I went today to pick up just a couple of the gingerbread decor, cause they have the cutest!! But when I walked over and found the vintage romance Christmas I almost had a heart attack! WOW! I am going back soon cause a worker told me they were now getting two shipments a day...Im so excited, thank you At Home!!!

So Ive been in this store on multiple occasions and each time Ive found some secret treasures.They have amazingly good deals on out of season decor. I got my giant Jack Skellington to wrap around my Nightmare Before Christmas Tree and some cute Halloween inspired ornaments.Theyve also got a great selection on all types of interior decor. Amazing selection of fair priced canvas prints. This will always be one of my go to places for home decor.

Lots of choices for your home decor..a lot of items were great prices. Employees took time to help me find matching comforters for my kids and the cashier had a great attitude. Its always refreshing to go into a store and find people who are actually glad to be working there and happy to help. I dont know what this stores secret is, but good job!!

Great selections on patio cushions. But, customer service was a little different. After the lady had rung up my items she never tried to put my pillows in a bag. I had to ask for some big bags and she didnt offer to help me. I was putting my own items into the bags.

Tried to order online using a gift card. The site does not accept gift cards so I called the local store in Trussville. They took my info (email, phone, address) but I didnt hear back regarding my order - no confirmation, nothing. Had to call again and the person seemed annoyed that I was inquiring about my order. It was a hassle trying to get anyone to communicate with me regarding my order. Of the two individuals I spoke with, neither seemed to know what was going on. When I asked when I can expect my order to be delivered ($10 delivery fee!) she acted like this was an inconvenience. Ive never had so much trouble getting simple info on an order before. At Home needs to be more professional across the board, from training associates better to using a different (professional) delivery service. I had the exact same experience last year on an order and things have not improved since then. The in store experience isnt any better. A whole lot of stuff, much of it overpriced junk. Its overwhelming and the associates have never been friendly, hence my shopping online. I gave away my gift cards to someone who doesnt mind going to the store because I dont intend to shop there ever again.

Nice, inexpensive, unique product selection that you dont typically see everyday. And, fairly large inventory means you could spend hours browsing and still wont likely see everything. I truly enjoy shipping these stores and always try to check out inventory at any location I encounter.

I love At Home stores, however this one has declined over the years. This store always has empty shelves and merchandise all over the floor. Everything is messy.

Great place to buy home goods. Big store with a lot of departments and a big selection of items to chose from. Plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. Store was clean and organized. Prices on most things seemed very reasonable and they often have sales which are good to check out. My wife and I both enjoy shopping here.
