Not exactly what we expected. Company said they would call first thing Monday about damages. Nothing. We tried to be as helpful as we could, but we were left with a lot of damage, and they still charged us for the topsoil, which didnt even come close to fixing their damage.

Told the office guy we was looking for top soil for back yard to fill in dips in the yard. Wanted grass to be able to grow on it. Really nice driver came and dumped fill dirt in driveway. Cant use this in back yard. It was clumpy and had wood and rocks all in it. Would love for you guys to come get it and refund money.

Dont get top soil from here. Its just left over mulch. Mulch prevents new growth and is not suitable for use to grow grass. I experienced a terrible waste of time and effort. Their mulch and gravel look fantastic but I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for top soil.

Had 8-tons of gravel delivered and requested that they tailgate it. Driver came and basically made three large piles. I called BR Mulch and explained what had happened and within hours they had a bobcat at my house and corrected the problem. They apologized and weren’t rude about coming back out. Extremely Impressed!!! Look forward to doing more business.

Dont waste your time with these guys; you have plenty of other options to select from!I ordered some firewood from them recently, and was quoted a price which I found acceptable. When they showed up, they delivered half of what I ordered! I tried for days to get in touch with somebody, and when I finally did get a response, they tried to charge me triple digits to get my original order completed, generously offering to waive the extra delivery charge (which I already paid for in the first place). And it doesnt end there! They overcharged my bank account, and in spite of my protests, have not seen the appropriate amount of money credited back since! Cant take them to small claims court, as the money Id spend in fees and applications may be more than my settlement, so BR has me, like all their other customers, bent over a barrel.Theyll quote you a price, give you half of what you want, then, after youre sucked in to the deal, try to charge you an arm and a leg to get your order completed. BR claims on their website that they welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best products and service in the industry. Claims are one thing, and their actions demonstrate quite another set of company values, their focus on blatantly deceiving the customer to raise their bottom line.Dont get into bed with BR Mulch; you have plenty of other companies to select from.

Horrible customer service, ordered 5 yards of topsoil to be delivered, driver arrives and ask where we wanted it, I indicated that I wanted it in a specific location in our back yard. After driving into my yard his truck sinks! 1 1/2 hours later someone shows up from their company to evaluate the situation... she immediately ask if the driver had me sign a waiver to allow him to dump in my yard...I said no, was I suppose to? She replied, yes... everyone signs one if they want us to dump in their yard..... she admitted fault on the company for the driver not having me sign their waiver and assured me the owner would be in contact with me the next day.... long story short, he had to dump the load of topsoil where he was stuck due to the weight of the truck and not knowing how to put the truck in 4 wheel drive! REALLY! after dumping the load, and after my husband pulled his truck out of my yard, I had quit the mess! Ruts that were filled in with the dirt they had Just dumped.... After finally calling the company, (of course the owner never reached out to me)...I requested that I have a refund on 4 yards due to filing in These ruts.... Their reply....we dont feel as if this is our fault, our website states that we are not responsible.....GUESS WHAT EINSTEIN....you were referred to us...we had no reason to look at your website! Dirt is dirt, its not like I had to pick a color! At this point I am extremely upset that this company is saying we should be out the money we paid to fill in ruts that they caused! BUYER BEWARE AND MAKE SURE YOU SIGN THIS SO CALLED WAIVER! I have pictures if anyone would like to see

On June 8th I purchased six tons of sand for a pool installation. The sand was delivered June 9th. The first step in the pool installation, site preparation, was done yesterday. The man operating the bobcat told me that he averages over 200 site preps a year, and hes been doing it for 19 years. The last step in site prep is spreading the sand. Turns out I did not receive 6 tons of sand, but instead closer to 4. There was no way he could make the sand the BR delivered cover the site he had prepped. Having done this for 19 years, he told me that I didnt get 6 tons. I called BR and was unable to convince them that they had not delivered enough sand. And could I prove it? They said it was impossible. I paid for 6 tons of sand, got 4, and they were more than willing to deliver 2 more tons, for about $120. You know, when youre trying to get a pool installed, what other options do you have? Well, for me, the only other option was to call another company, a competitor of BRs, and have them deliver the 2 tons. Thanks to BR, I now have the required 6 tons of sand, but Ive paid for 8.Its disappointing that a company such as BR who shouts loud and clear about how important customer satisfaction is could show so little interest in this problem. I spoke to two employees; one was totally dismissive of the problem and other appreciated what I was telling him, and agreed that an error could have been made, and promised to speak to his boss, but Ive heard nothing further. I wasnt really expecting to.
