I liked what I saw, got approved, Shane got all the paperwork together and I drove home with my BMW X5!It had a few issues and I brought it back in for service a few times. I highly recommend you go somewhere else to purchase your vehicle. The car I purchased from them started making noises after just a few days of driving it. They do not honor their warranty they offer. I tried to contact manager for a week but got no response. After several attempts by phone I had to drive down there & they offered to fix it if I paid for the parts. After another week of trying to contact the manager to fix this I still got no response & opted just to pay for the parts so atleast the car wouldn’t suffer further damage. After all of this they still did not fix the car for another & kept it longer than originally agreed. Nightmare! Go somewhere else!

Not only do they NOT honor the sticker price on a vehicle that has been on the lot for at least 3 months based on their Offer Up ad, but will also say it was a mistake and its really 16K. That way when they revise it, the lowest they can do is $14,995, so youre doing you a favor at this point because its only 1k over instead of 2k.Theyll tell you that these cars will sell fast, so if you dont want it, someone else will buy it. And when you ask them why didnt they catch their mistake if its been on the lot for over 3 months, if someone was interested in it, why didnt the price mistake never come up, their best answer was they must have not pulled up a report and they shrug.But then, after being aware of their price mistake, they go ahead and delete the old listing on said offer up site and put a new one up with the SAME price.If youre looking for an unethical business without principals, then have I found the perfect place for you!P.S. I included photos of all of the details as proof and integrity because Momma didnt raise no liar!

I schedualed an appointment to come see a vehicle, I drove over an hour to come in and see this vehicle and you convenently just sold it before I arrive. You dont even have the decency to contact me and say dont bother coming in. You sold it out from under me. I would not reccomend your place to anyone, you were inconsiderate, not cairing for your customers.

I was just in there supposedly had an appointment that was automatically generated online with a Shane but once in they had no record of appointment. Its just a scam to get you in there. Once I was there the guy trying to help me completely profiled me when I was there to look at Escalade and 1500s they had on the lot he started suggesting vehicles that were low budget Im guessing because I walked across the street to park my vehicle so they wouldnt try to keep bothering me about trading it in they thought I couldnt afford a vehicle? Or maybe what I was wearing because I work in the drilling industry making great money but was dressed in comfortable clothes I dont know but apparently to that guy I couldnt afford something over 11,000. So If you do their online appointment or anything like that dont bother going in because they dont even know your coming.

Walked it to this place looking for a safe vehicle with my wife. We were only looking so we walked in about 30 minutes to close. Tommy was our salesman and was very relaxed and helpful. We fell in love with a Jeep on the property and walked out with the keys in less than 40 minutes! The staff was absolutely AMAZING. The wireless key that came with the jeep did not work so they ordered us a new one and paid the programming cost! They even gave us more than our trade in value was worth. Dont believe the facebook or Craigslist ads. Went in and asked about the 495 down. Salesman said yes if your credit is good and it depends on the car. Cant do any trucks for less than 1000-1500 down and if we have to do in house financing its 1500 down. So they ran my credit and said you are approved for 10 thousand or less. Which leaves a few cars and no trucks except a couple that had to be in-house at 1500 down. The 495 or 500 down deal is to drive the car off the lot then you have to pay another 500 down in 2 weeks, is the way the salesman explained to me. Thats if your credit isnt stellar. Mine is around 600 and income over 4grand a month, just for a measuring stick. At no point was I ever guaranteed 495 down or credit for any vehicle there or its free. Just another scam so dont believe it and waste you time.

Wish I would have read these reviews before I went there! Total scams, liars, and will cheat ya on a car!My car is a total Lemmon, almost two days after purchasing a vehicle, a 09 jetta the check engine light came on, brought it back multiple times cause they kept saying it was the gas cap, the last time they said it was a exhaust leak, they claimed to fix it. Three days after this so called repair the check engine light came back on for the same damn problem, but they wouldnt fix it!My front axle started making loud noises when I turned a month later, they wont fix it. Also sold me a car that had a tire that the wire was showing claiming it just needed a patch!Theres multiple other problems with this car that I dont want to add, its ridiculous, I needed a reliable car for my two kids and this is what I got!Also they are selling me a 09 with over 140k miles for ten grand when Kelly blue book prices it at less then 4 grand value! To top it off this was not the price they told me the car was going for! I would have NEVER agreed to pay 10 grand for this car!Dont go here, they will cheat you out of your hard earned money, even the guy who sold me the car left because Of their cheapness and how they treat their customers!Avoid this place like a plague!

Its hard time with wages down and when people go to find a used car at big dealer ship the sales man smells money and tries to get you in a car that you cant afford. The intrest is the comission.Tommy Martinez sold me a car back in 2007. The car was 2000 Honda. I needed my credit score to get better and it was a good way to start. Tommy also called me later that year to see if everything was working out. The payment was good. So I was able to make them on time so my credit went up.A car dealership can not be good with out a great person to show you around and work out a great payment plan so you can still enjoy the vehicle after you buy. I recommend to go see Tommy Martinez at Car Time

Me and my boyfriend got a car here and within the first couple months ive had to replace all the tires, fix the ac controls, the strut mount, the battery and now the alternator im so scared of whats coming next. Ive called multiple times to speak with shane and he doesnt have any answers all he can say is hes calling a rep. So unprofessional this is crazy i will be going downtown to the bbb and providing all my documents so that everyone can know i dont understand how this place is even still in business. To think the only reason we came here was because a friend referred us to joseph. I will definently not be coming here for our second car.

Wont place ever. Do not get a car from here started having problems with the car in the 1st month and 2nd. Then from there my car kept breaking down through out the time and I had to keep putting money and work into it each time. Until it broke down on me and it wouldnt start going at all. Went to try to trade the car in with Jim click and they said that they wouldnt take the car because its been in multiple car accidents which Cartime didnt even let me know about it. So this place it the worse place to get your car. Do not recommend this place to no one

I bought a VW Beetle from them a while back. On the drive home, it stuck in low gear. I turned around and brought it back. They gave me a loaner over night that pulled HARD to the right and was not safe to drive. The mechanic they use never supplies any paperwork, doesnt exist in any phone book or online listing, no ones ever heard of him. He fixed my car three times and six months later it needed $3000 in work on the engine. Worst car, worst employees, worst business. Like others have said, they lie and cheat and dont follow through on any of their promises. Stay away.

I got denied by o’rielly, car max and premier. At car time they get you approved no lie. I would definitely recommend them and go back to them.
