Extremely convenient location for me (hence the 3 stars) as I am new to the area, but they have zero basic customer service skills. I’ve only been here about 3-4 times now but I have yet to be greeted upon entering the store nor have I seen a single employee smile. They also always have a shocked look on their face and look at me like I’m a crazy person when I walk in with a package……a package…..at UPS……go figure…..

Quince at the channelside location did great. Every time I come here, he’s quick and efficient. Thank you again, I’ll be for sure returning!

I am fortunate to have had nothing but helpful experiences at this UPS store. Employees come and go, such is the nature of business today. Management trains and re-trains, touch times for the service industry in general.

I came here one afternoon to return four of the six Dyson products I bought. Dealing with ordering direct from Dyson is the biggest retail headache I’ve experienced between al the separate emails, separate tracking numbers, separate boxes for each product. Needless to say I was annoyed and over it. Christine was working that afternoon and was SO helpful to me and patient with me, and I could not be more appreciative. She took the time to help me sort the items, provided additional boxes, and even taped it up for me. She deserves 10 stars! Thank you!

Notary service was inflexible with a document that uses my maiden name. Even the ability to show a digital scan of my old photo ID and marriage licence as proof of my prior name were not accepted, instead requesting the physical copy of my marriage licence. None of this was communicated upon setting up the appointment. On top of that, the parking situation is inept. Such a waste of time and effort coming here.

Danielle was great, made my move to Tampa very convenient. Accepted my appointment 2 hours early and provided me with exceptional customer service.

They are severely lacking in their customer service skills. Im talking about basic things like greeting a customer when they walk in and helping them with their pickup.

I’ve been waiting at this location for almost 25 minutes and nobody is here. I’ve called multiple times and I I hear somebody in the bathroom. It’s Saturday, February 29 and this place is supposed to open at 9.

Order some printing and laminating for my business - completed very quickly and politely. The employees went above and beyond to make sure I received my order in time. Thanks!

I held back from leaving a negative review the first and second time they screwed something up here. After the third time this week, its time to mention it, and never go back.This has to be the most incompetent UPS I have ever been to. Its unbelievable. There is one person that works there that knows what they are doing, and has to jump in and help the other people after they take 30 minutes to attempt to ship something and have to redo it.Unless you have an hour to waste, and like gambling with 50/50 odds your package will be delivered, go elsewhere.
