Beautiful community! Integrity Vapor Barrier Service has had the pleasure of working in here quite a few times and we love the opportunity Everytime because the community standards as a whole are impeccable! The staff has always been warm, friendly and extremely helpful. The residents are hands down the most interactive friendliest group of people and seem to really have a family community vibe to it. Definitely a beautiful community!

I live on michael dr my home is next to trash dumpsters very busy street people dumping at 5:30 am and 10:30 at night.management does not have an answer for the problem. might be time to move on. i will post some pictures I am adding to my review since my last review management supposedly came up with a solution the solution was they were going to post a sign on the dumpsite closing it from 8 PM to 7 AM at this time May 16 which now is approximately more than a week ago no sign posted and gate has not been locked I get the impression that management is afraid to do what they said.What’s up since now the weather is getting warm there is a smell coming from that location management has no answer for that but I might calling the health department 7/8/21 I am adding this update since a month ago the Meadows management has done their best to resolve the problems with the trash site I would like to thank them for their efforts.They do care about the community and the homeowners update 8/5/21 I would like to thank management and maintenance department on continuing their work to give the homeowners on Michael Drive more privacy in regards to the trash dump site

Very nice community beautiful homes n gr8 residents. Very quiet location yet close to Tarpon Spr and US19. Convenient considering.

We love The Meadows and think its the nicest 55+ community in west central Florida! Wonderful residents and management. We have found our new home-away-from-home. We sit on our patio and look out over the water or enjoy the view looking out at the beautiful oaks.

Visiting family here. A very beautiful, safe, quiet community. Has a great community area with pool, hot tub, grilling area, game room, small workout area. The whole community looks kept up well and everyone that I have met has been real nice. I would definitely recommend.

Great winter home, everyone is friendly. To bad we are going to have to sell it.

I am trying to purchase a home in The Meadows. I have done my due diligence and hands down! this is the best park by far! I am upset because the salesman will not let me put money down on my retirement dream home in a dream park. I do not understand why I am being refused the home? My home sale where I live now closes soon! I want to live in my dream home I found at The Meadows. He told me that lots of people ‘back out’. Not me! I know what I want. I am a woman! LolCan anyone please help me? Please!!!

Very nice park. Friends of mine recently moved here. Their mobile home was brand new. Everything was neat and clean. One drawback was they had to take their own trash to a central location? Never heard of such a thing. Close to US 19 for easy access.

Passed by it the first time. Found it on way back.. From the road it looks pretty nice but nothing special.. Once I turned into the the development and started to go down the road I was shocked at how beautiful and well kept this neighborhood was, in its entirety! Every home was clean, the road well paved, yards maintained and spotless. Friendly people. Lots of activities, indoor and out. Pool. Above Expectation!! Would buy/rent here anyday!My Dream Retirement Home, for sure!!!💯👍

Very nice mobile home park. Installed a door that day. Noticed how well kept and clean.

The food was great and prices are fair ..the service was not as great

Ok this place was very very nice and exactly what I want in a 55+ community. People living here were friendly. Looked like they are having a blast at this community. The homes were clean, lots are small in the front, but not in the back, you are far enough away from the beach but close enough to go.

They are friendly. I started doing some work onsite recently and the staff is very cordial.

I went to Tarpon Springs last Year in November. Went shopping and sightseeing. Loved the area. Would like to retired there. Show me the retirement community and homes to buy or rent.

When we purchased in the Meadows it said no large dogs well I have a large dog that lives right across from me and it barks at 5:30 am & wakes me up & sopost to be a 55+ park well They let kids live here this park is horing its self to fill the unvacond mobile homes beginning to suck
