Beautiful dresses, but the consultant didn’t quite understand what we were looking for. The consultant and front desk woman were on their phone and talking to each other about the previous bride. Needless to say, the vibes were off.

WOW! I wish I was able to give this boutique and owner/consultant Emily more than a 5 star. I am a plus size bride who’s biggest fear was not being able to fit into any of the dresses or be able to visualize the entire look without being able to close the back of the dress. Boy was I wrong! Emily was able to clamp and adjust the dresses in all the right places giving you a real feel/look of how the dress would fit. She was very thorough explaining all of the details you could add or remove from a dress to adjust it exactly to your liking. She added arm pieces, different tulle colors, belts, anything you asked for she was on it. I had a party of 5 with me. We’re a rowdy, very vocal crowd, and from start to finish Emily was extremely patient, kind, and attentive to all of us. We even went over a little on our appointment time and not once did Emily make me feel rushed or make any comment about my appointment time coming to an end. I had a budget and she made sure I stuck to it. Once I said, “YES to the dress”, she popped a bottle of champagne and we all cheered with joy. My wedding dress shopping experience was everything and more than I ever could have imagined. Emily was so genuine, I could feel the love and passion she has for what she does. I’ve gone to 6 bridal boutiques in Tucson and hands down, J Bridal Boutique is the BEST in the business.

I made an appointment with J Bridal after I made appointments to go to Phoenix. J Bridal was the first and last stop I needed to make to find THE ONE! Sarah was sweet, bubbly, and knowledgable. Katie was also a great asset to finding my dress as well. I felt incredibly welcomed and that all my answers were being answered honestly. Absolutely no pressure in having purchase my dress at that appointment. Once I said yes to the dress the paperwork portion was quick and painless. I cannot recommend J Bridal enough, and I am so glad that I decided to make an appointment here!!!

Katie made my wedding dress shopping experience so fun, relaxed and exciting. I got to try on a good amount of dresses, all were exact styles I had mentioned I was interested in. Katie just knew how to visualize the look all together and encouraged me to try on things even if I didnt think I would like it. I told her I didnt want a vale and she said why not just try one on for her haha and turns out I want a vale. I told her I didnt want sparkle, she had me try on some sparkle and turns out I want some sparkle. They are so good at what they do at J Bridal I would recommend going there to any bride! Also, the boutique itself is so beautiful!

I bought my wedding dress at J Bridal last year and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. My consultant was very receptive, listening to what I envisioned my dress to be, and respecting my budget. The first dress she pulled for me ended up being absolutely stunning, and the one I chose! Js Bridal was the first place I went to look for my wedding gown. As soon as we arrived Katie was so good with getting to know me, and my vision, and what I wanted to try on because it was my first time ever trying dresses. Katies first 2 picks for me ended up being in the final 3 I was deciding on. Since I couldnt make up my mind, I made a follow up appointment to come and see all my bridesmaids in their dresses along with my picks to see if it would help me decide. Emily helped us during the encore visit and was super accommodating to me and my bridal party during strange COVID times.Even though I did NOT end up going with a dress from J Bridal, it had nothing to do with the customer service or selections - all which were amazing. It was really a tough decision and another dress won out by just a hair!!I will definitely recommend J Bridal to every friend I know getting married. I am so thankful that Emily and Katie were such a great help to me.

I found the dream dress I didn’t know I wanted thanks to Melissa and the J Bridal team. I walked into J Bridal, which was the first boutique I visited, thinking I wanted a dress with long sleeves. I quickly realized that long sleeves make it difficult to raise your arms, which didn’t work for someone who loves dancing. Melissa immediately pulled other dresses that were similar to my initial style. She was patient as I tried on dress after dress, not once rushing me or pressuring me to choose. She was supportive and listened to the things I liked and disliked, finding other dresses based on my feedback until we eventually found “the one.” From there, the ordering process was seamless with J Bridal handling everything. I picked up my dress once it was delivered from the designer (style: Ludmila by Watters) and took it to Helen Santos, a seamstress recommended by J Bridal. Helen was also amazing and altered my dress to perfection.Overall, dress shopping was an enjoyable, low-stress experience with J Bridal. Their selection is expansive, beautiful and high-quality, so I’m sure any bride will have good chances of finding their dream dress there too!

Unbeatable! J Bridal was by far the best wedding dress experience Ive ever had. I was over shopped, trying on over 60 dresses and could not make up my mind. I never had that bridal moment of feeling like I found THE dress. But after having a wonderful appointment with Katie, I said yes!When you go in youre immediately blown away by all the beautiful gowns on display, and the space is breath taking. Katie sat down with me and asked me about some of my wedding details and what I envisioned, and she picked out beautiful dresses for me to try on. They give you around 4 or 5, so you dont get overwhelmed or crowded which is nice. However, each one was beautiful in its own way. Katie was incredibly knowledgeable, and shout out to Melissa who also helped out a lot. You can really tell how much these people care about their business, and their brides. They do amazing work, and it shows in all they do.To all the brides out there looking for a place to say yes to the dress, make sure to check this place out! AMAZING! I had my eye on them for a while via their cute Instagram and they didn’t disappoint! I tried on about 7 dresses and had an emotional time deciding. Emily was so sweet about helping me through the process of picking dresses and deciding. She helped me try on all styles to figure out what I wanted. A few months later I went back for my friend to try on dresses for her wedding and that experience was amazing as well. The customer service is also incredible, they’ve responded to many inquiries and quickly got exact shipping details for me. Could not recommend more!!!

Katie was SO sweet and made me, my mom, and my maid of honor feel so comfortable. I had never tried on a wedding dress before so I was nervous, but I had so much fun! Also, the dresses were BEAUTIFUL! I found one that was perfect for me and it was a sample dress so it was discounted! I love this place and I highly recommend!

I couldnt have had a better experience! I was so worried, when I first started wedding dress shopping, that I wouldnt be able to find a dress due to my size and height, I am 6 ft tall and curvy. Wow, what a fantastic experience! I made a bridal appointment while in town over Labor Day weekend with the intent just to look at styles and get an idea of what kind of dress Id like; I had ZERO intention of picking something out. As soon as my sister, mom, and I arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome by Emily. We had the entire store to ourselves and had her undivided attention. I tried on about 7 or 8 different dresses and never once felt rushed or pressured into a style I wasnt crazy about. Despite my initial plan, I ended up selecting the one since I loved it so much and kept gravitating back to it. Emily was so excited for us. I would HIGHLY recommend J Bridal to any bride, near and far!

Found my beautiful dress on the first visit. Getting my dress was short notice but they rushed it and got it for me with plenty of time to spare. When i went to pick it up i had my kids but really wanted to try it on. They watched and played with my daughters just so i could try it on. After trying on numerous wedding dresses at other bridal shops, I finally found THE one at J Bridal! I went in thinking I wanted a mermaid style dress until Melissa had me try on a ball gown. I completely fell in love with the gown and knew it was THE one when my first dance song came on over the radio. Omg this boutique is cute! They make you feel so comfortable and welcome! We had the entire boutique to ourself! It was everything I had imagined my wedding dress shopping experience would be and more! The owners were so amazing on the phone when I was planning the appointment, and then they hug you on the way out! Katie worked so quickly (literally ran) to get me in and out of dresses because we were on a time crunch. And she found beautiful dresses that were in my budget! Everything was absolutely above and beyond perfect! Don’t pass this gem up!!

What an absolute dream. Made a last min appointment, with no more than 6 weeks till the wedding, and not only did they have me in and out in my dream dress, my size and an appointment for alterations same day, she made me feel amazing and still in control of the process the entire time. Im came in a couple months ago to try on dresses with Katie. She was so attentive and listened to what I had to say. When I wasnt loving the options we initially pulled and wasnt sure where to go next, she helped me customize my dress with the top of one and bottom of another. Then she went above and beyond by telling us how to order the cheaper dress and avoid the extra charges, changing it into what we wanted in alterations instead, which saved us a lot of money. My dress came in early and after seeing it today, I know it will be exactly what I wanted, all thanks to Katie!

I walked into J Bridal not knowing I needed an appt. I was there 5 minutes standing with NOT EVEN AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of a hello!!! I finally asked one girl if any one was available to help me. Her reply was, do you have an appt. ? I said no Im sorry its been a long time shopping for a wedding dress. She said you need an appointment!! She still never said hello or sorry, she could have cared less. I left feeling not welcomed. I called several places the rest of the day and found my dress. All other boutiques were amazingly friendly and more than welcoming!!! Im very disappointed in your Boutique and will let everyone know of my brief unwelcomed hospitality you offered.

An absolutely amazing store. I was married in May and the year before went to a corporate bridal store and had the worse experience. To the point I was in tears for how poorly I was treated. I am not a heavy person but also am curvy and essentially was told how abnormal my shape was and that not many dressed would work. I was very apprehensive go dress shopping again and didnt want to to feel like that ever again. At J Bridal, there was a totally different experience with amazing customer service. I also loved the seamstress who worked a lot with me, especially because I lIve out of state. I highly recommend J Bridal for every one who wants a personalized experience and to find the dress of their dreams!

My wedding dress shopping experience at J Bridal was nothing short of amazing. I was overwhelmed and nervous to go dress shopping and am so glad I decided to go to J Bridal first. I had planned to go dress shopping with my Mom who was visiting me from Ohio but wanted to try on dresses prior to her arrival so I could see what I really wanted without any opinions. I went to J Bridal without even looking at the racks and Melissa picked out 5 different dresses for me, I only tried these 5 dresses on and fell in love with the 5th one. This dress is nothing I would have ever picked out for myself which proves how fabulous Melissa is at her job! She made the process smooth and painless. I was so pleased with this dress, said yes that day and Melissa was flexible with me and allowed me to come back a few days laterto show my Mom the dress and try on some more just to appease her. When I came back with my Mom, Emily was also super helpful and helped me pick out the perfect belt to compliment my dress. The experience at J Bridal was stress free and personal, they take so much care in what they do and ensure that you leave happy with the dress of your dreams. After having a harrowing experience with a big chain wedding dress store (the name ends in avids bridal), including having my dresss design being discontinued after ordering it (!!!), I was recommended J Bridal by a friend and am so grateful for it! Katie was my personal consultant, and having the place to myself and Katies 110% attention was such a welcome relief after the chaos of my previous experience at the other bridal store. I had a long complicated list of criteria for the dress (including some that were specific to cultural expectations), and Katie was amazing in working with me to find the perfect dress. The entire process was stress-free, glamorous, and I truly felt like a treasured and respected client. Today I finally picked up my dress and was even able to try it on in store, and I just fell in love with the dress all over again.I wish I could give Katie and her team 10 stars out of five! I actually started Dress shopping at Gigi’s bridal and thought I found the one. But my mom said we should look at more dresses before buying it. So we went to 4 stores in Scottsdale and didn’t find anything. I came back with my mind set that I was going to go to gigis and get that first dress I had seen, but my friend asked me if I had gone to Js bridal, and I told her that I had never heard of it before but that it didnt matter anyways because I was going to go straight to gigis. She told me that I should really give it a chance because she had heard great things about J’s bridal, so she convinced me and I went to check it out. The girl who helped me was so sweet and helpful and nice and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, she was very pregnant and still had so much energy and was pulling dress after dress for me to try on. There was a lot of variety of dresses and vails that I had not seen In any other store I had gone to. I ended up buying my dress there that very day. I am very greatfull! Thank you so much!!!
