Ive been a customer for decades, mostly concerning special projects. Doesnt matter what youre trying to find, these guys generally have it, and if they dont, they can get it. Very knowledgeable staff, and willing to walk with you and guide you through the warehouse so you can find what will work for you. The last time I was there, I needed toothed belts to act as gears to synchronize two drum assemblies, and they were a specific diameter. They had the toothed belts, but their circumference was a little off. But then there was some scrap belt material they said was generally useless to them and make the suggestion that I use the stuff as a shim to make the belt they had in stock work. What a fantastic idea, I thought. They had a few different thicknesses of scrap and I chose what I thought might work. It ended up being perfect! Thanks guys!
