This is the best NAPA that I have ever been to. The place is packed from wall to wall with awesome stuff and I was surprised at how they are selling a full line of Milwaukee cordless power tools.I just learned you can buy non stained nor ripped used overalls there for around $16. They have a variety of sizes to choose from. I picked myself up a pair!I definitely recommend this NAPA

These guys have some weird stuff that I occasionally need. I dont buy too many auto parts anymore but little things like the clip that goes inside your trailer hitch wiring harness - that they had.

Knowledgeable and friendly. Great supply of tools as well.

These guys are cool helpful informative and I highly respect their opinion. Dont just think that they do not anything because they are behind a counter. My husbands go-to auto parts store. They have been helping us for over 40 years. Staff is VERY knowledgeable and will do their absolute best to get you the right part at the very best price. And they will help you avoid mistakes.

Great staff like always. They will help you with any part that youre looking for. Also they have great inventory of products. Also, from time to time, they will have good discount on selected products.

Beware: This NAPA charges a 15% restocking fee. Other NAPA stores in the area do not. Make sure you really need it before going here. Otherwise, theyre OK. Some items are a few cents less than the other NAPAs.

I went to clean my car at the car wash next door to Napa Auto parts. I had already rolled up my windows when I decided to vacuum first. I got out of my car leaving the keys in the ignition, dog in the back seat and cellphone in the console. I accidentally closed the door. My dog locked it behind me. I went to Napa to use the phone and a very nice lady let me use the phone. Overhearing the message I left my husband, a nice man whose name I did not get, offered to help. It took him a couple of tries with various instruments, but he saved the day, and possibly my dog- it was about 80 that day. All with a smile! Thank you!!!!!!

They didnt have what I wanted and couldnt order it but the gentleman at the counter was very helpful in trying to get the part. The store has an old mechanic shop feel to it. Very dated and messy at the counter.

Food was terrible. There were spark plugs in ny tacos but the guys at the counter were nice and the inked paper was delicious a d full of fiberGoogle made me do it

Quick and prompt service, had an excellent selection of traction devices and were able to take payment over the phone - this was important because it was mid snow storm and I needed to know the product would be there for me after travelling via mammoth.

Super friendly staff,had exactly what I needed and wanted. Only major complaint is that the store seems too small for the great selection that they have.

Theyve got the usual parts but the prices arent great and the service is a bit slow (in the sleepy small town sense, not the Im ignoring you because Id rather be on Facebook sense). However, the staff here are friendly and helpful, so if you need help finding what you need this would be a good place for you.

Great selection of parts, and the stuff they dont have in store they will happily order for you and they usually get there next day.

Pretty good NAPA store, definitely better than the one in Sherwood a few miles down the road but not as good as the one in Newberg a few miles past that. Staff as is the case in many of these establishments is snooty towards anyone who isnt passionate about cars as a hobby or in the industry. It seems if youre just a regular person with interests that dont really involve working on cars for reasons beyond utilitarian need then its not worth their time to educate you about anything that might make your attempt to fix your own problems easier. If you are attempting to purchase something for a completely unrelated project they really seem to look down on that for whatever reason but thats really their problem at the end of the day and a large reason why stores like AutoZone and Baxters/OReillys who seem to focus more on customer service have been able to compete so effectively against them. I feel like this type of approach to business will ultimately continue to erode the industry as a whole until there are no more Napas left. However, until that day comes it seems they will have someone behind the counter to talk down to you for buying disposable gloves for anything other than doing your brakes.

They were helpful with helping us look for the right item and tools. They even helped us put the a/c coolant in the car.
