Dont waste your time going to those big box stores if you have a plumbing problem. Everyone there is awesome from the ladies in the front to the guys in the parts dept. I was looking for a part for a toilet that turned out to be discontinued, as I turned to walk out the guys in the parts said wait and helped me find something that would work.

Stopped in Wednesday afternoon to purchase two chrome plated brass tee handle hose bibbs,sure enough they knew just what I was talking about.The gentleman brought over both selections,as usual they never let me down.

I went here looking for parts to make a T fitting to attach to an outdoor heavy plastic water line. I had taken pictures of what I needed, but they werent displaying correctly on my phone. I come here because the knowledge here is deep, and I have come here before and received excellent service. What I didnt expect today was all the BS I had to hear in order to finally get the service I needed from another employee, who looked at my picture and set me up with the parts that I needed, and he didnt give me the ones I didnt need AND he gave me instructions on how to attach everything. This is why I come here.I come here instead of going to the big box store so I can get individual customer service. I dont come here to listen to obscure references to people and things I know nothing about. I will come here again when I need plumbing supplies, but I warn any woman: you may have to endure ridiculous BS before you get what you need. Just be prepared.

Maybe I came on bad day, man alive the folks that work here are straight up ORNERY and MEAN and have terrible attitudes. I always try and support local business and stay away from box stores if possible. Before I even got to ask a question I had to walk out, and wish I told them where they stick their bad attitudes. They should probably only to sell to plumbers and people who are willing to deal with the BS because they are not fit for the general public.

The people there are iconic.They are experts in their industry and give great advice. And incredibly honest.Dont go to Lowes or HD!!!

They Know Their Stuff! Another plumbing supply place was stumped about the part I need for a rare faucet. That place recommended Middletown Plumbing. As soon as I showed them a part, they knew what I needed, and provided some advice / tips. Helpful Experts!

Ive known Bobby for about 40 years, and have been dealing with Middletown Plumbing Supply since my dad was running my business. Nobody, and i mean NOBODY possesses more knowledge of parts and how to repair/replace them than he does. To the clown who posted that this place was too expensive, good luck finding the same parts, knowledge, and advice at box stores, other suppliers, the internet, etc.

I would never go to a big store for cheap plumbing supplies. Middletown Plumbing is always helpful and very knowledgeable. A family business and they make you feel like family.

They are great for solving problems. Im a beekeeper not a plumber but they take the time with me.

Whenever I have a plumbing issue, which is not too often, Middletown/Monmouth Plumbing is the place I go to or recommend others to use. You might save a few cents at the big box store; but, you never find someone like Bob. If youre a DIYer this is the place to go. Only one suggestion, let the professional plumbers do their morning shopping and wait to at least 10:00AM.

Had a simple problem with a valve and didnt feel comfortable trying to fix it myself, as damaging it would mean a total loss of water in my house. brought the faulty valve to a hardware store; they shrugged, tried to sell me some drill bits. brought it here and they repaired it immediately, at no additional cost. first and last google plus review ill ever leave.

These guys are amazing! Very friendly and when I have questions they answer them. Went there on two occasions with out of date fixtures and they had them or knew exactly what they are

Overpriced. Stay away. Charged about 30 dollars higher then it should have been for a delta universal valve.
