How come tmobile and metro pcs will not help existing customers. Like sprint and Verizon and cricket. How come you only help new customers.

I went in I got help by halelgh she help with everything that I asked for.

Went to metro PCS out here in Terrell Texas and they were closed but online they said they are open no lights nobody was inside the store I was trying to pay my bill and I cant pay my bill because the store wasnt open dont know why they were closed

They provide phones but dont have a working, listed phone number.

You go into store for help with a problem and they dont want to fix your phone or they dont know why or they just wanna try to sell you a new one because they make more money that way.
