Great prices and great selection in a variety of many different types of products. Less expensive than locally owned Rouses and they have a great selection of food stuff that you never knew you needed! If you want great selection, variety and great prices shop here. Be aware: You do have to bag your own groceries.

Hands down my favorite Walmart. Ive been to many, and this is one always clean and well-stocked. I especially like their produce department, because the produce is usually fresher here than at the Supercenter. The associates here are helpful if you ask for assistance, but otherwise leave you to shop in peace, which I appreciate. The music was enjoyable, too. Sometimes its the little things.

I like self checkout because I can go at my own pace and my receipt is always correct! Walmart since I am working hard to save your corporation money….. please lower your prices on the groceries or increase the packaging size.

If you feel like working for your groceries while you pay good money, then this place is for you.I usually use pick up service, which is normally good. Some items are not available for pick up so I shopped in the store.Many veggies were sold out. Lunch meats sold out. No one at deli counter.Then you have to check out and bag yourself.Never ever going inside that store again. Never. Rouses is where I will be shopping and checked out and bagged by a fellow human.

DONT WORK FOR THIS LOCATION!!! Mr. Lin the manager is a scam artist. Been still fighting for 3 weeks worth of paychecks now lasting near 2 months. He purposely dodges calls about employees paychecks. Now Im having to go straight to corporate HR due to the 2nd richest corporation in the world committing felony federal labor laws. The boss at this location NEEDS to be fired and replaced for the sake of the actual workers.

The manager had entry for closing only exits permitted. However she allowed me to shop n get my purchase without feeling I bother her. Great job.

Its walmart...full on self checkout. So makes doing certain transactions a pain. But staff is friendly and you can get in and out pretty quickly.

I always go there the people are friendly and I always find what I want. But I can never find enough if a selection of Puerto Rican foods they have more mexican foods but they are not the same. Other than that great place.

As being a long-time customer neighborhood Walmart I found out their customer service is totally useless and you cant get through to the pharmacy during normal workings I was they wont answer the phone what a disgrace for every customer that walks through that front door

Staff was very friendly. From walking in to when I checked out. My cashier was awesome. She talked and laughed with me about my kid.

It doesnt have a large variety of great value items to choose from.You have to get the name brand item most times and it cost more.Not a good thing these days in the pandemic.

Forced self checkout is miserable. Prices ring up incorrectly for several items. This is not efficient. I wont be returning to any of your stores.

Very disappointed in this Walmart... it used to be so nice and clean with friendly staff and now it is disgusting and attracts the worst citizens of Thibodaux. The store smells strongly of weed and there is horrific cursing from customers and staff. There is soliciting inside and outside the store.Such a shame.I will no longer be shopping here... Rouses is sooo much nicer.

Went there for five items which I buy at the other Walmart. This one doesnt handle three of the five items. This is not an isolated case. Every time I go here I leave without things that I normally purchase at the other Walmart. You would think they would carry the same items. Ive learned my lesson. I will not be returning to this Walmart.

You order grocery pick up they claim dont have your items i went to store and what do I see [cheese, OJ, beef steak, and cantaloupe] ALL THE ITEMS THEY SAY THEY DIDNT HAVE also when I walked in they had man supposedly cleaning carts. NO MASK NO GLOVES CLEANED CARTS WHILE STUCK TOGETHER HOW CAN THAT BE. Then wanna hand it to me i reached in my person and pulled out my sanitizer spray. No sanitizer for hands when you go in. I stood in line 3 people infront me all shopped when my turn i was asking her if she gonna sanitize she said I just did I GAVE HER A LOOK and said my bad I didnt see your hands stretch over here. She was standing by her register [self check out] I called got nothing. So I told them on phone lets see how the CEO feels. My bad your company cares less bout the customers. This store acts this way cause they know there isnt a store thats where I live is the only store for people on a budget

I rather go to thibodaux Walmart then Houma. Thibodaux are much more polite and if they see you looking for something,they always want to assist. Thank you for your help and service

I shop here often because it is a quick in and out shopping trip at this location. They do have the self checkout here so thats always faster and there is never a wait here either. Its not a full size store so if youre looking for a specific item you may not find it here but they do have all basic items and are always well stocked I have to say. Ive never shopped here and couldnt get what I was looking for. Store is pretty clean because it is a newer store. One thing I do have to complain about though is that several times i have seen managers step outside of the front door and smoke right in front of the door. That makes me drive off and go to another store immediately! I refuse to shop anywhere that has smokers right in front of the entrance doors especially if my children ar with me. That is just not right! You should not make your customers breath in your smoke just to get in the door. This location should check its employees and managers behaviors and make sure that they go behind the building or something to smoke.It is really disgusting!

Spent some time in the neighborhood market. I was done with my shopping and had bagged my groceries in preparation to leave after payment. I informed the self-checkout cashier that Id be paying by check, she stated that she was locked out and walked me over to another cashier. I asked her if I had to wait, I was then told that I had to wait until another customer was checked out. I was highly upset, I handed my bags of groceries back to the cashier and informed her that I was not going to wait again. This shows a very poor level of customer service and scheduling.

Walked with my kid down the dog food in the back. Nothing but cursing from employees coming from the stock room. When a guy went through the door the words we heard was unreal. I told that guy that yall workers should watch the dirty words. The guy went back into the stock room. I got what I needed and left.

Easy to get in and out of. Store was clean and organized. The girl that help check me out was great and very helpful. Was about 15:50 at the self check out.

This is where I shop! Its conveniently located, easy to shop, and usually has the best gas prices.

This place is close to my house and I LOVE IT!! The quality of EVERYTHING is fresh the prices are ok. I normally buy gas here but it’s always congested and hard to get to a pump hopefully they expand the gas station parking lot to avoid accidents

I would usually rate the market at 5 stars. However, of all the male employees I saw walking around in side the store, there was one female employee in the parking lot retrieving shopping carts. Personally, I find that a shameful reflection on the management. 2 stars and a call to the store manager.

The employees seem to care more than other employees at other restaurants. We love this Walmart.
