So I was looking for a patio set that was sold out ALL over Michigan. This location was the only place that had it- 3 hours away! So I spoke to a manager Debbie- who’s been with the company 20 years! She got me in contact with Brian! Who’s on the corporate end and he personally drove my patio set to MICHIGAN! To their warehouse and they delivered it to my house! I am beyond amazed at these people and how helpful they were. Undeniable customer service!

This store has almost everything you might need to maintain a house, or in the case of hardware almost anything else. There is a variety of products that are good gifts because they are useful or fine decorations. Tiffin Hardware has a long and respectable history even before it was affiliated with ACE and I think its a little bit pricey now.

Probably will go to Lowes next time not that that store is much better! However, they are doing many updates to the store. Its just that it made it difficult to get around in the store and to find what you needed. I think maybe when theyre done with the changes, a return visit would be warranted and a more fair review done at that time.

Extremely helpful staff. If you don’t know what exactly you are looking for they will help you if you explain it to them. Much better than Lowe’s. At least these folks know what you are talking about.

Took back a fan I didnt like with no hassle and the young lady was really polite.

Employees dont know how to use the manual key cutting machine anymore.And if its not in the computerized key cutter they dont know how to match keys.

Every time I go in I am pestered consistently by the staff. I could swear I tell one I am fine and do not need assistance and another comes and asks within seconds. Quite annoying!!!!
