Bad selection and service. A huge store with no inventory. There is room to do cartwheels between all the products. I used to work for this company as a store manager and was seriously unimpressed with the selection. It seems very generic and not customized for the clientele. I walked throughout the store and could not find my sizes in anything that interested me. There were plenty of sales althetes but not a soul asked me anything or checked up on me. It was a very cold reception. I would not recommend going here.

Very nice selection and clean. Associate was attentive and not pushy. I was able to find AF1 pixel for my daughter.

Very, very impressed with the staff. They greeted us and we were asked if we needed help by several employees. They appeared genuine and we got the sense they enjoyed their jobs. Our experience there is something you rarely see these days, as most retail employees are lacking customer service skills and sincerity.

The store was quite spacious. Mens section to the right/ Womens towards the left/ kids available/ Shoe section towards the back. What I liked about this store is that they offered the clearance items upfront and in a quick snag you can get a good outfit on the go. I decided to get some sunglasses too and though the ones on the rack were broken while taking the lock off, they brought a pair from the backup to the register in no time. The cashier even helped me set up an email/account online ... which I actually may need to get to rn. :p

I highly recommend this Nike factory store. The staff is top notch. They make every customer feel welcomed. Products change weekly, so you might come across steals. This store has newer merchandise than other factory stores, so as a result have higher priced items as well. Selection isn’t as big as most factory stores, but this is the place if you want a stress free shopping experience. It’s not as crowded and the store feels more open/spacious. Stop by if you’re in the area just to see products you won’t see at your local mall.

I have always loved Nike and shop there very frequently. Online and in store. This location’s customer service is very lacking & makes it a little unpleasant to be there. The selection isn’t as great as I would have hoped. Still left with a nice pair of shoes!

This is a great Nike store its big the people are very nice some of the sales people are helpful some of them just there to get a paycheck but the ones that are helpful and personable and got good customer service skills makes your visit and your Dr worth it I came all the way from Tabb were so I was treated like a queen and I definitely will be back

Nike Westlake is perfectly located off the 101 freeway on Westlake Boulevard exit inside the Westlake Promenade. Some of these reviews talk about the bad customer service but I had this really nice lady help us find the perfect tennis shoes for my son. She picked out a lot of different options and he found his perfect pair.

Huge location with a great location. Employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. I found exactly what I was looking for and was in and out fast. Prices for what I bought were fair and what I expected. Location is convenient to other shopping/eating.Note: parking lot is a little odd, most spots are marked as only 1 hour.

Great experience shopping here yesterday! Just lost our home in the Woolsey Fire, along with everything we own in it, including all my workout clothes. My wonderful friends @ Pilates Plus gifted me some classes which Im excited to take, but realized I dont even have a sports bra to my name. Went to Nike and the staff was so nice, very knowledgeable and helped direct me to some great items .The Nike Pilates/Yoga pants are super comfortable and the prices wont break the bank. They even offered a discount on my purchase after I showed them the before and after photos of our torched property. Thank you Nike for your kindness, professionalism and consideration during these challenging times.I cant wait to workout in my new gear! #Onwards&Upwards #JustDoIt
