So this is an update. I ordered a camper shell and a Decked drawer system for my 2021 Toyota Tundra. I went in and looked around and was very impressed with the showroom and staff Dan very knowledgeable and No pressure kind of of guy. Dan answered all my questions and spend quality time showing me the difference in Truck Shells. I was in the auto business for over 20 years in both sales and service and I know when I am being hustled. I didnt get that feeling, also Daniel is a good salesperson but he was honest and fair and didnt try to sell me something that wasnt needed. I made the order and paid the security deposit, Dan told me to expect my top sometime before beginning of September. I explained to Dan that I needed this completed before September as I wanted to take the Tundra to California to my sons wedding, Dan told me he could not make that promise and would not make the sale if thats what I needed. He explained production was down and truck drivers are in high demand, but he would do what he could. I ordered the Decked drawer system and ATC Truck shell. It took about 4 weeks and the Top came in 8 weeks ahead of time, and I have an appointment to have it installed tomorrow. I am very pleased so far with the professionalism I have experienced with Custom Topper. Ill let you know about the install after tomorrow. So far So good!Keep up the Good work!Bill

Daniel was great to work with, very knowledgeable and honest about the products he sells. My tonneau cover arrived and was installed the very next day. The cover had a small cosmetic defect from the factory. Daniel was quick to contact the manufacturer to file a warranty claim. Hands down the best shop in town for your truck bed cover needs. New Shell was purchased with multiple surface marring and wax swirls in finish. I was told to buff it out. Recently went in for rear window replacement. Glazing job looked like a 5th grader did it. Hole was left exposed in exterior window frame. Ill never take business here again. As a seasoned tradesman I am shocked at the product and service I was dealt.

They were very professional and courteous. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and definitely made a satisfied customer out if me. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a camper shell!!!

I was looking throughout Arizona and New Mexico for a shell for my pickup. I didnt plan far enough ahead to order a new one before my trip. I called Custom topper and explained my predicament. They offered to loan me a used one while waiting for a new one to arrive. I drove 5 hours to take them up on the offer. I ended up purchasing the ( like brand new ) one that they had offered to loan me. They even fit me in there schedule to install the shell. That is customer service which is very hard to find these days. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Schedule an appointment to get my windows tinted I was going to save a couple $200 drop my truck off in the morning and then I get a call later in the afternoon saying they cannot tint my windows because their window tinter did not show up and did not know when they would show up when I was there making my appointment another man was there had an appointment to get his windows tinted same thing happened I ended up going somewhere else They might be good at everything else they do the gentlemen were very nice inside the store except they wasted my whole day I ended up getting my windows tinted elsewhere. When it comes to Window tinting they are not Its very reliable super disappointed the man in the front office was very nice return my money and apologize for wasting my time was really looking forward to using this service but not anymore. My.recipt was from custom toppers I will post picture of my recipet later . You should take the banner off your store front if this is the case.

Custom topper is awesome they did a great job installing a truck bed cover on my truck. They were fast and efficient and great to work with! I recommend anybody looking for a shell or a truck bed cover to go to Custom Topper!

I am planning on getting my camper shell by the end of May, so Ive been shopping around town.I have gone there a couple of times price shopping and I am not at all impressed by the service or information.Disappointing that they do not carry ARE, LEER, or SNUGTOPFor some strange reason they will not give me a written quote unless you are ready to buy then and there. Talk about pressure!Sales person is anything but friendly

Had a shell installed and it looked like someone defecated in the bed of my truck. There was also Spaghetti, Spaghetti everywhere. I swear someone took it out for a joy ride. I was not impressed and will not be going back.
