Took Explorer in for dent and scratch repair and first attempt left a clear coat drip. When they attempted to remedy it didnt go well so they re-did the entire job to make it right. Took a couple extra days but owner Casey wanted it right. Appreciate his taking ownership and ensuring the job got done properly and wouldnt take any money for the job due to delay and inconvenience. Had my wife’s 2012 Fiat 500 Gucci painted and detailed. Beautiful work. The Gucci decals had faded. Taylor Collision brought in a paint specialist and matched the Gucci colors perfectly; and hand-painted the stripes where the decals used to be. Excellent precision work. I highly recommend Taylor Collision. Casey and Yolanda are very nice people who gave great customer service.

If youre looking for a collision shop who is going to get the job done right, this is the place. The staff was friendly, and welcoming, and I felt like they genuinely cared about me. KC was helpful throughout the entire process, and the two women in the lobby helped me with all of my concerns and questions which I had. I went there to replace a front bumper, and my car was returned to me looking better than it ever did. The body work was great, the paint was matched to perfection, and everything was done in a timely, organized fashion. I appreciate the work that KC and his team provided for me, and I will be returning here if I ever need any collision work done again.

Their service was amazing. The wind blew my door slightly out of alignment so I went to them to have my door adjusted and braced for a semi-costly tab. Go Go and Go I was Referred to KC from a good friend of mine and they did not disappoint I was a little worried because I have a 2020 Range Rover and I didn’t want just anybody touching it but long story short I went The receptionist was so warm and sweet and kept a smile on her face I sat down with KC and he said your in good hands I got a great estimate and gave up the keys I got a loaner and two days later I got my truck back and you can’t even tell anything ever happened to my truck I wont go anywhere else I’m a customer for LIFE and will refer all of my friends and the place is VERY PROFESSIONAL

I went up here today for a quote on replacing my moulding I purchased for my windshield on my Explorer. I didnt trust myself to install it properly and wanted a professional to do it. We picked our truck up from Taylor Collision today, I am just amazed at the quality of work! Our Truck looks like it was never hit, the paint is flawless! The office gave the best customer service ever!! I called a zillion times to ask questions, to check on progress and to see about insurance. Yolanda and Nicole both were super helpful! They were organized and knowledgeable about the entire situation from start to end! They helped us were the insurance stopped, example with the rental car, they set everything up with that and made this disaster (the accident) into something that just wasnt THAT bad. I highly recommend them!

1st time I used this shop and it wont be the last! Original est. was 2 weeks, it was done in 7 days and that was replacing both cab corners and both rockers. My truck looks as good as the day I bought it. Stop in and talk to KC and the girls up front theyll treat you well.

What a great place to go if your car is ever wrecked. They have a Rent-A-Car place next door. They will pay your deductible or pay for your car rental no matter how long it takes. The owner is a very nice gentleman and the front desk girls are friendly. Their work is also phenomenal. Will always go there if needed. And with teen drivers in the house, probably sooner than I think

One of the most honest and trustworthy businesses I have seen.I took my car to this collision center, after another shop came up with a 2k repair cost when they renewed my tires.When I brought the car to Kasey (the owner of taylor collision center) he examined the car right away. I was hoping that he would be able to do the repair at a less cost. Not only did he examine the car at no cost, he even told me that there was nothing wrong with the it. To reassure me he even performed a test drive and took his time to explain to me that I have nothing to be worried about and that the car was in great condition. After weeks of desperately trying to come up with 2k and getting possibly robbed, I cant express my level of relief and gratitude for him.There are not many people in this business that do an honest job, Kasey is one of the few exceptions.Thanks to Kasey, the hard working crew and the lovely ladies at the front desk!

I was rear ended. The first collision shop we went to suggested changing the whole back door on my RAV4. Taylor collision center said they could fix it. Well they did, they also did a great job. The car looks like new and the door mechanism (open/shut) works just fine! They saved us from having to pay for a brand new door. The service was good and timely. I’d definitely recommend them to family/friends. They’re good at what they do!

Do not waste your time and energy here unless you want to argue and keep taking your car back. While my car was there I did not call one time to check on it because I didnt want a rush job. My front end and right side was damaged and my car was only 3 weeks old at the time it was hit. My goal was to let them restore my car back to new. When I saw my car it looked like it had never been hit but it drove like it was 1999. It was too late to take it back so I called first thing in the morning and Yolanda answered and said we didnt even drive your car so there shouldnt be damage . I was confused . Why wouldnt you test drive a car that you repaired. I could barely stop in my car. Every turn I made sounded like a wheel would pop off. This company told me to call the insurance company or use my warranty🤔😒 after they had just been paid to fix my car. After multiple calls to different places she finally decided she would provide me with a rental and they would have the Chrysler dealership look at it. My car was ready the next day. She said nothing was wrong everything came back great. She handed me the diagnostic from Chrysler and it said failed safety test and that that had to align the car to Chrysler standards as well adjust suspension. Why would she continue to lie but hand me the paperwork that said otherwise. I didnt even say anything to her at the moment because I wanted her to think she got away with something. I read everything, especially when money is involved. Dont waste your energy here! Go to the dealership and get it done right without the hassle of the back and forth and the lies !!!

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with their RUDE manager, Yolanda Tonero. How is it that someone can run a business and have no customer service at all?
