To the guy who denied there was a lady in the store and better yet who also denied the price for an ítem i got something to tell you i ask you how many stores are in california you answer one.. well dude you burn very bad this place i found in my save pages the one show the 51.99 rotor i went for and i have the ones appear at the time i search in the store....for more than 70 dollars this is false advertized this is taking adventage of the customers and worst yet getting a company a bad reputation if this is how this bussiness operates i dont see a great future to this company i have proof of what i have type i cant post the pictures to proof im not giving false info

After stopping at all of the major auto parts stores, and not finding what I needed, Carquest/Advanced Auto Parts had exactly what I needed!! Needless to say I was happy with the selection, and with the Customer Service. They have a rewards program like most places,but their advertised specials are great, and include commonly used bundled items. Definitely check out Advanced Auto Parts!

The staff here is always friendly! This place doesnt get 5 stars because their cheap parts are more expensive then Autozones decent parts.

Unfriendly & felt like I was bothering them. Always received friendly service from the other Auto part stores (for the most part)Maybe it was just the employees that day & this does not represent the whole picture. End of story.. I got what I needed & saved a decent amount of money compared to the competition, Which was the only reason for going to this location.

I had good experience with the manager Mariah as far as helping me with faulty Airmatic shocks that I purchased from Carquest.Third times is a charm thank the warranty. Imagine to replace the shocks in Mercedes three time before the problem solved. All the labor I but in just for faulty shocks that I purchased from CARQUEST.THE TWO FRONT COUNTER HELPERS WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL THEY WERE SO UNFRIENDLY. If that was not for Mariah’s customer service, I would have asked for a refund and shopped elsewhere. Front counter people are look like they hate their job. Looked like they hate whom ever comes through the door for business.

If you do business with this company make sure it is IN STORE AND NOT ONLINE!!! MY MOTHER DID AN ONLINE ORDER AND ENDED UP WITH 7 OF THE SAME CHARGE HOLDS ON HER CREDIT CARD. Order a 5 dollar coolant cap paid for it they never order my part I live in fallbrook when there 3 times waist my time they never order the part everytime I went they couldn’t resolve the problem never going there again.not even a phone call I received from them about my part
