Worst place to buy a car from. They are all fake and criminals.. bought a car June 4 2020 and today is July 19 2020 I just got my title to register my car. They lie over and over. To me. I had to call the police department and god blessed LT Steven who give me a police escort to the dealership to get my title from them..

At the beginning, the dealers were kind and helped my mother and I pick out a car that we liked. The process of buying the car was rough, but it wasnt necessarily terrible. After I bought the car though, thats when everything started going downhill (both literally and figuratively). I went to their auto shop to get my car fixed twice within one month. About a month and a half later, the car broke down and rolled down a hill. I ended up almost hitting another car and I had no control in my steering wheel as well as no control of my breaks. Even though they said the car was fixed, the same problems still remained after a month later. I asked a mechanic to help me out and he told me that there were problems with the power steering, the belt (which they said they already fixed), the lighting, and the brakes. This would definitely not pass inspection and my mechanic agreed with me. They may tell you that we sell SAFE CARS TO KIDS, but there is nothing safe at all about this car!!! Im absolutely terrified while driving this car and I would have lost a lot of money if my mechanic didnt help me temporarily fix my car in order to get back home. Do not trust Vitale Auto Company to have your car inspected and definitely do not trust them when they say that your car is fixed!!I will definitely be complaining about this experience to the employers at Vitale as soon as they open in the morning. I would definitely not recommend my friends and family to this company and I will never shop for a car here again!

Originally, I had praised Vitale Family Auto for getting me a great car. And at first, it was. Then about one month down the line, I found a whole bunch of complications with the vehicle that ended up costing me more than 1/5th of what the car was worth. After getting in contact with them about the issue, they said they would send a check to help with costs, only to never hear from them again with no check to be found. I cannot recommend this dealer.

The sales guy was helpful. Looked around the lot, got to test drive the car that I liked. And when I was out getting my loan they brought it in the shop, cleaned it up nice and even tossed new front brake pads on for me. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality pre-owned.

I am happy with the car I purchased and I think the price was fair. The owner was helpful and pleasant to deal with. When a small issue came up about a month after I bought they car they were quick to help.

I am not the easiest person to deal with, according to my husband lol. Dave and Jim got that real quick. Not once during my car buying process which took I feel like forever did they give up on dealing with me in fact they worked harder to make me happy. Dave and Jim gave me piece of mind and met everyone one of my demands no matter how ridiculous. I am so happy with my Ford Edge and my husband plans on buying from Vitale Family Auto in the near future. I would recommend them to anyone they are great guys, easy to deal with.

We bought my daughter a Jeep Grand Cherokee one year ago. It has now been in the shop for almost FOUR weeks. The number of things wrong with this car is SCARY and as I have just recently been made aware ILLEGAL.The mechanic keeps asking where we got it and finally told us that the dashboard lights were disconnected. This was in addition to the laundry list of things that were done or not done to the vehicle.He told us that it is illegal to disconnect the dashboard lights and that we should contact the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General.I will be posting the list of things that he found in the last FOUR weeks because listing them here would take forever., and I dont understand most of them. Just to prove that I am legit, if you will.By the way, the dashboard lights were disconnected so that we would not be aware of the EIGHT malfunctions that were already existing in the car.When we went to pick it up we were delayed by a day because he said a faulty gas cap was causing the check engine light to go on. Oh yeah....thats what it was, a faulty gas cap. I think the gas cap is the only thing that actually doesnt have something wrong with it.The thing that makes the most angry is that they knew we were purchasing this for my 17 year old daughter. The blatant disregard for her safety (or anyones safety) is why I will take the steps that were recommended to us by this mechanic. The passenger side air bag was disconnected also. Just to reiterate how pissed I am and just to point out one of the many, many things that these guys did that was beyond what I can accept.Do yourself a favor, drive right by this dealership. Or, just wait until I post the list and see for yourself. This takes dishonest used car salesman to a whole new level.The ONLY reason I gave them one star is because if I didnt select one it would not allow me to post this. ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a car from these guys in September, within the first week of purchasing I noticed acceleration problems and when I brought it back they fixed two small things and said I should be good. Now six months later the transmission is gone with a close to three thousand dollar fix for a car that cost five. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS, LEMONS.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a Jeep Liberty from this dealer last summer. Less than a year later the engine is gone. And we had been maintaining it. Found out the hard way from two mechanics that the engine in the car was salvaged and it appeared that some work was done on it. None of this was disclosed when we purchased the car. When we purchased the car Jimmy lied and told us the tires were brand new, when I called him out on it he did replace them which is why I did not leave a review initially. But now my daughter is without a car and we are out our money. I am posting this now so that someone else wont have to go through this same thing.

Bottom line these guys are wolves in sheeps clothing. Bought a BMW there that after 1 month I had to dump it at an auction and lost over $2500 because the amount of work it needed just to be safe. Sold me a 2004 nissan altima.. they had the car for 4 days after i purchased it they told me they did all kinds of work on the car. A week later i had to bring it back because they didnt do any of the work. Again they told me it was fixed, said they did a full all around brake job on the car and checked it over did everything that needed to be done. Two weeks later still heard noises took it to another place all the struts were rotted and broken along with a rusted broken tie rod. Called vitale he was too busy to do any work and said there was nothing wrong anyways. Had the struts fixed then the brakes that were supposedly all brand new fell apart on the high way. Callipers were so rusted they fell apart. THEY LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING!! JUNK!!!!!

I bought a 2006 dodge dakota and they Vitale Family Auto gave me a month warranty. Then 2 weeks after warranty and only having the truck for 6 weeks the timing chain went and bent the push rods. I had to get a new engine for over $3000 grand and still havent heard back from Vitale Family Auto. Filed a complaint with BBB and now going to small claims court. Not a good way to do business Vitale Family Auto

Scary place, walked away fast, all cars on lot are auction, salvage, problem cars, throw away cars, very shady outfit.
