What can I say that other people havent already? We bought several appliances this summer and Costco setup the delivery and take away and for the most part it was a fairly easy process. We are happy with the appliances. We also found some great deals on some other electronics. Of course their food is always delicious and priced well.

I wont ever shop here again. I was doing self checkout, and the woman working at the self checkout was not being professional, and got way to close to my body and personal space. I told her I would like more personal space and she got really weird. I took a picture of her to be able to report her behavior and be able to have a photo to remember what she looked like. As I was walking out of the store, she and another worker began STALKING me out of the store telling me to delete the photo. It was a really scary situation and should not have happened. I told her to leave me alone and stop following me, and she and another worker still kept following me, and were not being an appropriate distance away from my body. I am a small woman and it was really scary being followed by two workers all the way out of the store. My phone is my personal property and I am absolutely allowed to use it, especially to hold someone accountable for their inappropriate behavior. I cannot believe that worker was getting paid money to stalk and harass customers. I am filing a police report regarding this issue, and I also reported this incident with the better business bureau. This needs to NEVER happen to another customer again.

I appreciate the Gluten Free foods they are carrying. I hope Costco will broaden the selection in the near future

Great place to buy pretty much anything at competitive prices, some items in more than needed volume though.The variety is quite extensive and they try (successfully) to get good prices on quality items for their members.The rebate at the end of the year comes very handy as well, we usually rack up several hundred dollars.The website is also convenient for remote ordering.

I had a really frustrating experience and no one seemed willing to help me. I sent email and James was amazing! He listened, solved my issue and even took the time to meet me when I came to the warehouse to make a return. This team went above and beyond for me and it was really nice of them. I know this can’t always be the case but I really do appreciate the effort!

WOW COSTCO IS THE BEST I LOVE IT WITH MY WHOLE HEART AND SOUL. You can find pretty much any food item here and the prices fit the products. You can save lots of money by buying things in bulk too. The fact that they won’t let people under 18 shop alone is pretty obnoxious and impractical, but I suppose it makes sense as it is a members-only organization. 11/10 would recommend.

Always my first place to check availability and price before I buy a particular item. Always shop for food here for everything I can justify the huge sizes in. My biggest criticisms of Costco is how they keep moving things around to different locations and dont always have the items you buy regularly. They add and drop products on a regular basis. Most of the new products I approve of so cant complain too much? 😃

Costco is Costco... Parking varies depending on the time and day of visit, but youll always find something without having to wait too long. Options are thus location has been fine for what we need. But I have to say, the cashier was very rude. I always leave big items in the cart but I always make an effort to ensure bar codes are facing up for easy scan. This lady wasnt paying attention and had to pull everything out of the cart and got annoyed when I asked for a box for the small items. Then the packer cant organize the box and just threw items into the cart/box left and right.I would come back as its Costco, but if I get this again, I will complain immediately to the supervisor on site. Btw, this is with a warehouse shoppers mindset, not a luxury retail shopper mindset. You get what you paid for experience and it was WAY below the relative expectation.

Good layout of this Costco, has some products that Ive been looking for that I havent been able to find at other locations! Only downside is some products were completely sold out too.

Costco Tire Tigard, OR store: If you have the desire to have a similar experience to getting a root canal, go to this Costco for tires. It makes ZERO difference to make an appointment here, they will place all walk ins before you and you will be the exception of the day if you get out in two hours. At about 10:30, they start telling people they are 3-4 hours behind and try to move you to another day. They do sell a number of batteries because people grab them off the shelf and then wait 20-30 minutes for someone to return to the counter to check them out. How do i know all this? I sat at their desk for a total of 7 hours to have three flat tires (Costco purchase) repaired in the last year and a half. (Bad luck maybe) All were brought in in the trunk with the screw/nail circled. The first time, I had an appointment and it took 2 hours. The second time, I had an appointment and it took over 3 hours. Today, the third time, walked in as store opened, still 2 hours. Any other tire store (I called 4), which incidentally will all match Costco sales, today told me that they repair their customers tires ASAP, usually less than 25 minutes and try to have their appointment customers on the rack within 10 minutes. Also, a number of place online will send tires to a local mounter. My friends have been doing that after they gave up on Costco. Really today was exceptionally bad. I asked the person that repaired my tire how it could possible take 7 hours to make 3 easy flat repairs. His answer, :we are understaffed, for a year and a half! and we will try harder to communicate to you next time how long it will take. First, they are not going to even remember me. Second, the problem is not communication, it is the awful amount of time they take to do anything despite an appointment. Today, I watched a person at the counter to buy a battery and he eventually had to go to the customer service department and get a woman to go out to the tire shop and get someone to come to the desk to sell him the battery. Just basically the worst tire shop in the city, if not the country.

I normally have a pretty good experience coming in to this Costco, I had bought maybe five or six items and I just left them in the cart thinking the cashier could scan them, she had me take everything out and put it on the belt I felt like that was unnecessary I didn’t say anything, checked out and went to the food court. Im standing in line to grab food and the guy who was behind me in the checkout line comes up to me and says he followed suit to what I did putting all his stuff on the belt and she told him to put his stuff back in the cart so I felt like she singled me out for whatever reason but I really don’t appreciate it and I just felt like it was very uncalled for. I understand we all have a bad day but I was not the person who made your day bad so don’t take it out on me. please just inform your staff and employees to treat people the way you want to be treated

Excellent Costco location which has good selection and responsive administrative staff to answer questions over the phone. The check-out is expedient with self-scan options. The employees here work hard from the front end staff, the food court, meat department, and gas station despite the several days of 100+ F temperatures we had summer 2021.

Its Costco. Good prices and friendly customers and workers. Not everything comes in unmanageable packaging.

They need to limet items that people are hording like toilet paper do they have a professional to talk to if people have life or job stress?

Costco has good selections and competitive prices, yet some employees communication skills seem to be highly lacking. When I was checking out in the self-station, an employee came out to me and without any explanation she snitched my receipt out of hand and manually counted each of the items. The counts came out to be correct, and she just left the scene without any words. Her action was highly offensive, unprofessional, and even emotional and I am disappointed with Costco today.

This review is for Ed, Christian and Sam in the food court!! These guys seem like they are just hanging out and having fun while being quick with orders and providing great customer service! My fiance and I were there close to closing, and wanted to see if they had any churros left (but we were fine if they didnt), and they were kind enough to take our order still even though it took past closing. We really appreciated it and hope they get some well-deserved recognition!! :)

Staff is great! I enjoy going the last hour they are open to avoid a crowd. I do wish the self checkout took cash.

Costco never fails to be a great place to save money and find all sorts of cool things

Purchased a membership and had no problems the first time shopping. A month later I went back and during checkout was told my Costco membership card was not working. Stood in line for 10minutes while other shoppers behind me complained. The very kind associate checking me out asked her manager if she could simply continue checking us out this one time- but the manager said no and walked away. Was told I have to repurchase membership completely. Never coming back after such an embarrassing experience :(

In direct defiance of our governor-issued mask mandate, dozens of customers inside were permitted to shop unmasked. Additionally, eyeglasses are not disinfected between each person trying them on. Absolutely disgraceful. I have been a Costco member for 8 years. This direct threat to my health is making me reconsider my lifelong patronage of this establishment.

There is a reason why I avoid this Costco at all costs. The food court is terrible, multiple times I have tried to order and “give another chance” but this time I am done. I called in an order for a pizza and showed up on time to pick it up. I was told 10 more minutes. Whoever was pulling from the over and cutting was the slowest employee I have ever seen working at the food court. Pizza’s were stacking up in the oven and burning. How is this allowed? I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes…

Super impressed with Costco today! 450 people allowed in store at one time. As 50 people exit, 50 new folks are let in. No chaos inside whatsoever. Was able to well maintain social distance. Either there were extra staff on board or they were just well assigned because the process was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had here. Way to go, Costco staff and leadership!! Thank you for doing your utmost to keep our community supplied and as healthy as possible.

Costco is always a great stop especially for lunch, which I always do. I went in for a flower arrangement to give as a gift and was disappointed that they only offered bundles. But it works.

Good store. Some items should be stocked more though..lots of good stuff sells out quickly and it’s a hit or miss if they’ll get more. Prices tend to be competitive but occasionally you can get things at a better price elsewhere

Costco usually has everything you need. Its pretty busy but the line moves quickly, they also have self-checkout lanes.

I have been a Costco member since the 1990s, and have always been satisfied with the stores and their services. You need to pay attention to prices, became you can sometimes beat them somewhere else. Their quantities are sometimes too big. Buy with a friend. They tend to encourage impulse buying . If you think you might like something you see, buy it now. It may not be there next time.

Not going to lie, I thought it was going to be way worse than it was. Super simple, waited in line for maybe 4 minutes, thats it. Ive been twice now, the first time there was a longer line, but it continually moved while waiting, so took less tonne, about 2 minutes.Really was easy and because of the separation, it was the fastest checkouts Ive ever had, both times.They were well stocked on everything accept toilet paper, but they had paper towels, mechanic blue towels, soap, food, and tons of sanitizer.No freezer chests though.Staff was in a great mood, so remember to thank them for showing up everyday. Real heroes

Pretty much like every other Costco. Usually not too crowded, the line can get a little long if you are there on the weekends. Im a big fan of their blankets.

I have been to this store twice now. I love the bulk prices for the most part. Everything is well placed and the store is clean. They clean the carts as soon as they are returned. They are very well staffed with fast friendly service. Its much quicker to get through the checkout than Walmart..LOL. It is a great place to shop for those items that you always seem to run out of too quickly.

One of your employees gave my wife a ton of attitude when she just asked for help getting something down off a shelf. She stormed off and never came back to help my wife when she waited there for 5 minutes. Not cool.

Costco what more is there to say! My Favorite place to shop. Definitely the best place to buy meat, The prime steaks are the best.Shoppers tidbits:1. If the price card has an asterisk ( * ) on it. There are not going to restock that item any time soon. Maybe next season or never. So when it has an * and you think you want it, you better grab it while you can.2. Anything with a price that ends in something other 9 ( Ie. $10.47) the price has been marked down to aid in selling out of the item.

Fun fact: I always try to not get a cart. This way I can only carry so much out of the store. If I get a cart; it’s over. Bye bye budget.

I know this might sound weird, but every other Costco Ive ever been to had its entrance on the right and its exit on the left. But that always felt backwards to me because Id grown up going to this Costco which has the entrance on the left. Now every other Costco feels like a strange and backwards place. This is the only Costco I feel comfortable in. 5 stars.

Employees or hit or miss. Some are respectful and some are not. The way they police the checkout stands is ridiculous. I have had a few bad encounters with Costco employees, they think theyre A step above other grocery store workers and theyre really not.

Im a costco active member: Inspite of these posts, This costco location, refused to take back the OR bottles/cans. Employee working g with refunds said they stopped doing this since Covid. Why are we being taxed by Costco if we cannot get our bottle deposit back? Hmm.

Costco is Costco. I always love roaming their isles and see what new cool things they have. This Costco is a good size one and had the gas station as well, which is convenient. I thought the store, even though it is huge, felt a bit full... It was almost overwhelming how much stuff they have. The thing I dont appreciate is that you can only roam their store if you have a membership, which is unfortunate.
