I purchased a Honda Civic from Ferrel back in February of 2012. The car was nice and clean with low miles and the price seemed fair. I paid for the car in full and got the keys and drove away thinking that the dealer Ferrel would take care of all of the paper work and I would be getting the vehicle registration in the mail in the next few weeks. I received my first letter in the mail from the DMV in April, two months after purchasing the car saying that the registration was incomplete. I went into the DMV for the 1st time to find out what the problem was. After waiting in line for and hour I come to find out that the original paper work was never turned in and the registration fees were due. I payed the fees to be current on my vehicle and called Ferrel to let him know that he needed to turn in the original paper work. He said he did turn in the paper work and didnt know what they were talking about so I met up with him so we could fill out the paper work to explain the situation and to get the registration resolved. Ferrel gave me back the paper work and I went into the DMV for the second time with it. They again said the paper work amending the original paper work was filled out wrong and that the car title had not been filled out correctly. The lady at the DMV told me that it was not my job to take care of this paper work it was what I had paid the dealer for. I told this to Ferrel and gave the paper work back to him to correct and turn in. Now being the end of July Ferrel said that he paid someone to take care of it and that it had been finished and the bank had received the title and that I would receive the registration in the mail in the next month or so. So I waited again and nothing came, with my 3rd temporary registration sticker expiring I made my 3rd trip back to the DMV where they said that the dealer was given the registration and sticker in July when they came in to finish the paper work but I could get a duplicate if I filled out one form. My paper work nightmare is now over no thanks to FFG Auto Group.
