It’s unfortunate because when I first started going to this place everybody was so friendly and nice the prices were reasonable and now when you go the whole staff is grouchy they barely say hi to you when you’re in there it’s more like your burden to be at their store. I would always bring in items and just exchange them for something else and I used to get a pretty good amount back in trade and now I’m lucky if I get much. It’s unfortunate because whatever I get back I just use it towards the store so they really should try taking care of their customers better. That’s what happens to small businesses as they get too big and they start raising up their prices start hiring staff that really don’t care and that are not friendly it’s unfortunate because it was a cute little place.

Absolutely great store!! My favorite baby clothes thrift store. I have bought a lot from here. The reason it is not five stars is because the customer service is terrible!!!! They are so rude, unfriendly. God forbid you ask for help or to trade an item. It’s like it’s a chore for them to just help you find something in the store. It makes me sad because it drives me away and others away too.

Best Baby Store I have ever gone to in my life. I never want to go to another one. My wife convinced me to come here to stock up on clothes, and my expectations were low. Used baby clothes? But I was greatly surprised. Everything is high quality, and half the price or less than target. They have a large selection of toys and books and other baby/kid essentials. Not to mention we bought a crib that was only a year old that looked brand new for half the price. It is such a great idea being able to trade clothes and items since the youngins grow out of them so fast - not to mention the overwhelming amount of unwanted gifts you tend to receive from family. Also love their small boutique section of new local items. All around, only store I recommend.

Great place for used baby items. Most of the items are very reasonably priced and in good condition if not new. The one major complaint is that most of the staff are incredibly rude and short with their customers. Every single time Ive been in, Ive had not so great customer service.When I tried to return an item that didnt work, they gave me a hard time and said that there was an issues with the card so they couldnt refund me even though it was broken. We finally settled on store credit but the lady who was assisting me was very rude and seemed very annoyed. Too bad because its a cool store otherwise.

Although this place is fairly priced I am not impressed with the sell/trade part. I feel like the things I brought in were barely gone through if looked at at all. Some of the toys were never even used by my young children. Pretty confused and annoyed.

Love this place, I visit the store every two weeks. The clothes are in good shape. They have a ton of baby products. Highly recommend. One problem I did run into is that some of the employees are rude. But the employees won’t run me off, the store out weighs the horrible employment!

Went here for the first time today. I have a 7 year old boy and another boy on the way. Was disappointed in the boy selection, but this isn’t their fault I’m sure. It’s like this at every store, the girls stuff takes over and boys is slim pickings. I felt some of their stuff was overpriced, like brands you can get at Walmart for about the same price. But I was able to find some high end brands. Overall great stuff, just more boys please! Will be back to sell and buy.

This place is organized nicely and they only accept clean and working items. That makes for a very nice shopping experience. The clothes are beautiful. They don’t accept raggedy clothes. I always fine great deals there and I have been pleased the the trade deals I’ve received. They could work on their friendliness and be more welcoming.

I called ahead to ask if they had what I was looking for, they did & at a great price. They held it for me.They have a large inventory. At the time I was there more baby clothes for girls than for boys. I didnt check above size 18 months. The prices I looked at were really good & the merchandise is in great condition.I would recommend going there if you have babies to young children no larger than 5. I think that is their cut off size.I gave it a 4 because of the lack of boys clothing.

Very great selection and excellent prices

I have been going to this store since it opened in the original location. While it is organized, I have to say the quality of what they accept is very hit and miss and the ownership/staff could work on the social environment and how they speak to customers. They don’t make sure or don’t care that all the pieces to each item are present when they purchase. Twice I have gone in and purchased an item, that was boxed or wrapped that was missing major pieces. The first time this happened, I went back to the store and watched as they pulled the missing piece from a box of extra pieces. While I was grateful, I could not help but wonder why a simple check was not completed to begin with. The second time this occurred, I purchased a toy. I could not tell based on the way it was wrapped that anything was missing. However, a very major piece was missing. When I went to return the item, I was flippantly told that the item was “as is” and extra items had been added to make up for the missing piece (two minor items that incidentally belonged to the second set I purchased). Had my little one not been so excited by this item, I would have left the toy. Regardless, please validate that all pieces to your items are present and working before you purchase.

This shop has everything you need. And if it doesnt, check back soon and they might. Everything is priced very well. Definitely a go-to kids shop

Great selection and prices .big store .good variety but no parking not many spaces parking lot was full so I had to park a long ways away and walk over to it and only one lady cashier so I waited a while for one item because the people in front had spent 200 so she was very slow ringing them up another lady was there and saw me but didnt even offer to check me out .not sure if ill ever go back .savers is just as good

Better luck at Broadway babies! The woman in this store have attitudes and know nothing about customer service. I took baby clothes in and they literally Said they donated them because they all looked worn but most of the clothes still had tags! 2 bags and they gave a $6.00 credit and then had the audacity to say they looked worn and they were accepting infant clothes... like what!? Wouldn’t recommend . The lady at Broadway babies takes clothes and would have given way more money. Save your time.

I highly recommend this place if you are looking for inexpensive baby clothing and accessories. I was able to purchase a stroller here that normally would have cost almost three times what I paid. Very good high quality clothing. They offer a wide variety of childrens toys and amenities. Everything from baby socks to Baby backpacks. Highly recommend this place or Consignment too.

They also only take items that are still in good condition so you don’t have to sift through a bunch of worn out junk when you shop. This place is not only reasonably priced but they also price fairly in reference to your apparel/accessories/toys etc. Compared to the other second hand buyers, they accomplish the tasks of thoroughness, accuracy, punctuality and effective communication. Those of you who have sold items to the few buyers left in town, know that time is of the essence, especially when on a time crunch/lunch break. These chosen women who run this establishment are more then just familiar with their niche and can get you in and out for the most part, in a timely fashion. They have extensive knowledge in designer wear, so you are not under bid. My only suggestion or comment is; more room please or changing buildings to a larger dwelling, it is very tight quarters but with heightened awareness and positive customer reviews, this establishment should have no problem with expanding on numbers and attaining any goals set forth.Respectfully,Mindy G.

Their store is cute and there is always something nice for my kids inside. I only rated 3 stars because for the past few years I have noticed that most of the staff and owner have become increasingly more unfriendly and/or impatient. I will return for the good deals, but not for trades as they are very picky on what they accept. The next time that I go,I will not bring my children as I have heard with my own ears a few times where they were pretty short with some small children in there and I dont want my children subjected to that.

It took me a long time to actually go to the store based on some of the reviews that said the customer service is horrible and the staff was rude. I went in prepared to deal with sub par attitudes. That is not what happened. They were super busy on a Thursday afternoon but when I went in with my bags to sell they guided me where to go and what form to fill out. They were in good spirits and friendly. Despite the busyness of the store they were quick and the offer was decent. The selection of used items wasnt as great for my 4yo girl and 1yo baby boy though. I think baby girls have the best selection of used clothing in these types of stores. So I probably wont shop there but I will definitely sell there again if I cant sell my items privately fast enough. Thank you for not disappointing in the customer service area!

Ive been going here for years but the two bigger ladies who work there are just so rude to customers. Maybe you should teach your employees how to talk to people or get rid of them. Other than that they have amazing clothes and accessories but because their staff is rude Id rather take my business to broadway babies because they know how to treat customers with respect.

There was nice stuff there and found some good deals on baby items. Im giving 3 stars because the staff was very unfriendly. The checkout lady seemed annoyed that I interrupted her tagging items.

Great little baby store. My wife loves it, which makes me happy. I also found some cute little toys for my 7mo boy. There were great clothes and teethers and all sort of cool local stuff that you wouldn’t find at a big box store or a chain baby store.

Everytime Ive been in this store ive always had a good experience. The ladies working havent been rude to me at all or I havent noticed because Im not too concerned Im just there to get some baby stuff lol. They have very nice good condition baby things for a very low price or they have another side to their store which is new things (I think ) and its a bit expensive but good quality.

Awesome! This place is so amazing. There are always new things everyday so its almost a new store every other day. I take in clothes, toys, etc when my son grows out of them every six months or so and they always give me a good trade in credit. I in turn use that credit to stock up on what I need for my boy at the time. I always have credit even after stocking up on clothes and toys. I am so glad this place is here and so close. The prices are cheap...not sure where these other posters see cheaper but I would sure like to know because for the quality of clothing and toys it is fairly priced. Love this place. The staff are always so kind and lovely as well.

Great deals and quality stuff. Way better than buying new. Join their club and they send you $5 off $25 coupons. Theyve got most of the stuff youll need for infants through toddlers. Ive not tried selling anything to them but they do have a buying desk.

My friend had recommended this place to me, when I said I had never heard of it before she was like Oh my god, it is going to change your mommy life! And turns out she was right! On my first visit to Little Bird, I unknowingly went in on a sale day- All clothes were buy one get one free! I left with 18 pieces of clothing for 20 dollars for my little one. The staff was very helpful and I was very pleased with my overall experience. I have since been back many times. I love this place! Thank you Little Bird for making mommying affordable!

The staff was very rude to my husband and I. We had taken some items in to trade and the moment we walked into the store the staff was rude and when it came time to look at our trade items they didn’t even look at anything they just said it all looked worn out when everything was bought brand new months prior and my baby had barely used any of the products we took in. I think they were very rude and unprofessional. They all seemed to give my husband and I dirty looks from the second we walked into the store. I do not recommend this store for anything

Im giving them 2 stars because the store was very neat. As son as I walked there I got helped by a very nice lady and asked me to fill out a paper with my info, literally 1 minute after a different not so nice lady tells me in a motel very nice way that she cant take my things ( I understand they are not supposed to take everything, but I was taking a band new bedding set ) i wouldnt have minded it, but the way she was talking to me was not very nice. I made it clear to the first lady it was my first time there, so at least you would expect some sort of first time courtesy. Other than that, they have a lot of new stuff, the place looks organized and theres like 6 ladies working at the time.

Its ironic how Ive been told countless times that they take items with a price tag only. Here Im seeing people who have been able to trade in their second hand clothes. Why the discrimination, Little Bird? Ive taken in brand new things and was credited $3. Thats less than 10%. I havent been back in a year. I dont think I ever will be. Maybe the owner should talk to people differently. Ive gladly taken my business elsewhere.

Really nice store and super organized. Prices are better than I thought and in really good condition. The only reason I’m rating it a 4 stars instead of 5 is that they only go up to size 8 for children.

What a treasure. You can find so many great shape items for an affordable price. Bring your kids and barter with them. My kids donate their stuff and clean their rooms to earn their own store credit for other toys!!! I have had 2 encounters that were a bit cold toned but i think we all have those days and it seemed to me she was having a hard day. Not enough to stop me from coming back. A lot.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I noticed the reviews for this place were very inconsistent but based on our first time visit it was very pleasant. They have a great selection of cloth diapers, toys, nursing Mom goods, clothes for boys and girls all the way up to size 10/12.The only negative was we had to park in the back but we strongly encourage you to give this place a visit if youre price conscious and wanting quality used goods.

This place is amazing. I always find a variety of things here. Being a new mom I want quality for a good price and I find it here everytime. I especially love all the variety of cloth diapers they carry. Not to mention how friendly the staff is.

I went for the 1st time during their BOGO event... great prices, excellent selection! Will be shopping there for my daughters future clothing needs. Not impressed or happy with this place. Traded a stroller in, got not even anywhere close to what I could have actually sold it for. They tore it apart and wouldnt put it back together for me and would only give me so much in cash but felt the need to tell me they would give me more in credit. Everything they were selling was way overpriced for used items and definitely not worth the money when I could pay the same for brand new and way better quality stuff. I do not recommend this place for sale or trade.

I absolutely love little bird nesting company! Today was my second visit, and first trade in. They are extremely fair and have heavily expanded their stock since my last visit. I learned about their option for donations which is phenomenal. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place!

Great resource for parents of young children and infants. Why pay exorbitant prices for clothes your baby is going to slop food all over and grow out of in a month? Who can afford to anyways? We have consistently found great used toys and clothes for our son. Im sad we had to move recently; if only there was a Little Bits in Calgary.

I been to this store several times, and its been fantastic! I love coming here I cant get enough of it. The prices are fantastic for the condition the clothing is in. I love, love, love the BOGO sales I have need to 2 of them & have left with so much for an amazing price. Everything here is in excellent, prestine condition. Recommend this store 100%!!!

As a new mom I was shocked at the high prices for used clothing. That I was not welcomed into a little store and no one offered to help me locate anything I was put off by that. I love shopping local but I wont be going back here. It was also hard to get in and out of the parking lot on the busy street.

Ive been coming to this store for some time now and have never had any complaints, although Im a little disappointed with todays visit. My son is 3 and a curious mind like any other toddler. Anyhow, one of the employees seems to have little to no patience with kids. If youre going to work in a place surrounded by kids, you need to have a little more patience. I assume she doesnt have kids of her own.

75% 2nd gently used baby clothes and gear. 25% new items like teething necklaces, bows, bibs, and specialty clothing pieces. Very clean and great service. The trade counter is fantastic. You can trade for cash or in store credit.

Weve sold stuff to this place and some were brand new items... But they gave us a miserable amount back for the new items. But regardless of that I do like the cute items they sell here, such as the clothes and headbands! Weve bought a few for our little one.

Alway check your items before selling!its a shame because i really did love this store, but when i brought in 8+ outfits and other various items to sell, i made the mistake of not checking what they were going to buy from me.it was only after i got home and opened my bag did i see that they separated all the outfits taking only bottoms or tops. i am now left with random shirts and pants with nothing to match them with.(mind you these outfits were in near perfect condition)i dont understand why they wouldnt have just taken the entire outfit.although i do take a portion of responsibility for not checking and putting faith in the people who work there, i wont be making that mistake again.

Nice place, small, but everything is nice quality. mostly for kids 3 and under. their consignment program is great, they are really fast about going thru your stuff.

I have heard from many people how RUDE this store is to people and children but thought I would check it out for myself because you cannot always believe what you read on the internet. However when I was in the store I actually heard an employee get impatient about a crying baby and asked the mother of the baby if she could calm her baby down. I was absolutely floored. They are overpriced,cluttered,rude,and impatient with people and babies.And that store is definitely nothing anyone would miss! I will never be returning to this HORRIBLE PLACE

Great place to find good quality new and used, and some beautiful locally homemade stuff. Prices are about par with other trade in places for the used things. I love that they have cloth diapers new and used, and even detergent. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars for the hours. Not convenient for me that they dont open till 11, and dont trade on wednesdays. (At least when I posted). Otherwise great place.

Very warm in the store, I waited almost 35minutes for the rude staff to even realize I was even in the store. Im very disappointed in the selection not near as nice a selection as Broadway Babies. And the staff there is very kind and attentive. I wont be returning.

I called and asked what the process was because I was new at it. Was rudely put on hold. I asked on average what a brand new item would get me cash and or trade in wise. She was rude and basically told me she didnt believe that it was new so she didnt wanna tell me something a price and me try to say she said that waa the she gave me in when I came in. I told her I went to Broadway baby last time and she laughed and told me that place was a joke. I thought that was soooo unprofessional. The woman at Broadway the owner had not one negative thing to say about them. I couldnt believe how poorly I was treated.

They have deals like any other place. But the workers are not very professional or friendly. My first experience the lady who checked me out was nice, but the whole 30-40 min I was there didnt get asked if I need assistance or even greeted. Very disappointed and they tried to rip me off on a trade. I will not go back.
