This dealership really does have an exceptional service department. I just had my 2014 981 in for its annual service. Seven years and 40,000 miles after buying it from them, I still take it back for all the car’s service work.On this visit, as in the past, they diagnosed issues quickly and addressed them expertly. As always, they communicated and described proposed work and prices well, and as a result, the bill doesn’t contain unpleasant surprises. And when I picked the car up, it was impossible to tell that panels had been opened up, and things pulled apart. The only clue that work was done is that the car is like new again. How often can we say that about having our cars in the shop?I take pride in maintaining the car, and the excellent technicians at Towson seem to share that pride. I feel that the quality of their service will only enhance the value of this car into the future.

Great remote buying experience, RJ and Steve very nice to work with. I live 300 miles from this dealership and could not visit in person for a test drive. RJ showed me the car via FaceTime. Paperwork was shipped to me to complete (not handled digitally). The best part was the enclosed transport of my car to my home for a very reasonable price. Don’t understand why they would not give the loaner option and made me travel using Lyft? Is it me or is is because I do mot have more expensive model? The dealership should look into this as the whole experience was ruined due to this discrimination or lack of attention. If dealership has some other explanation why the loner was not offered then I will listen. I get better service at my Mercedes dealership than Porsche. Now I am rethinking my next upgrade. Porsche Towson had our car repair completed while we waited; were very courteous; and followed up with a call to make sure we were satisfied.Their consistency of always being at the top of their game is always appreciated.

The service itself was fine. The time that was taken to have it performed could have, I think, been much less. As well, when I voiced my concern to the service writer, I found the answer I got to be very inadequate.

Best Porsche dealership is US. If you are buying a Porsche this is the place to go. They can get cars no one else can. Staff is top notch and Steve Postal is the best GM I have dealt with.

Porsche dealer that was closer to me however the sales staff havent been helpful after the purchase. Was considering a Carrera4S but after my wifes experience with her Macan S I doubt that I would move forward. Not the kind of customer experience I expect from a luxury performance brand.

On Monday 11/2 I took my 911 Carerra in for a PPI inspection at Porsche of Towson for a guy interested in buying the vehicle. Tom the service advisor mislead me when I was physically at the location when I asked for a copy to be sent to my email of the inspection so I also could know what would my car need. I gave Tom my email infront of the guy who wants to buy the car and Tom agreed to email it. Two days later I call in because I did not receive an email. They ask for my name phone and email which bewildered me since I gave it to Tom prior. (Dealerships use CRMs to track customer data so there’s no excuse to loose my info). After the second time calling they said they would send it. Day later nothing is sent. I call in and talk to someone else who takes my info for the 3rd time (not tom). Then i get a call back saying I need to pay for a inspection report if I want my own copy. Very Unprofessional and I will be stopping by. the dealership later today to speak with the GM since I was mislead by this service advisor. Will never be patronizing the towson Porsche for service or sales again. They’re after your $.UPDATE 9PM 11/2To the GM. The owner consented in the office. The agreement was my Porsche would not be touched unless I would get a copy of that document. Shame on you guys for treating Porsche owners this way. Makes me think twice even considering you guys as credible for a PPI (considering I’d pay $250 for a inspection report which would be provided without having to put my car up in a lift (as it’s only had 5 miles added since). I will be stopping back the earliest Mr GM or owner is back and speaking to him face to face. I will also be emailing a screenshot showing that the customer DID CONSENT TO SEND IT TO ME. PORSCHE OWNERS!!!! GO TO LEN STOLER OWINGS MILLS PORSCHE OR EURO CAR HUNT VALLEY BEFORE YOU TRUST THIS SHADY SHOP

Have been taking my car here for service/maintenance for the past 5 years and their customer service has always been outstanding. Great communication throughout the entire process, if there is a delay they let you know right away.Another great thing is time efficiency, I usually make an appt before work or during lunch so I can drop off and get a loaner when applicable and get back to work. They make the process seemless that I am in and out of there quickly and never have to take a lot of time off work.The actual service work is also as expected, never had to call or bring back my car for the same issue. This is the only place I will take my Porsche.
