All technicians sent out, for me this included initial installers - Brandon (King of Caulking) and Brian -, the drywall bump out guy, and punch list cleanup tech Robert were professional, efficient, polite, and accommodating. I purchased Simonton impact windows from Window Depot. They replaced all my windows and my patio slider. This company is wonderful, from the salesman to the installers(Brandon is amazing), to the quality of the products. They also follow up to make sure the job was completed right, and that the customer is happy with the everything. I had 5 estimates and Window Depot gave me the best price too! They kept me updated as to when my windows would arrive. I would highly recommend this company.

While overall I had a good experience with this company, they installed a deadbolt on my exterior door about 8 inches from where it should have been placed, and that completely takes away from the aesthetics. I mentioned this to the man that installed the door, the salesman, and a woman on the phone that coordinated the installation. I was not going to make them replace the door, but all three completely ignored what I said and offered no apology. When you will be looking at a door for 10 to 20 years, the aesthetics do matter.

The two installers Roger and Isaac were very professional knowledgeable and trustworthy. It was nice to have workers in your home that were very friendly and courteous .It was quite a large job. They did an amazing job installing my new windows and sliders.

Window Depot did an excellent job of obtaining and installing my impact windows. The installers worked hard, were polite and respectful and the gentleman who did the follow up work was lovely. Windows are expensive but I feel that Window Depot gives you what you pay for.

I had my whole house done with Hurricane windows by Window Depot, Yordan installed the windows and Chris was the initial person from the company that gave the estimate. I was a little uncomfortable about purchasing a house on the water, we live on the west coast of Florida and there’s always the concerns that come along with storms. The house we purchased had old windows and doors, I didn’t feel safe, so we contacted The Window Depot to give us an estimate on all new windows and doors. Sam came out and gave us an estimate, and as soon as the windows and doors were available (about 2 months) they came out and installed everything in one day, we were super happy with the time it took them and also they didn’t leave a mess, very professional! Even through COVID, they completed my job. Of course they were always very careful. My windows look beautiful and it made our home look modern and fresh. I would absolutely rehire this company and recommend them. One thing I love about this company is that they are so easy to reach and answer any concerns. They have never given me an excuse. We actually order exterior doors from window depot and we absolutely love them. BTW Brandon and Bryan installed our doors and they were awesome. I gave them a 4-star so far because my job is not completely done. We did impact windows on our entire home. If there are areas that I can give a 5-star to, I would. The sales portion was excellent and I felt that we ended up with a good deal. My initial window installation was awful. The crew that I ended up with, did not install my windows correctly. They damage many areas in my home. I was told that Brandon was the best installer in the company and that they would request him for my job. Unfortunately, I did not end up with him. I wish I would have requested him myself but I did not make that clear. Our install was scheduled for 5-days and they did my whole job in 3-days. My job was rushed and you can totally see it by the outcome. So the initial installation, I give a 2-star to. Thankfully, the company has been amazing and has provided great customer service. Rick was sent out as soon as my job was done to hear out my concerns. He was also in disbelief with the installation. This is where I totally give the company a 5-star. They have addressed all of the issues. Although my job is not completed and It has almost been 5-months, things are getting done little by little. I cannot be more thankful for Rick, he is always very patient and makes sure that things get done. Sana, has also been excellent. I believe that it is important to mention both the good and the bad because with construction things are not always perfect. When my job is completely done, I will update my review. As of right now, my biggest disappointment was my installers which were the most important. Thankfully, the company makes sure that things get done and they do not give you the run around like other companies do. So at this point, would I recommend the company? Absolutely, for the customer service. Just make sure that you do your research on your installers because that makes all the difference. I will update soon!

The installation was professional from beginning to end and has given us better temperature control in the house on hot days. The salesman was courteous, knowledgeable, and accurate. Price was very competitive. Delivery was on time. Installation moved along swiftly with good workmanship. A problem created by an error at the factory was corrected fully and promptly. Our air conditioner had struggled to keep up on hot days. Since installing these new windows, the house has been cool even on the hottest days. The customer care shown by their the management of Windows Depot was among the best that I have ever experienced. Bravo, Windows Depot.

I am giving 5 stars because I am not trying to wreck their rating. I also dont want to trigger any bad review algorithm. Someone from Window Depot has knocked on my door once per year asking if we are interested in scheduling someone to come out at a later date to do an estimate. I usually say no, thank you. This time I said, Ok, come on out. Tarek S. showed up at my house on time (5 Stars). I expected him to take accurate measurements, pull out a form or laptop and give me an estimate. He spent about four minutes taking measurements for the whole house. I think, Wow, this guy knows his way around a tape measure, he is fast. Ok, now his dog and pony show starts with the little window and hot lamp to show us how efficient these impact rated windows really are. I didnt need to see that. I know how efficient the windows are. I ask him, how much to do the house? He proceeds to tell me that the company will give me the super duper Showcase discount if I am the first one of the day to sign a contract. Then a little more of a discount if I am a veteran or even related to a veteran. Who isnt at least related to a veteran? Sure I will take that! At this point I dont feel so special but, whatever. The third question, or maybe it was the first question was, Would you leave a good review for us after the job and we will give you a little more of a discount? (Paraphrased) Umm....sure, tell me the number. How much will it cost? Well, Tarek S. cant exactly estimate the job like how you would think a contractor would write an estimate. He asks me how much I think it would cost. Me? The guy NOT writing the estimate! Oh boy, I am less impressed right now. So, the next step was for him to call the office and tell them that, I want to be the showcase house and will write a review, veteran discount blah, blah, blah and tells this person on the phone how many windows and sliders I need done. Not the sizes, Just how many. This is reminding me of buying a used car at a dealership where the salesman has to keep going back to talk to his manager to get the best deal because he likes me. Bear in mind that the guy at my house hands me a card that says he IS the Showcase Home Manager. A manager who cant make any decisions or give a price. Well, I hang in there and play this little game because after all I do want to hear how much and already invested an hour of my life. He asks me again how much I think all of this work should cost. I say, I dont know man, get to the dollars, just the money, lets stop dancing around here. He tells me that I am going to get the really really super deep discount and that I am so lucky I was his first appointment because to do my 1900 sq/ft house with nine, not large, standard size windows and two sliders is ONLY $31,000 plus tax. HUH? WHAT? Somehow, I cant get to that math in my head. (My neighbors got a written quote for almost the same amount on a house with two times the number of windows from a different contractor) I give him the benefit of the doubt and say, I am not signing anything without a written detailed quote. He leaves saying, I cant believe you are giving up this discount. I say, please send me a detailed estimate because I have sticker shock and need to compare prices. It has been a couple of months and I check my email and spam folder every day for the estimate which was supposed to be emailed to me that night. I havent seen it. My wife said I am a fool for expecting a written estimate in the first place the way he packed up and ran out of the house. Oh no...once again, she is right. How can someone over the phone without measurements give an accurate price? They cant, they throw out a number that is so high it doesnt matter how much their costs are. If you bite it is a home run for them. If not, they quickly move on and write you off as lost. I dont like the gimmicks or the used car salesman tactics. Maybe it wont bother you. I am now wary of all of the good reviews after I was asked to give one for a discount.

Had to reschedule from the beginning, finally came for installation,storm door was ordered wrong, stucco people scheduled to come out and where a no show, no call from office until I followed up with a call to the office only to find out that oops forgot that an inspection needed to be done first Schedule finally for the finishing touches and again they show up with no door. Still have not heard if or when they are calling my HOA so painting can be completed on outside despite my asking the office twice.

I went into contract on my windows back in November 2020. The salesman was great and the windows got measured quickly. I was called by the office saying my windows will be in January 15th, I call every week to be told maybe next week.. we cant get any response from the factory we send emails that get no response. I call BS that you cant call someone and get a definite answer. As of now I am concerned I went with the wrong company, I hope they can prove me wrong.

We love our new windows! They open and close so easily. We can already notice the difference in outside noise and air temperature. We are looking forward to the fall/ winter season to open the windows with screens to let the breeze in. I contacted 3 companies about installing hurricane rated windows. The Window Depot was the second company to come to by, measure, and provide me with a quote. Within a short period of time of talking to their sales consultant, Mark, I knew I had found the right contractor to do the job. He was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions clearly, and went over all of the warranty information for the PGT products. He told me about the energy rebate I would receive from Duke. (The other company that came by never mentioned anything about that!!!) I signed the contract right on the spot. I canceled my sales appointment with the other company.Their installation crew arrived promptly on the date that was promised, and were fantastic. They were friendly, clean cut, professional, and did an outstanding job. When they were finished, they went over the operation of the windows. They replaced some rotted wood that had just been covered up by a previous company. I was actively looking for someone else to do them when I coincidentally talked to someone that knew one of the management staff. He told him what had happened and someone called me right away.The office folks leave a bit to be desired but the installers were A+.

The CWS windows we chose virtually sound proofed the house - no more hearing loud cars drive by. We also found our central air unit does not have to run as often. We plan on using them in about 6 months to replace our front door.

Told me about the Tampa Electric rebate weeks after the Windows were installed and the stickers were gone. Wouldn’t help me get the rebate after so lost $1,200. Would have rather not known about the rebate.

Window Depot installers Boze and Devin did an awesome job on not only installing the windows and 2 sliders, but cleaning up inside and out. taking special care that my verticals worked properly and explaining the cleaning and care of the windows.Also very please with the office and scheduling people they answered all my questions. Now only some stucco work has to be done to complete the job.

The quality of the PGT window is great. The service of the Window Depot is beyond disappointing. Our installer openly announced he didnt want our job and his workmanship substantiated his words. He broke one of our windows and insisted another be installed even though it was the wrong window. For over 2 years we have been trying to resolve air flowing into the poorly installed window--at least 6 service visits and no resolution. Promised the PGT service tech would evaluate but weve been waiting over a year for follow through on that. At first the owners responded but we have since been left to live with it. We would not recommend Window Depot.

I was looking to have hurricane protection screens installed over all of our home windows and contacted The Window Depot for an estimate. Mitch came out as scheduled, did the walk through, quoted a number that was higher than we were budgeting for. After talking further he made a call to the owner and we were able to sign a contract that fit our budget. This was mid Oct 2018 with an estimated install in 6 to 8 weeks. By mid Nov they had a crew out to the house installing the coverings.The only hitch was that the factory and omitted 2 small coverings for the bathroom windows. The company took care of getting them ordered and had an installer out before the end of the year.Great product, great service, will recommend them anytime!Special thanks to Mitch for getting us a fair price and to Carrie for the many followup calls regarding scheduling and installation.Huge thanks and kudos to Jeffery T. Hes the installer that came out to put in the mountings for the bathroom windows and wound up going over the entire house. The mechanics Brandon and Brian are very professional, in that they do good work and are quick and thorough, and clean up their work site when done. I would recommend the Window Depot to anyone that needs windows or glass doors.

I hired Window Depot not only because of their great pricing, but also they were the only company that could make my front arched window in one piece! The salesman Stephen was wonderful, and communication was excellent throughout the whole process. After waiting 12 weeks the windows were finally in for installation. Everything went smoothly, and they passed inspection with flying colors. Enjoying better comfort and noise reduction now!!

I was amazed at how efficient the install was. The installers were pleasant and kept to task. In addition, they were extremely tidy and cognizant of our needs while they were working. Absolutely beautiful! I love my new hurricane Windows and Patio Door, which were installed by a great team of skilled employees from THE WINDOW DEPOT. They were very professional and cleaned up each area working in, even cleaned the glass after installation! I am a senior, living in a condo, and was very please by the price also. The difference in the noise level is very noticeable, very quiet. I am looking forward to the decrease in my electric bill also, no more air leaks for me! Definitely updated the look, both inside and outside. I have received compliments on the upgrade already! I had The Window Depot replace 2 sets of French Doors at our home. Salesman was very professional and educated us on the different types of doors/options. Price was extremely fair and straight forward. Other companies who came out for quotes used extreme high pressure sales techniques, that made me very cautious proceeding with them. With the Window Depot, it was just a pleasure working with them. Highly recommend giving them a call, your will experience the difference. My family has been in the construction industry for a very long time and their work was truly 10/10. The installers worked so clean and precise it was amazing. Handheld Vacuum was constantly being used with every cut they made. Very clean and professional. I know who I will call when I replace the rest of my windows and doors! The Window Depot!!!

I was very happy with The Window Depot in the past i have used them since 2013, they were very professional and neat never once did i question there prices or get estimates, as a matter of fact in 2013 after googling them i spent over 12K on windows and never met anyone everything was done by phone.Unfortunately they let me down this time around i wanted an estimate on all new windows and sliders in my new condo i purchased.The salesman came out measured everything and told me he would call the company to rent a hyster lift to do all the work from outside the building.I never doubted the salesman for a minute i had full confidence in him after all i didnt think he would try and get over on me i have dealt with them for almost 6 years.I never heard back from The Window Depot after making several attempts to contact them i had no choice but to look somewhere else.I found a very reputable company that does all the work from the inside of the building. I was very disappointed to say the least and i would hope they were not trying to get over on me, that was a very unprofessional move on there part i thought i was a valued customer who never bounced a check.I guess the moral of the story is you have to do your homework and hope you get someone reliable to do your work and dont assume there is any loyalty any more.

Impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. As a senior, I felt treated with respect and that they went above and beyond the scope of work. Now days it is hard to find a company that does great work and has great people working for it. The installers were polite and cleaned up completely. No surprises. I would recommend them to anyone. I replaced the sliding glass doors and replaced old windows. I live on the tenth floor of a high rise condo complex.

Company was supposed to give me a call back regarding an issue with a salesperson. There have been a couple of issues and call to the company to no avail!

Had a sales lady come over on 10/15/19. This is a gated community, so I dont know how she got in. I agreed to have their tech come over next day to measure 20 windows for Simonton replacement. The salesperson put me on the phone with their office to confirm the date and time of the appointment. The sales lady wrote down all this info on a company printed appointment card. The tech was going to come on 10/16/19 at 2:00 PM. Well, nobody showed up and nobody canceled the visit either. No, I will not do business with them; if they cannot even respect their appointment commitment, they will not be much better executing the job and their warranties.

My girlfriend has recently used this company and has been very unhappy with the service. She decided to use a family owned business vs large corporation to get the extra care family businesses usually offer. Issues from timing, repairs, damage during the install, not passing inspection etc. .This experience has been very challenging for her and unfortunately, she is still going through it with no communication or resolution.

I did not use this company.I was going to get 4 impact glass doors.Unfortunately it was way out of my budget.I heard about the 25% rule (from Lowes)when replacing glass doors.I contacted office and was told that I needed to talk to Sam. Phone tag at that point.Since he had measurements I asked for a quote on replacing just a few doors with regular glass.I never heard back from anyone.Sam wasn’t very interested in my business.That was a month ago.Unless you have deep pockets don’t bother with this company!
