I give 5 stars for products but only 2 stars for customer service. I recently purchased some cushions from the Thousand Oaks Store and neither representative engaged in conversation nor came from behind the counter until I was ready to pay and asked for plastic covers for transport.Otherwise no assistance was offered to bring large Chaise Lounge Cushions to counter or assistance to carry out. When the one asked his cohort to ring me up, she just looked up from her cell phone, looked back down and did not do anything until we asked her to please ring me out. Im sure much was covid related but still does not explain bad customer service.I am the first to commend great customer service, which feel short during my recent purchase. I hope this comment will allow this location to better enhance its customer service assistance in the future.M. Nolan - Simi Valley CA

Not my cup of tea. Everything is taupe or a variation of it. Perfectly suited for the patio in Beetlejuice but completely devoid of color. So if you want elegance around a pool nobody uses, great. If you want style & colors that convey comfort, fun and happiness... this isnt the place. They have very nice stuff... exactly the quality & pricing I was looking for... its just drab, boring and emotionless.

Terrible experience. I went to the Thousand Oaks location to price $5,000 worth of outdoor furniture. My salesman was a hyper-active, strung-out man named Leonard. He prices out eight pieces for me and gives me a written quote, but mentions that if I wait a week, there likely would be a promotion that includes free sales tax, so I could save $326. So, I wait a week for the sale to start and then drive the hour with my spouse, who sits in the furniture and it gets his approval. We go to pay and magically the furniture is $250 more than what I was quoted. Yes, Leonard says, the sales tax is free, but now he can only give me a 10 percent discount on the furniture, not the 15 percent he put down in the written estimate. I ask isnt that bait and switch, and I show him the written quote. He said that at the bottom, I should have seen that the quote was good for 24 hours only. However, the wacky Xerox he sent me home with cut off that fine print. No issue, I say, how about if we pay cash and save PatioWorld the credit card charge from the bank. No, he says, the price is the price. We walked out and drove straight to the Woodland Hills location. We got Jesse as the salesman, who was helpful and took our order. But when it arrived six days later, the delivery man said our table top style was discontinued. Duh! Shouldnt the sales team have known this? In short, the furniture looks nice, costs more than it should have, and the sales team seems to need some serious training.

Had a lot of problems with a Lane Venture Royal Plantation patio furniture set when the finish deteriorated. A replacement set was shipped and arrived damaged with the wrong chairs. There is a lot more to the frustrating story BUT ... Patio World and its excellent staff stepped up and gave me full store credit !!! I am very happy with the final outcome.As a note ... I would not under any circumstances purchase anything made by Lane Venture again. They dont seem to care about their customers.I do recommend making your purchase at Patio World if you value customer service and product support.

Dory, the manager at Patioworld in Thousand Oaks was terrific to work with as she helped me to obtain warranty work from the manufacturer of our patio chairs. The staff was great to deal with and I would highly recommend customers to this store!

Avoid. Leonard is insulting to people who aren’t experts (apparently, like he is). Essentially said that the few cushions I was looking for wasn’t of value to him, and recommend a custom cushion person. Couldn’t get me out of the store fast enough. Never actually got the referral. Very concerning.
