I was looking for an appliance and the associate Shay came up right away and checked in with us. She had great product info and was able to help us find what we needed. We went to one place before home depot and all the associates ignored us and we went to a place after going to home depot last night and we came back to order the item we spoke about last night honestly we made that decision based on the service we received.

Waited 20+ minutes for someone too help unlock the thing the chop saws were kept in. There was one kid who tried to help but he didn’t know the code. (I appreciate the help he was.) some other boomer blew us off twice when we tried to ask for help. When we went to customer service to ask for help they told us we would just have to wait when we had already been waiting about 30 minutes at that point.

Very nice store, and they conveniently have in the front entrance a online order pickup Locker. They also have an area right in the entrance where you can recycle batteries light bulbs and plastic bags (ie. Amazon bubble white/blue packaging) separately.

With using Walmart style cashiers, I dont like it, its not like prices went down because off staff reduction. If I wanted self check out id go to Walmart. Maybe Lowes

This is the second time that I have driven to this specific store for an item that it says in stock and it is giving me the option to buy it on line and pick it up. I would rather just walk in and buy it but oh course cant find it. The employees could care less and dont even bother to come help me look for it they just say oh we probably dont have it then and thats it. Not to mention that they didnt even know where the item is at in the store so I had to find where it was supposed to be on my own.

Went to Home Depot and went looking for a 30 par light which I found after Reilly and Elizabeth helped me. They were very polite and very courteous and check-out was very fast with her new system they have. Thank You Home Depot!

This Home Depot is where I typically will find myself when Im needing to shop at a hardware store. Its not as good as the old fashioned hardware stores from the 80s but its the best option for the area.They do have some excellent prices sometimes, depending on what sort of things you happen to be shopping for.It can be difficult to find help, like to solve a plumbing puzzle, for example.Overall its a better experience, better prices, and better selection than its competitor, Lowes.

I had two different employees direct me to the wrong location for an item (not by an aisle, but by half the store. This is a frequent event every time I visit). I was fed up and decided to checkout without the item (I picked up at a different hardware store). I get to checkout--and there is not one freakin checker! Only self checkout available (way to be a jobs creator, HD). Long line, the bare-bones staff that HD always has are walking around without a care in the world. This store in particular has bottomed out. I am tired of the constant failings of the store and staff every time I visit. Im done.

Never trust the website for product availability. Made a special trip to the store to pickup supplies. They were unavailable even though the website said there were 38 units in stock. I really didnt appreciate having my time wasted.

Needs more associates other than that it was great could use more low vision assisting shopping.

I’ve been shopping here pretty frequently for the last year or so, recently I’ve had a need to purchase a fair amount of new tools for work. Something I purchased recently seemed to have a factory defect that I realized several days after discarding the packaging and receipt, I was fortunate enough to have paid with my card so there was a proof of purchase and was able to return/exchange what I bought with ease and the staff was not only helpful but also very friendly. I absolutely plan to continue shopping at this location for many years. Keep up the good work!

Always love going to the Home Depot, I always spend more than I planned for. Great place to take your dog too, just make sure you potty them BEFORE going in. All the staff were super friendly to my pooch, he definitely has better people skills.

I really love going to Home Depot. Theres so much there that youve come for a specific project but when youre there I see all these new hardware or paints or vegetables that would be needed for all these other projects that come to mind! Theres more than enough staff to ask questions and I have not come across one that wasnt able to assist me. I recommend checking this place out for any of your home, garden or whatever projects you have, your sure to find some good stuff!

They are running out of So Many Items especially the popular summer items like paint supplies, building Supplies, and all accessories. They do have wood products come in but they are expensive now. I spoke with two(2) personnel staff there in separate/ different departments. Both of these individuals stated the same thing- problems with shipping? Pick up your supplies while you can if they are available at all! Ive always had good luck at Home Depot and the Personnel have always been very helpful and polite. Theyre close for me as well as two eateries and the mini mall with Albertsons with more Eateries.

This would have easily been a 5 star review 2 to 2 amazing people in the tool rental portion of the store. Both Alex and Anthony are absolutely amazing and have great customer service skills.However this one star review is not for them. This is for Nathan in tool rental. I just had a very unpleasant experience with him. We rented a tool prior to the store closing on Friday night and after speaking with Alex and our contract we were to return the tool at 9:00 a.m. Sunday morning.I had accidentally overslept because we were up past midnight working on the house and called the store at 9:15 a.m. to apologise and say that we were running late. Nathan had told me and inform me that we had a grace period for one hour while I had the phone on speakerphone.I arrived at the store at 934 and checked in with Nathan. He had difficulties about what time we checked out the tool and mistaken told me that we had rented it out an hour earlier than we did. He then told me the that we were getting charged for two days instead of one. I was very confused as to why and asked Nathan He said that he told us the grace period was for 30 minutes and since it was 10 minutes after that we were getting charged an additional day.So we are being overcharged for an additional day when the store already has the tool.

Very unorganized and understaffed, They couldnt find my order after it was supposed to be ready for pickup and didnt have product in stock to refill the order, while waiting for the careless customer service members to track down my non-existent order, I witnessed another representative hand a pick list to a customer and tell her, we havent picked your order yet but heres where they are in the store if you can go grab them yourself. Wait, what are you here for then, of the orders arent ready and its not busy what is it youre responsible for? Answering the phone?, The one that rang and rang for 5 minutes straight before someone answered and immediately parked them on hold? Wish we all got paid to do nothing but stand behind a computer screen. Much improvement to be made at this location, as it is the only location I have experienced such awful customer service.

Went here this morning looking for a small piece of aluminum. The one they had was right size but to thick. So the next one that was the right thickness was the real long piece. But that needed to be cut because I cant be going down the road with that hanging out my window . I didnt want to bend it without damaging it so I asked if theres a way they can cut it before I can buy it. Nope they said so they can cut wood but not aluminum whatever ill just go to Lowes instead at lest theyll have what im looking for. I should have went there first so thanks for nothing.

Returned items at the Customer Service area. This day it was not swamped or busy at the counter and with the receipt I was in & out in 5-7mins.Great timing for me!

Did a online pick up order. Followed the steps to say I was there, but no one came. Had to go into the store, and employees were standing around talking about their life, instead or working.

I don’t really have experience with other Home Depot stores so I don’t know how this store compares.For the most part, I have felt like workers here try to ignore customers and avoid being asked for help. There have been a few workers here that seem to go out of their way to offer assistance.The lady at the carpet area was not very friendly, I’m totally clueless when it came to carpet and padding so I was asking for newbie help. She seemed annoyed and like I was an inconvenience.She wasn’t terrible, but also wasn’t friendly. I hope she can offer better customer service in the future, and if not, I hope Home Depot will find a new carpet sales person.Thanks and good luck.Edit: I had carpet installed through Romanoff Renovations through Home Depot. They cracked my grout right in front of me while nailing down and tearing up a transition, then they denied it. None of the installers spoke English, so they put someone on the phone and they said “I’m sure it was an accident”. Yeah I agree it probably was, but that doesn’t mean you don’t have to fix it.They were scheduled to come fix it last week, two guys pulled up in a van, right at the scheduled time, they say there for 10 minutes, and then drove away. I called Romanoff many times, they said they’d call back when they got a hold of their installer, but they never called back. Afternoon came and my calls all went to voicemail.I have a complaint with the BBB about Home Depot and Romanoff, but they are denying any wrong doing, and if I go three days without replying, they consider the case closed.I would highly recommend NOT going through Home Depot for a flooring install, they do not stand behind their contractors work like I thought they would.I should have known when the flooring sales person was rude and unhelpful, that it would be a mistake to purchase flooring through Home Depot. Lesson learned.Ps the HD commercials say they use “local installers” which makes it sound like they use local small businesses, but they don’t. Romanoff Renovations is a huge company with many locations, and I’m pretty sure they use a third party call center because they get so many complaints and their calls come from Georgia.

Had to return some toxic bug spray that I bought for my garden. The sales associate who did my return gladly helped me find the right stuff to help me keep my garden organic. Also found some beautiful flowers at a great price.

HomeDepot.com has a list of every team and every team color so you can pick up the glidden paint and paint your room to match your favorite team. It says just go into the store and a paint expert will mix it right up. Good in theory until you venture into this location and are met with grumpy rude paint employees who not only can’t find the paint, told me to order it online.............um........you can’t order it online. After asking if I was in the Home Depot or was mistaken she got annoyed and just simply wouldn’t help me. Typical for your average employee now days. Useless. I went and spent my money elsewhere.

Home Depot is pretty good. They have a lot of sales attendants that are typically quite pleasant to deal with. They do focus on residential home repair items and do not have a whole lot of industrial or commercial applications.

They had what I needed for packing at a reasonable price. In and out quickly.

I was able to find everything I needed. Took me a bit longer, but I didnt have my phone to look up items on the website. The only reason I took a star, was because they have been completely out of bags. So I had to fumble with my items to carry them out. I didnt use a cart because I only intended to buy two things. Ended up buying seven instead.

Employees I dealt with where great but website doesnt know what store has in stock had to buy different items and have to wait for items to come in so I can immediately returned

Home depot kids project every sat of the beginning of month. So much fun for kiddos hands on building and painting. Just wish stuff would give out more then one paint per person cause you cant paint with one brush 4 different colors.

Typically this is our good to store for our projects, but I’m so blown away by their mask (or lack there of) policy. After shopping today and noting easily 12 people without masks on, and many more with masks not covering their face (sorry, chin masks are pointless), I spoke with management who informed me, “we don’t mandate the public wears masks, we can only ask. We avoid confrontation.” Hummm. Last I checked we were in high risk in this county and masks ARE still mandatory. Avoiding confrontation with anti-maskers has higher priority than public well being. Meanwhile, as I confront management, I get blown off. Gesh.

They have some great deals for Fathers Day.

Its a Home Depot. They are basically all the same. Lots of products and lots of employees that are good at hiding from you when youve got a question about said products. If you are in a hurry you should probably go elsewhere unless youre a professional at finding things.

We got the Shiloh Point carpet in color Easily Sueded installed earlier this summer. We like the thickness and the waffle-type of texture that it has. Although, it does show some footsteps. The color in the store appeared more taupe, but once installed, has more of a soft gray appearance, but we like it anyway. Seems to be a good quality carpet. The Home Depot installers were quick, friendly and professional.

Bought flooring from there. It would not stay locked together even at level. The flooring dude was no help and told me he couldnt do anything for me. Literally just got this from there yesterday.

The people that work there are lazy and dont know what customer service is! I got more help from other customers.

Lots of employees but nobody willing to help, most of the you see them talking amongs them self and whe you ask for information they respond by saying they dont work in that department.

This one has more supplys than washington st store.

Didnt have what I needed and employees couldnt fine the compressor oil when It was right next to them.

Not happy with home depot. Made a couple of purchase online and in the store and had nothing but problems. We will get our last item on January 12 and I hope they do good for us or I will have to rethink about ordering from them again.

I agreed.My attention was displaced for a moment by a man parking his shopping cart behind me being belligerent within a 6 foot radius of myself. when I came back to my transaction I noticed the price was a bit higher than anticipated, paying closer attention, It The Tie plates were listed at $4.58 Ea.!Could you imagine if I needed to purchase 38 Pc. of 3x3 Bearing plates @ $4.58 Ea.!Compared to the advertised price!I would have felt like HOME DEPOT cheated me!If i am going to walk somewhere to Spend my money on something home depot is selling. This is a nice store, gets very busy though and can have a long line outside, there is hit and miss with shoppers following the mask rule, they have very helpful staff and give dog treats. If mask protocol was strictly enforced I would give 5 stars

Providing masks to those who forgot theirs or dont have one along with sanitizer for hands and for shopping carts. Their restrooms even have touch free handles to open the door when youre done.
