Im leaving this review because I cant believe what the other person said. The gentleman here was fantastic, he let my girls play with toys, drive them around in a car. Great place, I wish more toy stores were fun.

This is the WORST store you could ever go to!! They are crooks! From day ONE they couldnt get my layaway right, the sheet of paper had to be redone 5 times. Their employees couldnt even read the name of their own color swatches for the bedding! I paid $400 on my layaway and decided to cancel because they never ordered the bedding or any furniture. & they are refusing to give my money back saying Ive already picked up $400 worth of items when I havent picked ANYTHING up because they never ordered my stuff !!!

Compared to the store in moreno valley this one is better in a way. But still pretty faulty. The owner hates teenagers and kids walking into his store. I once overheard the owner calling little black kids cockroaches to another worker there. Best believe i walked out. Gave them a second chance but theyre still terrible. Dont shop here.

Horrible Customer service. Manager of store has poor english skills. Owner has yet to call us back about issue we have with a Baby Appleseed we purchased fro them that failed to come even close to the color we believed we were purchasing. We purchased a Baby Appleseed Davenport Convertible bed in the SLATE Color. We picked it up after 4 months of waiting and found it to be chocolate Brown. So we called to straighten the situation out as we assumed the item may have been mis-boxed. To our surprise we were told by the store manager that it is what it is and we do not accept returns. At that point we were not even considering returning the item, we were simply trying to get the correct item. We had already purchased other pieces of furniture for the babys room that were also labeled Slate colored but were admittedly made by other manufacturers. The one we received is no even remotely close to slate or gray or anything that looks like the advertisement in the store, When you buy from this store, i highly caution you to know what you are getting yourself into. There are so many places to purchase baby furniture and other items, i would avoid this place like the plague. Horrible customer service. Horrible all around experience. When i went on Yelp today to leave this review, i wasnt surprised to read what others had to say. I am quite positive though that ownership does not care. I am so infuriated by the experience i have had at this store that i think i am going to escalate this and hire an attorney. In addition, come by and see me out front of the store with a sign picketing the store.

Don’t buy. They are over priced and you won’t get your money back. Go online you could buy the same items for half the price.
