Easy company to work with. I was recommended to use them by the service guy at Volvo after I got a small chip. I called in the afternoon and the tech, JP, was at my house before 9AM the next day. He did a great job on the repair and Im glad I didnt need to buy a new windshield.

Tech met me at designated location and replaced windshield in no time. Setting up an appointment was simple and quick.

Very easy to work with. They came out to my work and wound up costing less than the quoted price of competitors. Only issue was that the technician put the rear view mirror a little lower than i would have liked

Great customer service--Kitty was really pleasant and helpful in assisting with quoting me for the job & setting up my service appointment. On the day of my service appointment, Dorsey and Travis called me 20 minutes ahead of time so that I could leave work and head home to meet them (just as I requested when setting up the appointment so that I could avoid missing the whole afternoon of work). Upon them starting the job, they were professional, knowledgeable, and just all around easy to work with! And did I mention... LIGHTNING FAST??! Fast was an understatement when describing their work. The window pane is repaired and replaced and as good as new now! I would definately recommend Zinsel Glass to anyone with glass needs. These guys are awesome!

Very disappointed in this company. Will never use them again. I had a problem with the mirror on my windshield. My mirror fell off and took a big chuck of the glass with it. Was trying to remove a piece of wire that got caught under the mirror and the whole thing fell off with the chuck of glass. I wasnt hitting it or yanking on it either. So I called this company and they told me that its made to do that, which is ridicules. All they said was to buy a New windshield well never from them.They said to contact the manufacture of the windshield, which I will.Want to one of their competitors and he reattached it in less when 5 minutes. So I now have a new company that I will be very happy with.GOOD LIKE WITH THIS ONE

Appointment was booked by Toyota on a vehicle I just purchased. On Wednesday they said they would come to my home on Friday between 1-3pm. I run a catering service so my Fridays are hectic but I agreed on the time. Friday comes & I rush all my orders to be home on time & no one came nor called. I called them at 3:30pm & the phone just rang & rang, no one ever answered yet they close at 4pm. Unfortunately I have to use their service due to Toyotas contract but I highly recommend going elsewhere!

Found them on Google. Called three different glass companies and all seem reasonable. I eventually chose Zinsel since they cheaper by $8 and $14. I selected a quarter inch glass 15x36inch. Nice people but some slight miscommunication. Overall, reasonable crew.Note: Google had placed them in Kenner so I submitted an update on their address (in Terrytown, La -- Westbank).

Very disappointing service. Called on a Thursday mid-day because we had a broken window in our lobby door. They supposedly scheduled us for Friday and never showed up. When I called the following Monday, I was told that they were booked solid for at least the next week or more - and couldnt address our repair.
