also impressed several times during the installation when the crew went ‘above-and-beyond’ to improve the final appearance of the flooring. Case in point, they installed new baseboards around the entire upstairs walls, and I asked the workers to leave any extra baseboards with me when they finished because one of our bedroom doorsills had been chewed up by our dog and I could use the baseboard to rebuild the doorsill. Near the end of the installation, without any prompting, one of the workers tore out the whole damaged doorsill and meticulously replaced it with new baseboard molding so it looks brand new. Again, going above-and-beyond, as this was not in the contract! It’s clear that customer satisfaction is one of the driving principles at Complete Flooring.I have to say, we are thoroughly pleased with all aspects of the service we received from Complete Flooring, I look forward to calling on them again when I get around to replacing one more (downstairs) floor in my house, and I would highly recommend Complete Flooring to anyone looking for new flooring.
