The entire staff and the service at Precision Auto are amazing. We purchased a used Honda CRV from them in 2017 and they have provided fabulous support service since that time. Most recently they replaced a leaking power steering hose. They are extremely competent and always honest and helpful in every way. The customer service is beyond belief and we would give them the highest recommendation possible!

We have been regular customers for over ten years. Recently we were disappointed that after waiting for five weeks we still could not have our vehicle repaired at Precision. We were told that parts were on back order. We found another shop that could get the parts a lot faster. Tim, the manager who has helped us multiple times before, called and apologized. That made us feel better. Thank you, Tim! Precision has done reliable jobs for us all these years. It is still the first place for us to go to when we need work on our Honda.

Excellent repair experience. When my radiator fan broke in the middle of summer I got the best price quote and the quickest appointment of all the shops I called. The job was done perfectly and the van is once again handling 100+ degree Tucson days.

So we called from Mesa about a car on their lot. They told us they closed at 530pm. We drove down here from Mesa on the understanding from two employees that when we arrived they would work with us. We arrived at 520pm, asked to test drive the vehicle, got told you have 5 minutes to drive the car. Came back from test driving the vehicle, salesperson was really rude and very pit out to try and make the sale work. Needless to say we walked away from the lot! No customer service what so ever! As I said we even called to make sure we were OK to arrive close to closing time!

Most ethical repair firm with whom I have ever worked. Declined to make a repair for me because they found that it was covered by mfr warranty and suggested I take car to dealer. That saved me hundreds of dollars. Thats typical for Precision. Friendly, professional, helpful and supportive!

My 99 Civic needed new trailing arm bushings, and I knew some of the suspension bolts would make this a difficult DIY job. Based reviews and their experience with the Honda brand, I trusted Precision to do the job. They did not disappoint. I checked every part, every bolt, and every connection afterward, and the entire job was done correctly and neatly. I am very satisfied and would be willing to return to them for future Civic repairs I feel I cannot handle myself.

A+ service! I took my vehicle into Precision for a second opinion after Chapman Acura told me that I needed to replace both of my motor mounts (front/rear) in addition to a left strut. Precision did a free inspection and within minutes, informed me that all 3 parts were fine and did not need to be replaced. They were incredibly friendly, honest, and prompt! I will be back.

What a great service experience! Had a cross-threaded stud on a wheel from a recent tire change, and had heard several horror stories about repairs. Called yesterday, they saw me today and the car was on the lift before I sat down in the waiting area. Johnathon, the service adviser took me out to see the car and chat with the mechanic who explained what needed to be done and it was finished off within the hour. And the good news was that they had both the stud and the chrome lug nut in stock, so off I went! Will definitely go back and take advantage of their courtesy and care when the need arises. Ive been taking my 2002 Honda CR-V to Precision Honda almost exclusively since I bought it from them in 2012. If I could give them 6 stars, I would! They have always been professional, kind, efficient and best of all, extremely honest. There have been several occasions where my CR-V has had multiple things that needed to be fixed, and they have always been honest about what should be done now, what can wait until later, and what doesnt really need to be fixed at all. On top of that, the same staff has been there for all 5 years that Ive been taking my car in. Staff is friendly but I do not trust this place. I got a quote from the Honda dealership for the repairs that Precision recommended and it was still cheaper than what Precision wanted to charge. Id say you are better off going to the dealership or to a AAA approved mechanic.

This is a great shop. Very knowledgeable and both repair and service costs are much less than going to a dealer. Communication of needed repair or service is excellent. They are honest and do not try to up sell. I am so glad I found this shop. I will continue going there even though they are typically very busy. The services provided are worth waiting for.

My sons Honda Element broke down on the weekend in Tucson and we contacted Precision for the evaluation and repairs. Their staff are very friendly and provide great customer care. The repairs were made in a timely manner and everything works great. We felt comfortable getting his Element repaired at this shop since the staff was very familiar with his car and the plan for repairs. The final bill was exactly what was estimated and their repair warranty (12 months/12K miles) is a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend this business to others that need Honda repairs. First visit. after initial service and repair i had some concerns regarding brake work that had been recommended. questions i had emailed to precision were responded to promptly and i was asked to bring the car in for further inspection and explanation . i was very impressed with the way they reacted to my concerns and believe i have found a shop i can actually trust. that, for me, is the bottom line. i will use and recommend precision from now on. thanks to tim, dawn and the crew.

Kind of late to write this but I took my 2005 Civic to these guys about a month and a half ago to check on a V-Tech Oil Pressure Switch Malfunction. Little did I know that it was going to be a pain in the neck! So the first week or so after they fixed it, the light came on, same issue... This happened about two other times after I brought it to them, but dont worry, theres good news ahead! I went here a total of 4 times for the same issue. Turns out a Rocker arm was loose! So After all of that, they worked with me and they were friendly 100% of the way. Im not a good reviewer but all in all, these folks rock! Highly recommend them for any Honda/Acura needs.

Poor troubleshooting took my 2002 Acura Rsx which was in Limp modeabout a year ago and did the free diagnostic test and concluded I needed a new transmission without checking any transmission codes. Turned out it was only a speed sensor I needed. Kinda frustrating because they are Honda experts maybe caught mechanic on off day. I know this review is a year later but I finally figured out the problem after buying another transmission and wanted to share my experience.

I have been taking my Honda vehicles here (and have purchased two of them) for 23 years and would not go anywhere else. The best service and knowledge of and about Honda cars in Tucson, hands down! Dawn, Jonathan, Tim and the crew are the best at what they do.

I have brought my all four Honda vehicles to this place in the last 10 years. There were numerous cases where the staff would find the most cost effective way of fixing the problem. They are not cheap, but they are honest. This is the only place I would be worry-free having my vehicles taken care of. I also also bought two used vehicles from them. They were a bit more expensive than buying from the owner but Precision Honda fixed and conditioned the vehicle before they sell it and they have 12 months warranty on parts and labor. My latest purchase had the master cylinder leaking and no question asked, they fixed in two days. All good so far.

While no actual work was performed on this visit, the team was great to deal with and was open to hearing my concerns during troubleshooting. We made a plan for repairs on a return visit. Everyone that I talked to in the shop or on the phone was courteous and friendly, and my calls were returned promptly. Ill definitely be back.

Ill give them three stars because they 1: got my car running and 2. let me provide my own part to lower the price of repair by more than half.my two strikes against them are that they lied (or didnt know what they were talking about) about my battery and were inconsistent in calling me to tell me the progress.my accord stopped starting after work and was stuck in a parking lot. i had it towed to here and it took a few days for them to find that it needed a new distributor. however they also told me that my car needed a new battery and they it tested bad for them. i had just taken the battery to get tested and knew it was charged. i went to the lot to get my battery to get tested again and they said it was still good now too. when i returned to the shop later with my battery and part i asked them to show me their reading on their battery tester and it read that the battery was good. they took it, put it in my car and its working fine.they got the job done with my car but this one thing would make me think twice about taking my car there ever again
