Excellent small, indie-owned grocery with Mediterranean/ Middle Eastern foods not easily found at chain stores.

Fully stocked, clean and friendly Middle Eastern market including all the favorites in fresh produce, packaged food and Halal meat counter.

For a fairly small store, they have some really great things. How they fit so many unique things inside is kind of magical. It also has a real small town feel to it and the location is very nostalgic to me. They also have many great vegan items which I love. Its one of my favorite stores!

One of my favorite markets - reasonable price definitely cheaper than Ralphs. Good produce and lots of lentils and dried beans.Great little market. Very ethnic - Middle Eastern vibe. Really good.

Gem of a market. I can always find nearly everything I need in this small, clean, organized store. Easy in and out for chicken, veggies and staples, plus middle eastern foods. The meat counter has selections that can be hard to find other places like ground lamb or beef liver. Nice people that work here too.

They have sweet lemons which I love! Very friendly. Clean store fun choices.

Middle eastern gem of a store.. had all the spices I could ever think of.. a return visit is needed. Remember to wear your mask... theyre strict here and I appreciated that

I’ve been coming here since it opened many years ago. My favorite middle eastern store with quality foods, daily fresh breads, wonderful olives and halal meats which actually does taste better. Quality produce extra fair pricing !!

Good products, good prices, good service!

I have been costumer for this store more than 30 years. I know that they don’t have shopping bags anymore and I bring mine. When I buy my grocery, the cashier does not help out to put the grocery in the basket or bags and stand without doing nothing and stair at me until I put all my stuffs in the basket after I pay or they leave the area (cashier). I thing even store does not have bags, at least needs to help the costumers for their groceries like other stores like Ralph etc... it is so rude and disrespect act from your cashier towards the costumer.

Cute little spot in Little Italy. I was greeted as soon as I walked & ordered right away. I ordered the fettuccine pasta and got my lemonade tea. The food was served fast and was delicious, a 4/5. I would definitely come again.

I was just in the neighborhood and Googled local markets because I was going to the nearby library. This market was awesome! I got some fresh Romanian feta cheese, tasty wheat crackers (Im not sure where theyre from but not America), fresh whole black olives with seeds, a jar of spicy pickled peppers, and freshly shaved turkey breast. The market is small, but I spent about 25 minutes in there just in awe of their jarred food selection! When Im back in Hawthorne, Ill definitely make a special trip to this store.

My Son and I went in there for the first time and We Love the store .There prices are great and tons of flavor on tea that are great and there Baklava💞 is to smile about as nd a great price they have a 2 sizes and the Employees are really nice..🌷

This market prides itself on offering a variety of international foods. I found their selection limited and the store cramped. They do, however, offer SOME nice produce at a reasonable price.

Nice place to buy fresh vegetables and meat produce. Also co tains loads of arabic breads and sweets.

Kind of dated, dark and dirty inside. You can find some of your staples for cooking Arabic, Mediterranean, European food, but I always check expiration date.

Best man key around. There is another international market couple of blocks away but I love this one.

So many years as a customer, and only now I tried the pastries! The chocolate one and the Napoleons are delicious. Nice!

Available checker on next aisle over didnt call me over to check me out but was ready, willing and able when one of their own got in line. Soooo rude! When I politely mentioned that she should have probably taken me next, she just laughed at me and then took the next person after her. Mind you, I only had 4 items to purchase. Again, sooooo rude! Im on the fast track to finding another place to shop for Mediterranean food.

Pretty good place if you want to buy international food items that you cannot find at the regular supermarkets. Often they have veggie or fruit items for sale.

I come from long beach. Their Arabic items are very authentic and delicious. Their bread is fresh and their LABINI is perfect.

So gross went into the store because i was curious about what products they had an we I went in everything was covered in flies when i went to pick out some grapes flies flew out from underneath the fruit so gross everywhere in the store we went flies lots of flies nasty I will probably never be back at this place
