We had a fantastic Experience with Ed designing our space, then we came and picked up our order when it was ready and had assistance loading all the parts into the car, and then our amazing installer put everything together in a timely manner! Such great service throughout! Im in love with our shelves! Still figuring out where everything is going to go but having a ton of fun!

We love our custom closets so much! Our designer Ed worked with us on 3 different occasions to design our closet, modify it to further meet our needs, and then to strategize on an issue (I had guesstimated the height of the ceilings and had not guessed correctly). He was kind, energetic, knowledgeable, and patient. We were astounded by the level of service. We had also vetted IKEA as we were planning to build the systems ourselves anyway but the service was terrible and we knew if we ran into an issue with size or installation we would be SOL. So even though it was a good bit more expensive to go with the container store it was 100% worth it. We were so impressed and the end product is exactly what we need. And best of all, we can modify it in the future should our needs change.

Absolutely in love with our custom closet. The design process was quick and easy. We opted to use their installation service and were SO glad we did - what would have taken us hours took this pro ONE HOUR!! Absolutely amazing. I recommend custom closets to EVERYONE who needs extra storage/organization.

We had the elfa closet system delivered right to our front door. Scheduled an installation date and could not be more pleased. Damiao was on time, quick and efficient with his work.
