My husband and I are having a party and we went there to just get some ideas of what we wanted and how much alcohol we needed for 140 people and we had such an amazing experience today. Never been there before, and the place was huge. And there were a lot people there looking for all the good booze. I got some expert help from an employee to find a good cachaco for a home-made caprihinia, and my spouse got some great help in selecting wines. Totally pleased with our trip. Thanks!

Every thing you are looking for and at a great price! Best selection in the greater Baltimore Area. Jackson Oja, the manager, helped me locate my favorite wine from when I lived in New Orleans. Last time i was here it was Beltway liquer. Still the best around. This is a classy place where you can find rare or unique tastys.

The supermarket for adult drinks. Amazing selection, and everything is neatly stocked on the shelves. Everything is easy to find. There are tasting stations available depending on when you go. Order and pick up is also available, which is super convenient. I am always surprised by what I find there.

Love shopping here the service is absolutely wonderful very helpful people very polite and if they have an open bottle sometimes even samples. The building does seem old so it is noisy but there is a lot of parking spots available. Weekends get crowded and the prices are not always the cheapest but most the majority of the time it is.

Always a good experience. Always crowded. So I go early soon after they open. I like how you can create six pack boxes of microbrews that you want to taste. I wanted to try some local porters, but only ones that had a chocolatey taste. I called it a box of chocolates. Its a fun shopping/ exploring experience.

Mr. Stephen - store manager, provided unsurpassed customer service. Very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He took time out of his busy day to educate me on rum purchasing as a present. Had a pick up and checked the box after it was loaded into the trunk. There were 12 items and there should have been 13. I called the store multiple times to no answer. Inside the manager manages to annoy me and asks if there were any other issues, to which I reply I called 4x to no answer. His reply, its been ringing off the hook. There was a guy standing next to the phone tapping his fingers as the phone kept ringing. Good news...you can stop paying for those phones that no one is willing to answer on a not so busy evening. Kudos. Heres an idea...answer your phone and solve the issues and then people wont call multiple times (ie...ringing off the hook). Reading other reviews I suppose not answering and helping people is policy. I will never step foot in this place again.

I have tried at least five times to call the store to see if they have the liquor I want. I do not live right around the corner and dont want to make the drive if they dont have the items. No one ever answers the phone and it disconnects after providing the message, no one is available now, try your call later. Ridiculous! I do not have time to continually call when no one ever answers and its always the same outgoing message. Please consider allowing voice mail messages and hire someone to answer them or the phone. Very frustrated!

This place is unbelievably huge!! And the people that work in there are incredibly friendly and is helpful as you could ever even imagine. I highly recommend this place, especially if you were looking for something a little rare or if you need help making selections. They are definitely there for you.

Woww... Biggest Total Wine store I have visited so far. They have so many brands of Beer, wine & spirits. Tasting available for few of them during my visit. Prices were really good and some of them have little discounts as-well. Since I’m their rewards members, have received 15% discount coupon on wine. I liked the huge parking place.

Massive selection of wine and spirits, and although I wish there was more craft beer, there is still a good variety to choose from. The staff is very knowledgeable so if you have any questions or are looking for something in which your knowledge is limited, they will be able to provide comprehensive answers.Parking lot is a little wacky and Loch Raven Blvd often gets busy so it can be a little difficult to get in and get out. I suggest parking in the garage if you dont mind a short walk and leaving by the way behind the store.This place gets very busy at times, especially after work on a Friday evening lol. If youre going to stock up, try to plan for a time thats likely to be less busy.

Went here to get a wedding gift for my father in law for our wedding. Spoke with Josh in the whiskey section who was so informative on whiskeys. We probably had an hour conversation about blended vs. single cast whiskeys. He definitely opened my eyes to the pros and cons of each. Ended up going the safe route and got him a bottle of blue label, but also got me and my groomsmen a bottle of The 12 year Balvenie which I highly recommend. Place is great if youre looking for a little education with your drink.

Excellent selection. It is a warehouse of alcohol and often times has hard to find spirit, wine, and other refreshments. For special occasions, my wife and I go out of our way to stop here because of the diversity of offerings and the extremely helpful staff.

They have everything. They can answer questions about their products. The sales staff doesnt just work there, they know about wine, scotch Bourbon etc. Prices are good too.

GIFT CARD BUYERS BEWARE!! - Do not buy their gift cards, they will not honor them!!! I received a $100 gift card as thank you gesture. When I went to use it, they said there was no balance on the card. I know the person I received the card has very high integrity and I know they purchased a $100 gift card. After literally months of stopping by the store, playing phone tag, leaving messages and exchanging emails, they finally said that: There is no transaction history for the gift card number provided which would indicate that it may not have been activated at the point of sale. Funds were never added to the gift card. This may have been an error at the time of the transaction, but without a receipt we are unable to verify funds on the card. I will not go back to the person who gave me the gift and tell them that the store is questioning their integrity and ask for a receipt at this point because that is just tacky. The store admits that it was probably their mistake but are unwilling to actually take any action to correct it. I never leave bad reviews about businesses (especially local small businesses), but the corporate culture of this large distributor is clearly more focused on ripping people off and running a gift card scam. Im happy to take my business to small locally owned stores who will value my business and be interested in maintaining relationships with customers especially during these tough times. Ill pay an extra $1 for my wine and beer for that comfort. I was dealing with an assistant manager and he told me that the store manager was aware of the issue. I was trying to give them every opportunity to fix the mistake, but they were unwilling to help me. GIFT CARD BUYERS BEWARE of their gift card scam.

I love the variety and the prices. A bottle of wine is usually 3 or 4 dollars cheaper than most liquor stores in the area. Also, the staff is very helpful. I was looking for a sweet white wine, and they didnt have my usual choice. One of the staff members suggested a bottle, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be back.

I go to this location all the time with a pretty average experience each time. This time an older gentleman named Bob asked if I need any assistance. He was so knowledgeable and so polite and friendly. Wasn’t rushing...which at time is understandable being that the store gets pretty busy at certain times. He Took his time.... I wish all their workers were like Bob. Because of his manner I ended up spending more money that I wanted. I went with All his suggestions, which after tasting, were excellent choices. I’ll be looking for him next time I visit.

It would be 5 stars if not for the awful parking situation! We always find something cool or interesting to try here, and the make your own 6-pack section has an awesome selection. Staff are busy, but definitely available to help if you ask them. One staff member even went into the stock room to open a 6-pack for us because we wanted to try a beer that was only available in cases.

Vast selection, received help with a wine selection without being over intrusive

It was a polar, wintery January 3rd when I pushed my wheelchair bound, quadriplegic 91 year old friend Ricky into the famous Total Wine & More. Ricky has been supporting Total wine & More even back in the 1990s when the establishment was named Beltway Liquors. Ricky recalls the days when one could waltz into this establishment and purchase a Van Winkle Family reserve 13 year rye off the shelf for 40 American dollars. He still has many unopened bottles, mostly because he currently obtains most of his nourishment and fluid intake from a PICC line IV. His homecare nurse, Mary, does dab his mouth swabs in the finest A.H. Hirsch blue wax capped bottle before bedtime each and every night; as he has 3 bottles left from the early 1990s. Ricky looks back fondly to his ambulatory days, when he would purchase such exquisite bottles at Total Wine & More. He still speaks of a time when he thought he saw a case of Martin Mills 24 year old Kentucky Straight Bourbon on a middle shelf at eye level at Total Wine & More. Ricky explains after years of deliberation, his sighting of the 24 year Martin Mills was a mere optical phenomenon, a mirage against the backdrop of thousands of spectacular bottles. Oh how Ricky wishes nurse Mary would moisten his cotton swabs with 24 year old Martin Mills. If you stare into the eyes of my 91 year old friend, one can still appreciate the reflection of a 24 year old blue Martin Mills box that has eluded him these past 30 years. We can not thank you enough Total Wine & More for providing such strong favorable memories to my friend Ricky and I over these years.

Excellent service and mind-boggling selection. Employee offered help as we searched, and then he climbed shelves to find the last dozen bottles of just the right variant of an imported beer from the German brewery that we were searching for. At checkout, the cashier went out of her way to find just the right cardboard insert to secure the 500-ml bottles snuggly within a box.

The best wine range in town, potentially. Its a perfect place to get a takeaway or have a bottle of wine. It was so peaceful and cozy in that spot. The antique wine rack was so fancy and cute. Staves were so nice and open to them. People were enjoying their drinks and food. What an excellent place to unwind.

Great! They carry imported beer from Bamberg - smoked beer. On top of the one I was familiar with, they also carried 3 more. The price for the 1 pint is almost half of what I paid in PA. Very pleased.

I was upset last time I visited because I picked up an online order then had to wait forever but this visit was great.It would have been even better if the online order didnt have issues. I used online coupon codes to get a discount on wine, spirits, and beer but after I made the purchase I was informed via email that 1 of the bottles of wine was unavailable... which was fine but it invalidated the wine coupon code.To resolve this... after I picked up the online order... the cashier had to do a return and repurchase of the wine along with another bottle. TW&Ms system at the register made the process easier (it just required ringing up each item once to both return and repurchase and and all that I had to do was provide the coupon and enter my phone number since Im a member {it was able to look me up via phone number}).If TW&M isnt able to do better about preventing us from buying bottles of wine that they dont have (this is common with online orders there) then it should provide an online method to do a partial cancellation or modification of the order so that it can be ready for pickup of the online order without all of the extra hassle.Otherwise... great selection of alcohol at a great price, especially with coupons 👍

Online said both locations had it in stock. Shortly afterwards I arrived at the Towson location. They said they didnt have what I was looking for. They advised me to check the Laurel location. l checked there as well but was told that they didnt have it either.

Went out on a Saturday night searching for a bottle of Itaila Roscato sweet red wine to my amazement t hi is brand is unavailable in most stores despondent I did a Google search and Bling.
