This Target store is very clean and well kept. They offer a wide variety of departments. Toys, girls and boys clothing, household items, babys essentials, grocery department, Etc.. Etc...They are practicing the standard COVID-19 procedures.

I am loyal target customer and love this location. The cashier Kaitlyn was very friendly and helpful. They had great selection in the women’s section and stocked.

Will never go to this target again all the men stario type me and my wife. Junior was vary rude all the men look at me like Ive been in prison Ive never stolen anything in my life not my wife so what I have tatttos Ive got to so many other targets and this is the only one I have problems with. I will gladly be puting a call to mangment because of this

This branch of Target is a mirror image of Poughkeepsies branch, down to the inch! Even the produce is the same, when the branches are 87 kilometers away. Not that anything is wrong with this uniformity; Target impressively sells everything under the sun! Clothing, groceries, cosmetics, electronics, appliances, pet supplies (nothing for fish, though), magazines, toys, athletic equipment, furniture... The array is dizzying, all displayed attractively and fairly priced (discounts with Targets rewards card, and through Targets smartphone app). Automated check-out, self-serve photographic kiosks, electric scooter carts for the handicapped, a bulletin board for local announcements... Spotless bathrooms with stainless steel furnishings, and free wi-fi. Ample parking in lot out front. Very friendly associates wearing red shirts (not regimented styles, though).

An online order associate named Nick in Torrington was very helpful. Taking time out of his job to assist me in finding item I had gone there for.

I went looking for items I needed and ended up with that plus more items I didnt know I needed until I saw them there.

I really like the staff at this target. They are always helpful and willing to make your shopping experience whether its in person or virtually smoother and easier. The curbside pickup program is amazing.

Target has fair prices, helpful staff, and a clean and organized store. The online pickup process was also smooth.

I am completely disgusted with the behavior I witnessed from the employees and management from this Target. I Heard the staff at store pick-up create a very difficult process for a man that was trying to pick up an order for his wife because he didn’t have a confirmation number. My understanding is that if you do not have a confirmation number, you just need an ID to pick up an order. the staff member escalated the situation and called for management which lead to a longer and inconvenient process of picking up a few items. By the end of the process the customer was escorted by security for no reason! That is so unnecessary and embarrassing for Target to take these measures against a customer that was rightfully frustrated with the situation. I sure as hell won’t be returning to this store myself and encourage others to find a different location to pick up your items.

Was charged for bags I didnt use. Product was fine.Update: I was contacted by Target and all bag charges were refunded to my credit card. This took a couple of days to show up on my card. They apologized for the cumbersome process but said they were unable to change the policy.

The store is clean, staff is friendly, the customers are respectful, the parking lot is in much better shape then the nearby competitors, and Target carries the products I am looking for.

Their new Drive up service is great. Order from home, let them know when you’re on your way and they’ll meet you outside with your order. So nice not having to bring cranky kids into the store when we really just need a few things.

I was happy to see I was not the only person to dislike The Honey Pot commercial. Target needs to distance themselves from this brand or I won’t be shopping there. Imagine if someone said, “white” girl! Omg! Drop this brand!

Target is great, of course. But you guys literally have CRUNCHY DRY sad sad super dead plants all over the store at any given time. Can we petition target stops carrying plants??? It’s mean! 😂

Target is my go-to for many things. The app tells me exact where to go when I need something, which is SUPER helpful. A(of course whether or not its in stock.) The store is always so neat and tidy, and the staff is available and helpful, even when its ridiculously busy.The in store pickup is fantastic! I know I can get the things I need after I get out of work and not worry. I love it.

What isnt there to love about Target!(well, except for the lack of variety in plus size clothes but anyway...) Always a great selection of products, great atmosphere and helpful associates! I also love the addition of the self checkout stands, helps to get you in and out when you have that rare few items trip to Target.

My online order for pick up arrived promptly when I got to the store. All items were in a cart and delivered to me by a very friendly associate.

I shop at my local Target frequently and have always enjoyed shopping there until recently. I have been there three weeks in a row and have found the same empty shelves and products not restocked from the week before. They seem to have enough employees on the floor however they are completely unproductive, standing around in groups of two or three talking rather than working. Why are many of the shelves half empty from week to week. The management here is lacking. The store is a mess and extremely disorganized.

Great shop/grocery store larger than a convenience store but smaller than something like a bjs. Self check out machine was acting funky but right when a staff member saw that we needed help they came right over and fixed the problem in a jiffy!

Staff is great, always looking to help. Food concession stand could be better stocked, they never seem to have pizzas ( its a Pizza Hut express...) Otherwise, the store is clean and provides for a friendly environment.

Called and ask if they accept Apple Pay, they said yes, but didn’t when I got there. Considering Walmart and Target are the only places around to buy space heaters, it’s serve both of them well to invest in digital payment methods

Wow. Super friendly Target staff, compared to the other Targets I usually shop in. Lots of restocking going on and aisles blocked but thats typical for Target in the mornings. At least these employees got out of the way instead of being annoyed by customers trying to shop. If I lived nearby, I would shop here regularly.

Their prices are absurdly high and they do not have many options for tall jeans. Also, their sizes run large. However, they do have good quality items that wont break or tear on you as soon as you buy it. Because of such high prices I do not shop here often.

They were a good store till they started with the whole bathroom thing. I refuse to spend another dime until they change. I have kids and in this day you have to watch over them like Hawks.

Standard branch of CVS located inside a branch of Target (just as in Poughkeepsie), but no less impressive. Neatly organized aisles with attractively displayed products covering all needs of personal care from grooming to contraception to first aid. Distinguished is the section on vitamins and nutrition, as it offers a wide variety of exercise supplements. Also notably is the section in Bath Products which specializes in bicarbonate fizzlers. There are variety and uniform packages of fizzlers, solitary craft fizzlers, and bath pearls of numerous scents and oil-types. The CVS includes price scanners which customers may operate. The CVS spans about ten(?) aisles, then fusions confusingly back into Target.

RUDE PEOPLE ON THE PHONE!!! when i asked about a certain toy they had in stock they were silent thinking I was being crazy about something that didnt exist and HUNG UP ON ME!! dont go if you dont like people who are rude and disrespectful and have no patience!!

Bought food and tried to use my EBT, and 9 out of the ten times said they were non food items, I have bought these same things at Walmart and never had this problem. The manager was not helpful at all. the cashier was clueless, I returned everything. Nobody wanted to look into it. Not only our you more expensive than walmart your customer service is 10 times worse. I will never go back to TARGET.

Went to Target today, to purchase a card with which I could use to get something on a game I play and was specifically told by the worker in the electronics section that I could use it for the game I play. Found out that it couldnt be used at all, so got lied to first. Went back after finding out what could be used for the game. Found out that after buying the card that its code was invalid. So obviously it WAS NOT activated or it didnt activate properly . Called the Target and they came right out and said they could not resolve the issue. So yeah pretty much got lied to first then ripped off . May as well have stolen my money . Yeah, never going to another Target store ever again.
