I called Simple Home Improvement Company to quote about my project. I had to replace all the windows around 25 for proper and siding. They were very helpful. Cesar and his team were amazing! From the initial meeting, Cesar came prepared with actual samples and color options that other big-name companies didnt provide. So If you need siding or windows, I highly suggest them. They went above and beyond installing windows that were not existing in the home and did a fantastic job. We recently purchased our first home and that desperately needed new windows. I was looking for a good Windows installation company in this area Totowa, NJ. Eventually we get this Simple Home Improvements company. His crew was honest, efficient and hard-working. They installed 20 windows in two days, The windows feel like great quality, constantly asking them questions and on the last day. Finally very happy with their customer service, the final product and the decision to use it with us. I would highly recommend this company.

This year our home is 100 years old. Every window was rubbish and almost everything was almost impossible to open. About 4 years ago we replaced all our 18th floor windows. Now tonight we ordered all 10 of our upstairs windows to be done. We love working with Simple Home Improvement! Anthony is great to be a mentor. He knows the business and how you get the best deals. They were very good and the estimator, Richard was very nice. They left everything smooth when they had been done. Amazing experience from sales to installation. I had 19 window replacements in our house. The colorful and stiff windows look great. Installers were efficient, knowledgeable, clean, and quick. I highly recommend Simple Home Improvements, If you need to repair your windows, you can hire this organization. Anthony was very reactionary. He came the day we called and kept in touch until the next day. He was fast and was wearing a cover despite the fact that we are completely immunized. He fixed every one of the windows effortlessly and without issue. He had the parts in his vehicle and the entire occupation took not exactly 60 minutes. Weve had people in the past but no one as efficient and knowledgeable as Anthony. While we hope not to have any future issues if so we have saved Anthony information.

Our install team ( Fabian.) was courteous, professional, efficient and a joy to work with during the entire project. Simple Home Improvements is a superior company with a superior product and superior service. The entire process from the first estimate to the final day of install was utterly professional and well worth every penny. They installed 11 windows and 2 sliding doors in 4 days. In each work area, the results are magnificent with all our concerns and specifications met without the need of a reminder. The day before they began their 4 days of work, our project manager phoned and discussed what we could expect the first day. Cesar, at the end of each day, reviewed what had been done and what to expect the next day. They were clean and respectful of our home, keeping the areas protected from dust and other stuff, and hauled away all debris each day. Not even once in the evening did we find surprise messes hidden anywhere. All tools, materials, and equipment that needed to stay on the premises were out of our way and not intrusive in any way. It was an excellent experience. The finished project is one that the team can be quite proud of. We are more than highly satisfied. I highly recommend the company.

The installation was poor and needs improvement. Customer service doesn’t rectify improvements. They tell you one thing but doesn’t follow through. Windows were descent, but I guess you get what you pay for. 13 windows and unsatisfied. I only keep 8 open. Also; make sure your a bug expert so you can be very specific when you complain about the screens not working properly. FYI my screens let bees and other insects in.

*UPDATE*Brian, one of the owners, came by and supervised the repair of the broken window latch and reinforced the door lock to make it sturdier. Both have been repaired to satisfaction.The bulk of these events were the result of miscommunications.Original Review:My experience with this company has been absolutely terrible. I hired them to replace my porchs windows and storm door. When I accepted the upsell on the storm door, they asked if I wanted a mail slot. I said yes, and they mentioned an additional cost to cut the slot in. There was no mention of other options for the door install.The actual installation went fine, until I noticed the door--it had no lock on it. I use my porch for storage, so I need a lock. When I brought this to the workers attention, they shrugged it off, saying that locks cost extra. No one ever mentioned the lock as an extra/premium option, only the mail slot. When I told them I didnt care how much it cost, I needed the lock. Again, they shrugged, saying that they didnt have one in the truck; theyd have to come back. Then, they asked for the check for the work theyd done. I refused, knowing that if I paid these shysters, theyd never come back. I showed them my check and then called their supervisor and explained the situation. I was told theyd come back the next day to install the lock.Imagine buying a car and then having the dealer tell you that seatbelts are extra, and then the dealer says you can drive the car home and a mechanic will install them tomorrow.The next day, they put in a flimsy deadbolt that would barely keep a locker secure and demanded the cashiers check. I begrudgingly paid. Days later, I noticed one of the window latches was broken. It had not just broken; this was the first time I had ever touched that window. I called them about it and they said they would send someone over to look at it. No one ever came.Weeks later, they call me saying they misplaced my check and needed me to order another one. Beyond the fact that its not simple to cancel and replace a cashiers check, they tried to make it my problem that they lost my money. I reminded them about the broken window latch, and they asked me to email them a picture of the damage. I made it very clear that if they wanted another check, theyd have to fix the window. Again, I was told someone would be out in a day or two. The next day, they called again, saying they found the check. Miraculously. I reminded them, again, about the damaged window, and they said someone would come around the next day.The next day, after needlessly disassembling the entire window, they claimed they brought the wrong part, and that theyd have to order it. They put the window back together and left.This was over two weeks before this review.Do NOT waste your time and money with this sloppy company.

Simple home improvements was awesome. They kept me informed the whole way through making my custom doggie door/french doors. Brian an Baycon were really nice and professional. The team came outand did the installation in anout 4 hrs and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend them.
