Great tea and customers service

Davids Tea is amazing. Michelle the manager is so sweet and knowledgeable. I adore the teas they have. They always have sales which is a must for me. And I love their frequent deeper rewards program.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Knowledgeable about the different teas and able to help my mom to find a new favorite tea! They didnt have as many of the other teas that were available either online or at the other store I usually go to, but they did have some teas that they offered to me and I am enjoying the Ginger Tumeric Tonic.

Talk about customer service!. They vibe was so welcoming and the staff was friendly. The prices were reasonable and talk about fresh. This is definitely a to go place for any tea fanatic. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves teas or anyone who wants to try tea for the first time to visit this place.

The product and service is always great here. My wife and I love to stop in and try the seasonal flavors. The staff is always first class and I think if you’re shopping in the mall this is a nice place for a break and refreshment.

This place has such a wide variety of teas, both in teabag form and loose leaf. The folks working are always friendly and helpful which is great especially if youre new to the tea world. They also have a rewards system.

This place is really good. They have anything and everything you can think of regarding tea. The tea is really good too. The only tea I can drink and not add sugar to.

Have purchased from Teavana for years, but ran into Davids for the first time this week. I probably wouldnt have gotten anything, but the dude with the tats who helped us was so amazing, seriously. I ended up getting a cool pitcher to make my delicious Chili Chocolate Chai tea. OMG i havent stopped drinking it. The Service and Tea were both great, and ill surely be back!
