We had the most amazing experience walking into Tiffany &Co. today!!! We worked with a wonderful very handsomely well dressed gentleman, Freddy Diaz. We had so much fun, it was fun, uplifting, inspiring and I just cant say enough good things about our experience!

Called earlier today to see if my bracelet that they had since March 12,2020 was available and ready for pick up Aline state’s that it was in the store and it wasn’t checked in yet and was very hesitant to answer my question about me being able to pick up my belongings, I let her know that I will be getting off of work at 3:30pm and I will be there to pick it up she stated ok that’s fine it will be ready but she never informed me that the store closes at 4:00pm. So I drove here to come to a locked down store highly upset and over the whole store !!!

I adore Tiffany but I will continue to make my purchases on line. I have been in that store several times and the energy is so off the only one I have been greeted by was the security. I guess they judge you based on looks I was so happy to be in store but they look at you like your not wanted. The girl was pleasant but not personable then the manger I guess comes in walking by her and ask if she is ok doesn’t say hello to us or nothing mind you she was just processing my payment why would she need help do we seem intimidating. That’s when my boyfriend started to ask him questions about jewelry and he just acted like why are you bothering me no smile nothing. I gave the store several compliments and how I would like to come back to buy a necklace nothing just the please leave faces. I hope they will train there employees how to be personable to all races and all types of people I was hesitant to write but I wonder if any one else has Experienced the passive behavior

We purchased our wedding rings here and the entire experience went way beyond anything I expected. I am a savvy shopper and customer service means a lot to me. For what we wanted, Tiffanys price was very comparable to others and so we went with the name. From the moment we walked into the store we were treated like people making an important decision and they made sure that we got what we wanted and, more importantly, were happy. We didnt once feel like the sales associates were fighting over a sale, and they worked as a team to provide a very relaxing atmosphere that included being served vanilla bourbon tea. We left the store getting exactly what we wanted and honest feedback (yellow gold was recommended over platinum because the ring chosen looked better in yellow). We were blown away with the customer service and received follow-up emails from the sales associate making sure we were happy and inviting us to champagne once we picked up our rings. We were floored to have gotten a Christmas card also. I would recommend this store 100%. As an FYI, I live by the dollar a day principle. I got what I wanted at a price that was very reasonable. I am not rich but saved for this and was treated as anyone wants to be treated - a regular person marking an important life event. I will look back fondly at the memory of selecting these rings come my wedding day. Again, I would recommend this store to anyone.

I love the Tiffanys location at Towson Town I have been a customer of this location for many years now and they are always so helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. They have a life customer when it comes to me and Freddie is the best and I met a new seasonal person today during my visit today named Nicole she was also great and a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent customer service! The associate went above and beyond for my repair and engraving. Took a little time for me to receive my items in the mail but it was well worth it. Two of my pieces are about nine years old and they now look better than brand new!

Very unprofessional. Waited in line only to be told that they dont do cleaning or repairs. That information could have been given at the door.

Tiffany & Co. is absolutely my favorite store at Towson Town Center. Angela and Deanna went well above and beyond to find a gold charm for me - had it sent from Tiffany in Frankfurt, Germany. And James, the security guard, is so friendly to talk to. I was so thrilled with what they did for me that I had Grauls bakery in Hereford bake a carrot cake and a coconut cake for them.

My first and last.Name is Craig Lee I was shopping at Tiffanys and Co. Store in Towson Md. I goes in the store on Monday to buy a necklace and bracelet for my soon to be wife. I found what I like within about 45 minutes. I asked the sales lady if I purchased it Monday would it be ready by Friday. My sales person said no it would take about two weeks. The sale lady spoke with her manager and I came back to say that she could get it done. I received a call on Thursday of the same week that everything was ready. I clearly told my sales person that this is for a Birthday on Sunday, if its not wright I will have cancel the complete purchase. I goes in on Friday, the sales person look at the order and knew that it was not the size that I asked for. He still tried to pass it on as if it was what asked for. I asked to speak with a manager. His reply was Im the stand in manager. This sale person wanted me take and bring back. So just to make the sale it was okay lie and deceive me. I will never shop with Tiffanys and Company again.

I love Tiffanys in Towson Mall. Every time I go there the staff is so polite and helpful and Im there quite often. I dont buy my lady jewelry anywhere else besides Tiffanys, she loves it as well.

Would never spend a dime here. The nicest person was the security guard. Associates act like they cant be bothered. Rude Asian young lady spent 4-5 minutes texting while my husband and I walked around and didnt bother to even say hello. Gentlemen walked out the back and was the one who greeted us and was nice but not exceptional by any means. I was soo offended I didnt want to give them my business. It was my birthday and I am an avid jewelry collector so I wanted to get something to celebrate. It was my first and last trip to this establishment. Tiffanys is supposed to be synonymous with a luxary experience...what I wanted for my birthday...not synonymous for condescending.
