Went to get my Samsung S8 plus LCD screen replacement and the service was great. I was welcomed and the staff is very friendly . Zezshan fixed the screen and it is perfect! I hope I got his name correctly…but the service was excellent…they said it would take 25 minutes, I am almost sure it took less than that! I will definitely be going back again.

They were so nice and fixed my phone in 30 minutes andddd it cost me $130 less! Very great customer service as well and you also get $10 off a screen protector when you get a repair done! GREAT and FAST customer service literally! Went to get my iPhone 8plus screen fixed (cracked beyond belief & home button didn’t work) they fixed my screen of course for $85!! My home button was supposed to cost me $30 he said it’s free then said actually I’ll charge you $15 lol. Ended up giving me the button for free after all so I bought a phone case to show appreciation. Also it only took them 30min to fix my phone. All in $106 for a new screen on a 8plus, a new home button & a case. Also my Touch ID doesn’t work anymore which they did tell me is a possibility because of the specific phone I have. I recommend coming here over any place in Maryland.

This place is amazing! I’ve come in before with a broken screen and they fixed it quickly and perfectly, and the other day I spilled water on my phone so I brought it in to be dried out. The lady there listened to my plight and then took my phone to dry it out. I came back half an hour later and it was ready but when I asked how much she insisted it was on them. They helped me for free! And my phone is working perfectly. I really appreciate this business, they are so nice and it makes breaking your phone feel a little less like the end of the world.

Had a really great experience at My Cellphone Repairs with excellent customer service from Nishar. The 2 month warranty they offer (no receipt required as they can access your details via phone number) proved helpful for me because the first replacement screen was having issues. When I brought it back they were super helpful and the new screen works perfectly! Both times all work was finished in much less than an hour, which was faster than I expected. Highly recommended.

You know a store or vendor is first class when they offer the least expensive alternative first and see if that will work. I though my phone was broken but the team at My Cellphone Repairs team said it may just need a $30 cleaning - part of which took place right in front of my eyes in a minute or two. I grabbed a coffee and cam back in 10 minutes and all was true again on my phone. A clean and tidy store, friendly and courteous - and competent staff - make a difference. Oh- and not being upsold? Osman was great! I had a IPhone 7plus with a bad LCD screen and he fixed it like new. I originally went to the Apple store and it was a 3 hour wait. I came in the store and it was a 30 minute wait to fix. I am super happy and will definitely come here again if the need arises. I highly recommend MY Cellphone Repairs to do the job.

Long story short: excellent customer service, I will visit this store again if I need my phone repaired.I thought I needed to replace the USB C port on my pixel 3. I spent months cleaning the port with cans of air and any tool small enough to fit into the port, but still it was not charging my phone. So I called My Cellphone Repairs in the Towson mall and they told me they could replace the port for $60. I thought this was a fair price and went to the store to get my phone fixed. When I arrived, they were all ready to go, but they decided to check out the phone first. They took a look and then were able to pull out the largest piece of lint out of the port that Ive ever seen. After that the phone charged like it was new. They didnt even charge me for this and sent me on my way home with a smile on my face.

The services were great and fast. The wait time was less than twenty five minutes. The staff were very professional and most importantly very friendly. I recommend them to everyone. My phone looks brand new

I came here as a last resort because the authorized Apple repair store I went to refused to do anything unless they could run diagnostics first on an out of warranty iPhone 6 that just needed a new battery. I wish I would have saved myself the hassle and come directly to My Cell Phone Repair Towson first. They were quick, professional, and the phone is working absolutely fabulously. My iPhone 6 S Plus wouldn’t charge so I took it to the Apple store in Towson and they had a long wait line of almost two hours to repair it. Then I would have had to leave my phone with them for at least a day and pick it up the next day. I didn’t want to be without my phone that long so I walked next door to My Cell Phone repair and Osman took care of it in a matter of 25 minutes. There’s colors on the side of my phone screen shining blue, red and green lines, my phone kept making a weird noise because a screw was left loose, and all after getting a simple screen fixture from here. Ive came to help get it fixed again and complain and it worked for about 3 hours until I got home. Theyve also asked for my password to fix the screen.
