If I could put this place in the negative with stars best believe I would. The staff are all rude and no one knows the value of anything. There should be rules in place against the kind of ripping people off that this place practices on a daily basis.

Came in on a whim just to look around. Nice clean location with a friendly staff. The Manager welcomed me in so I picked out a couple of movies .

This is the first pawnshop ived been doing business and honestly i had a good experience with them they always work out if how much i needed.they do the best that they can to give me what i need. And i purchase some jewelry from them with a good deal price they are willing to negotiate and they always value me as their customer...

So I went today to see if they would buy my Kate spade bag, since I was informed they buy (MK, KATE Spade Hand bags) my Kate spade is basically brand new, I’ve had it for almost six months. An because I didn’t have the receipt they didn’t want to buy it off me???? An they only wanted to give me 25, for it I forgot that i had the Authenticity card inside the bag. This women had curly hair An glasses, I was annoyed I stated the bag was a gift there for I didn’t have the receipt, I’m not going back again I wasted my time. I’m better off on OfferUp.

New management, new team huge improvement. Willing to haggle with you on prices and doesnt bs you. Ton of clearance super cheap. I literally offered them $5 for a clearance computer monitor marked at $20 and the girl said sold! Fun experience.

I have been a customer for almost 9 years now. I love this place. Very friendly. Always helpful kind and great with a smile. I know them by name and they no me by name. Nick, Mike, Steve, Cierra, Ali, Fabian. Best employees ever. I recommend to everyone I meet. Best place to do business. I have pawned and bought from them.

ROSIO is the worst worker at the pawn shop. She doesn’t care for her customers at all. Anything someone takes in she robs them for the actual price they should be getting. She has attitude. She hates her job. I will be calling 3 on your side tomorrow to try to get this pawn shop exposed as well as their horrible worker. DO NOT COME HERE.

Ive been here at least three or four times and i have always had a good experience with the staff. They have always been respectful and courteous an have never low balled me.

I personally like professional everyone is. I get the help right away! They are fair with prices at this location unlike other super pawns which they dont really care at all. Good management overall A+ I will keep doing business there. I have personally done business since 1998 lol

I went into super pawn to pawn my new LED TV. The guy plugged in a cable cord and then rejected my transaction almost immediately because he couldnt figure out how to change the channel. He put no effort into realizing that you need to let the TV scan for channels before you can change them or watch anything. He was very effortless, very lazy, and very unwelcoming. I brought it to another pawn shop and had no issues. The whole staff looked like they hated their jobs and their customers. The prices on their items were much higher than other pawn shops. I would not recommend buying, selling or pawning here.

The young man who helped me was very polite and professional. However a young lady by the name of Victoria came to his register in the middle of the transaction to take money out of his drawer stalling my process. Without explanation or anything. Then proceeded to gossip while doing that with another femal staff member . I had brought in a few rings to sale which I ended up moving forward with two. One of the rings the most valuable I might add of the two I sold she loudly and most rudely and unprofessionally made a comment that it looked fake . Which obviously after the test proved it wasn’t. I will not be back to that place strictly based on this little girls attitude and unprofessional comments. I was literally in shock by how she conducted herself. The crazy part is with her pulling money from the register means somehow she managed to land a supervisor or management roll . Point being I was very upset by how she acted and stalled my transaction when I had already been there for about a hour. If you go try and get helped by one of the men there. But even then she may still manage to disrupt ur transaction while trying to low key belittle u in the process. I gave 4 stars because I’ve been to this location before and yes the lines r a bit longer but they r usually professional knowledgeable and respectful and fair with price. Maybe Victoria just shouldnt leave the back room.

I bought some Nike shoes for over $600 and turns out they are fake when I try to fix this and no one can help me ... Their manager wasnt in the store for 3 days in a row their phones werent working and their webp is not up ... Something fishy is happening here no wonder this place is rated so low and so many complaints .. if you are thinking of doing business with this shop think again ... Over and over the screw their customers on anything they can

I bought an x-box and was told all the pieces were there, well I had no cables to hook up to the TV only digital cables for a computer or new TV so I returned it and the replacement did not work as the controller was a rechargeable and they did not give me the power cord. When I was able to finally get a complete working unit I asked if it was unreasonable to expect to get proper help and if three return trips was Cooperate quality and when a customer should just give up and do business with a competent store he said thats up to you I suggest if for the only reason you dont want to waste time with a staff that could care less about its customers GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO CONDUCT YOUR BUSINESS they suck and do not care. I should also add that their corporate store did not carte either, as a matter of fact they seemed to think it was a joke and laughed about it! The worst experience I had was when I was picking up my movies and there were about 40 missing, the manager told me they were not in the back and that they must have been stolen from beneath my notice as I packed to transport home. I said no way and we went around for 3 whole says when by some miracle they were found in the back. their manager made me feel as though I were an idiot and showed me great disrespect, RUN FROM THIS BUSINESS.

I came into this location a few years ago to pick up my jewelry and was told I was too late. Even after being told to pick up my jewelry that same day! So i come in again a few months ago to pick up my stuff and was again told the wrong day & price! The employees are always giving wrong information and rush you off the phone when you call about YOUR ITEMS. This time i was able to get my stuff back and refunded the difference from the supervisor. I will NEVER come back to this location!

I went to purchase a desktop computer and was told that I could return to pick the computer up after it was wiped. I returned to purchase the computer a few days later and was given a computer that I didnt think was the one I originally sought to purchase. I paid for the computer as it had a sticker with my name on it so I figured maybe I was mistaken about it being the wrong computer. I work two full time jobs and time is very valuable to me. I set up the computer with no keyboard and notice that a password is needed. I call the store and after being on hold with the first employee a different employee gets on the phone with a password for me. I set up my computer in my home office a few days later. I am ready and excited to work and the password does not work. I call the store and am given two additional passwords to try. None of the three codes work. I am then told to drive to the store and bring the computer in and it will be a quick fix. My wife is cooking breakfast so I figure I will go and get the password and be back in time for breakfast. I get to the store and there are only two people in line. Larissa/employee takes the computer in the back and comes out to inform that the computer has not been wiped. She says she is going to look for the computer that was originally put up for me. The one that was wiped for me. I wait....and wait....and wait....and then Larissa asks if I would like a laptop instead. No I have three. I need a desktop...hence the reason I have wasted a week and my morning dealing with incompetence. After close to an hour Joshua is sent out to tell me that they can just refund my money or I can wait to have the computer wiped which will take days Im told.. No offer of a discount on future purchases. No apology for time, gas and energy wasted. Just MY money back. Not once did Rob the manager ask if there was anything he could do or even inquire about the problem. Even the security guy inquired once I left. Not because I was unruly but because if you had any awareness at all you would have noticed there was an unhappy customer. I recommend any establishment over this one. No attention to detail. Zero. No attempt to compensate for time wasted or mistakes made by the establishment. MY ADVICE.....DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!

I am extremely dehydrated . wanted to pawn a brand new $165 item for $36 so that I can get fluids to rehydrate. she wouldnt take it because it was too new. I asked if I could go outside and put some dirt on it. she said no, she already knew it was new.

Went to pick up a pistol pawned and no one in the store is trained on the system to release guns. How are you going to accept guns if you cant give them back. The answer I got was Life happens. Unprofessional store.

I tooked in my laptop to pawn it for some money. They looked up on eBay and told me my laptop was only $30 and the lady was even trying to go even low. I will not do business with them or even try to refer them to anybody. They want crackheads Street prices.

I sold my old x-box 360 and even signed some paper that said that everything would be wiped, well months later I start to notice weird things while accessing my YouTube and Netflix. Both were showing videos in my recently watched that I have never watched nor would even consider watching. I tried everything till I finally contacted Netflix was told that they were being watched on my old 360. If the console had been wiped they would not be able to access my Live account to log into my Netflix and YouTube.

So over priced I was stunned. I bought a brand new TV at walmart for way less than the older, used ones they had available. Very disappointed
