I had an excellent experience with salesman Michael Burger and his team. I ordered a home office desk with hutch and portable storage. Michael helped arrange the shipping around my schedule, and got me the different parts of my desk set in the optimum time for me. He even waived additional fees to get me my desk on time. I would highly recommend ROF and Michael if you are in the market or looking to upgrade!

Ive been working at ROF for the last year and a half and love the atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly, encouraging, and works as a team. Special programs like workout classes, contests, and holiday events means that there is always something fun going on, and who doesnt like trying out new furniture all the time?

I purchased several items about 9 months ago, and was very satisfied.I recently purchased another new (not refurbished) desk to match two others i originally purchased.One of my drivers picked up the desk. When he arrived back at the office and unloaded the desk, there was damage to the desk. It was loaded in such a way, that the damage could not have occurred in transit. The bare wood that was visible from the damage was dark and discolored as if the damage had been there awhile, was not fresh.I notified ROF and sent them a picture, They pretty much blew me off,
