Great place to shop for my wife and daughters. They carry a lot of quality name brands and they wrapped it up for me. Excellent service and I will use them again.
My sister and I decided to purchase a Pandora bracelet for our mother this year for Christmas. I decided to go to Fan Fare because the website said they carry the entire Pandora line and to see what other items they had that may work for gifts. We walked in and browsed a little. Some of the regular items were a little pricey in my estimation. We went to the Pandora counter in the back and selected the bracelet and charms. We were helped very quickly at this time and told that the bracelet would be kept at the counter until we were ready to check out and that they would gift wrap it as well. I found one other thing to purchase and we headed to the counter. The same employee that had helped us with the bracelet was at the counter looking at pictures on a customers phone. She completely ignored us and continued to look at the photos and chat with the other customer. Another employee who was helping another customer came over to the counter and began to ring her up. By that time another customer had walked up behind us. The first employee then looked at the customer behind us and offered to ring her up. Both my sister and I were becoming frustrated at this point. My sister tried to say something but was completely ignored by the first employee. The second employee started to ring us up, but informed me that gift wrapping was not done until the item was paid for. A fact that I was not told earlier. We mentioned to the employee helping us that we had been rudely ignored, had been standing there approximately ten minutes, and passed over to check out other customers. The one employee was apologetic; however, it was too little too late. I will never go back again. I spent over $170 there, and Im still contemplating returning the bracelet out of spite. Dont shop there unless you wish to be treated horribly.
Ive only been to the store a few times but I love the selection of Pandora and also the Brighton collection. I have a new niece so the baby moccasins are a must. Great specialty store. A little of everything.
Great store. Greatly appreciated the helpful staff. Helped me pick out the perfect graduation gift for my granddaughter. Will certainly shop here when I need a special gift.
This store is a gem in Texarkana! Great selection of gifts for any occasion. Especially love the Brighton!
I was shopping for mothers day & was getting help from a Sales Representative when the Owner, some man, shouted out accross the store to the Sales Representative to get in the back as she was talking to me. I was waiting on the Sales Representative to come back out when the rude man asked me who I am waiting for in a condescending, very rude voice. He then shouted at me & said she was busy, when clearly there was very few people in the store. I looked at him like who is this & comes to find out it is the owner of Fan Fare. This is the worste I have ever been treated in any store in my entire life. The owner needs to take a lesson in customer service & never talk to anyone like that. I will never shop there again & their prices are highly marked up from their catalog book. I highly reccomend to not shop there, or stay away from the owner whoever he is. Rudest man I have ever met in any gift store. I hope he does not talk to his wife that way.
