I cannot rave enough about Parker Automotive. I first came across this shop when I had a tire shred itself. Id pulled in and began changing my tire, only to find the lug nuts had frozen in place. Their team was super helpful loosening them and providing my 1yo daughter and I with bottled water on the 105+ degree day.When the time came to get my brakes looked at, they were the first people I thought of, and I absolutely love the level of service and care they give.Once they were done with their inspection, they provided me with a full diagnostic of my car, with a link to a website that details their findings, including helpful pictures and recommendations, as well as up-front itemized pricing, followed up with a phone call to discuss which items were top priority to ensure safe use of my vehicle.On top of all that, they provided shuttle service to my home and back while they worked on my vehicle, which as a stay-at-home parent is a massive boon. My understanding is that they also can do pick up and drop-off service, if thats better suited to the situation.These folks care about doing what they do with top quality integrity, care, and professionalism. I suspect I will remain a customer for years to come.

Clean, professional shop that communicates well. A thorough inspection is performed with an oil change, including alignment readings. They did recommend a lot of needed repairs, which no doubt need to be done at some point, but I don’t think all the items are “urgent” as indicated. Prices seem about right for top tier shops like this, but may be less expensive elsewhere.

Excellent & friendly service! Ryan was extremely helpful in suggesting best remedies for my car troubles. My air conditioner is working so much better now! I love the complete diagnostic report that’s given during each visit. The report helped me determine what work needed to be done on my car with estimates for each service. This is so helpful and helped me decide what needed immediate attention. I didn’t feel like any services were pushed and all of my questions were answered. I will absolutely be returning!

Ive visited Parker a few times now, and theyre always helpful and professional. During my most recent visit, they fixed the problem with my vehicle, but I guess it turned out to be a pretty easy fix for them so they didnt charge me at all for the visit.

Parker Automotive is fantastic. So many times in the past at other places I have felt that the bottom line was all that mattered to the companies. But with Parker they really cate about the quality of service they provide and help guide you to the best options not the most expensive. Always giving you the items to think about for the next visit so you can hopefully plan and budget rather then be caught off guard. I highly recommend Parker Automotive.

Everyone at Parker is fantastic and I receive consistently excellent service. My questions are always answered and they take time to explain what needs work, what maintenance needs to be prioritized, and provide suggestions as to how I can continue to maintain my car for the long haul. A few months ago I referred my friend who needed maintenance after her car was shipped cross-country. Last month a valet told me that my (older) car drove really well, better than some of the newer cars he drives, and I told him I have a really great mechanic.

Great service. They look over my vehicles and let me know what they see. No pressure, just making sure I am aware of wear and tear items and manufacturer recommendations.

Great service! I have an older vehicle that had several issues. They did an inspection and sent me a complete report, with pictures, of what they found and what needed immediate attention. This was soooo helpful! Scott took time to discuss the issues with me explaining them. The work was done professionally and quite quickly. Thanks Mike! They provided a ride home and then picked me up when repairs finished. Mark the driver is awesome! They also have a nice rewards program that will save me on my next visit. Professional and straightforward. Did an extensive inventory of problems (both immediate and potential) and gave me a priority list with estimated costs. More expensive than Pep boys, Jack Furrier etc... but much more respectful of me, my time and my safety. Prompt shuttle service to and from home while my Bronco was in shop. WISH I HAD FOUND THESE GUYS YEARS AGO !!!!

Theses guys are great. We’ve been using them for the past 4 or 5 years. My husband and I trust them completely. Excellent service for our new and used vehicles. We use them for our routine oil changes and regular servicing, and for the one major disaster/repair we needed (transfer case exploded on the freeway). and they can do everything the car dealers do but in a more efficient way. I’m so glad they are here for us!

We’ve brought our 2 cars in for 6 years. They really are great. I was just disappointed that after finding 2 full punch cards 3 days after service of over $400, they said it was too much trouble to credit me $50 ($25 per card) and though I could use on future service, I explained we are moving to California in 10 days. Other than that, they are really good and great with following up.

I have been going to Parker Automotive for years and years. As a single woman, not knowledgeable with the inner workings of a car, I always had to be careful who I dealt with. I have to know they are being honest. I was so happy to have found Parker Automotive. I have ALWAYS felt that they were honest and forthright with me from the very beginning and this has not changed over the many years. The person that Answered the phone Had absolutely no idea what they were talking about. they did say they were just helping out but if they dont know about automobiles should they really be trying to do the service advisers job?? I did not go there because of this.

Passing through Tucson on a long camping trip and the folks at Parker took care of my Honda Element for a Mobil 1 synthetic oil change. They did a very thorough job on my car and provided excellent service for a very reasonable price. Fewer companies with this level of customer service are around anymore. If youre in Tucson, take your car there.

With Parker you can be sure the repairs they recommend are things that need to be done, plus they do quality work. Both the front customer area and back in the shop are very clean and organized. That shows they take pride in their work and pay attention to the details.

We have never had a bad experience with the service that Parker provides! They are not the cheapest place to take your vehicle to BUT they are definitely the BEST! You get what you pay for and then some! Weve been taking our 2005 Toyota Highlander to Parker since 2010. Had car worked on about 3 months ago and suspect possable issue with work preformed. Called to see if I could swing by wile in the area so thy could take a look, i live about 20 mile away, Scot said Id need an appointment. Never have I had worked performed and needed to make an appointment to see if I need an appointment to fix whats maybe wrong with there repair! Bad attitude!!! Not accommodating to previous costomer not to mention future costomer!

I took my car in for a problem with the key sticking in the ignition. They were not able to fix the problem, but did attempt to repair it with the minimal time and cost to me. They actually did not charge me. They said if the problem persisted they would replace the part. I will be taking my car back to them due to the convenience of their shuttle and their professional nature.

Recently I brought my car there for the second time, and there are several things Im very impressed with: they have a very nice shuttle to drop off or pick up people, they consistently call before doing repairs, and finally after theyre done you have a digital record with pictures of any issues theyve found. The crew at Parker know their stuff. Theyve never pushed me toward service that I dont need. Theyve recommended things along the way, with the caveat that it doesnt need to be done that day. Then theyve followed up, monitoring the issue until it has to be done. Ive been taking my 1998 Nissan here for years and it continues to run great! With luck, and routine service by Parker Automotive, itll run for another decade!

Ryan makes it really easy to schedule, pay, drop off and pick up around my hectic schedule that is often well on either side of normal business hours. The service is always on time, and often they are able to work in other needs on the same visit. So glad to have these guys keeping my trusty old civic, well, trusty! Plus it always feels like my car had a spa day when I pick it up, all shiny and clean inside and out, as well as running well.

Parker Automotive knows how to keep their customers safe while ensuring their vehicles run at their peak performance. Having the shuttle van to take you to/from your location while minimizing contact is wonderful. They only transport one person at a time and clean the vehicle after each rider (thanks Mark & Thomas). The text link to your vehicle inspection with color coded service recommendations makes the process more accurate with less pressure. Their service personnel are always pleasant (Ryan and Scott), knowledgeable and reassuring. Never a hard sell on service items. Over the years, they have upped their game and now have paper mats and plastic seat covers when servicing the vehicle. The work is done right the first time and they did not automatically replace items that were due for inspection (air and cabin filters), but still serviceable, saving you money. I have been using them for 23 years and they still are worth the visit.

I had the team at Parker Automotive do a post inspection on my car. They were able to find everything that I should have brought forward when I purchased my new-used vehicle Thats my own fault though.While they do an incredible job and their service is fantastic...The hourly labor rate is slightly short of ridiculous. I fully understand the need and want to make money, but $114 an HOUR is insane. That is close to dealership pricing.I will still bring my car back to them for some services and some of the stuff I cant tackle at home. Outside of the above complaint, they are definitely worth the price, if you can afford it.

Ryan & Scott are 2 of the best advisers in the auto service business. The Techs in the shop, lead by Shane Parker are among the best in the industry. I have brought my cars there for service since 2006, rather than from the Dealers that I bought them from, because I believe thier service is the best in the industry and they make you feel every service is personal as if it was their own car they had just serviced.
